One night visit to tick Whistler off

Great location and ideal for our visit.

Room was quite basic for 4 adults although it was only for the one night. I guess that is due to the type of room and the price we paid. Much of whistler closed ( bars & shops open ) due to the dead season which we weren’t aware but that is down to our own bad planning. If we had of known probably would have not stayed over and travelled up from Vancouver and returned on the day

Lovely suite and great location.

Wonderful, spacious room - very close to the shops and restaurants (and skiing if it had been that time of year!). Would happily return - it was very welcoming and comfortable.

Not really worth the price, I wish I booked another hotel even if I have to pay more

The location is so close to everything, sauna is great too

Okay first, as we checked in they gave us a wrong keycard and we stumbled into this lady in a room (good thing she was not naked or something like that) that was crazy and we went back to the receptionist and they gave us a new card and it didn’t work again. We were so exhausted by all the hassle yet they did not even offered any complimentary for that. We booked for 4 and only gave us 2 robes in room and 2 disposable slippers. The rooms needs to be updated as the price for a stay is not cheap. Pool is too crowded so we did not get to enjoy it, wouldve been nice to have a dip after the hike

The location is great - directly in the village. Easy walking access to a lot of activities.

Dismissive, no accountability, unprofessional and misleading hotel policies.

I've never written any hotel reviews but this one was very frustrating. On the site stated they are "pet-friendly"- VERY MISLEADING. We even mentioned our cat was with us on our family trips in our booking details. None of the staff were even aware until I asked them the process for our cat. They denied our stay because they are actually only "dog" friendly... LITERALLY their Pet Policy is: "Pets are allowed. No extra charges" and then kicked us out with no alternatives but literally "you could try next door..." Additionally, they would not even try to give back the refund until I had to call Booking.com to explain the situation. Thank goodness Booking.com (ya'll pulled through, I don't know why this is your top suggested) also complained to them that their accommodations are confusing. They did not seem professional at all, no accountability taken and defended themselves by saying their website says dogs only... My trip ended up costing more to find a new hotel and wasted few hours figuring this out.

My stay was okay.

It was a great location and was pet friendly with generally friendly staff

They were late in checking us in at 4p (to be fair, it was a long weekend). I also noticed stains on the washroom wall that had not been properly cleaned (I just wiped it down myself)

Love the location and room we had

The swimming pool location was not ideal. It's in the rear of the bar, and often people smoke/vaping right next to the hot tub/swimming pool where kids are around.

The staff were very friendly, helped with all my requests and went above and beyond.

As suggested I phoned and asked for a room on the quiet side of the building becuse I am a light sleeper. Also the parking was easy and able to stay until the end of the skiing day we checked out.

I like the place, ambiance, friendliness of staff and most of the amenities, discounts and promos. We will be coming again next year!
