It’s a nice stay bed breakfast is good only problem is that the blankets are to thin and no drinking water provided or any water dispenser.

Staff at the desk was great! Breakfast was nice. But the “electric vehicle” charging advertised was $20/hr and then it didn’t work. If you don’t need a charge, great place! But we were not happy with the “bait and switch” tactics from the management.

The lady at the desk were rude the guests were rude and loud after i got settled into my room they called and said my card was declined so i had to fi d an atm to pull cash out well my card was also charged and i paid cash plus for 2 nights it was 150 dollar deposit.....the room stunk the key wouldnt work half the time never again will i stay there again .......

Hotel is dated. We stayed "underground" with no views. Had to walk to a completely different building for breakfast. Entrance to the hotel's main lobby was complicated as you had to drive past a restaurant's parking area. Signage was small. Nice little stream passes through.

Floor was dirty Bed was horrible. I’ve had better beds in a motel 6. This bed collapsed in the middle. Never going to stay here again. Arguably the bed is one of the most important things in a hotel. Pay more for a better place

Everything & Everyone was excellent. My only criticism was the unit above us was occupied and the noise from someone walking the floor until almost 3am made sleeping difficult.

Front desk staff was having a bad day, grumpy and check-in was uncomfortable. Room was clean and well laid-out. Shower water never got up to temperature. It wasn't tepid but wouldn't get hot.

Spent one night while visiting Bellingham. Room was clean and well-appointed. Some of the furnishings showed a little wear but no big deal. Only complaint I have is that the internet was relatively slow. We were at the end of a hallway so perhaps the distance was a factor. The room was quiet despite the nearness of I-5.

I liked the small individual buildings, but access to the lobby was not very convenient. The property is dog friendly, but there is no outdoor area for dogs. The. Pool looked large in the photo, but it was tiny. Close to restaurants and shopping. In a quiet area. Reasonable price, I would stay there again.

This place isn’t fancy at all. Very utilitarian but it’s pretty reliable, comfortable and has a nice breakfast. The tv in my room didn’t work and when I told the lady at the desk she responded with “well it worked for the last person who stayed in that room”. I dunno lady. I don’t really care all that much. Just thought you might want to know.

Nothing unique . I wanted to use the hot tub but it was very crowded both nights . Breakfast was not great . Coffee was like water . Walls and ceiling paper thin . Very noisy person walking around back and forth at 3am above my room . Dog barking in my hall . You should put people with dogs in separate building . Huge stain on my rooms ceiling possibly water damage .

Highway is very close which is noisy. Hot tub was great but fan was very noisy. Nice vibe with the nature but in a mall center but tucked away nicely. Main downfall is proxy to highway which is loud.

There was a water stain on our ceiling and part of the ceiling drywall was broken/hanging into the room. The walls were also extremely thin, could hear almost everything happening in adjacent rooms and the hallways. Was excited to see they had a charging station for my car, but wanted $20 an hour to use it, ripoff!

The stay was terrible, the front desk lady was rude and disrespectful. We had to buy an air mattress from Walmart to sleep on the floor in spite of us paying a lot of money to stay here. We complained to hotels.com they tried calling front desk and they got hung up on as well.

I enjoyed a short walk around the property full of trees and bushes that provided a barrier of sorts from traffic and businesses. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Lovely stay!

I paid more than the rack rate thinking it would be a nice room. And that the hotel itself would be more than a 2 star. The room they gave us was in a basement. It was not what they show in the photos. Every plug in had several cords coming out and I was concerned for a fire. It wax very dated, and had mold in the shower. It’s sad, that this is what they feel is presentable. I wished I had read reviews before booking. However the water was hot, and the Associate at check in was nice.
