除了员工需要改进其他都能接受

住宿条件还可以价格适中，唯独不提供早餐。其他的都还可以

改进的方面是员工，我们母语不是英文当然也怪自己英文不好，员工特别不耐烦🙄语速快，没听太懂所以服务业员工是要耐心细致对待每一个客户。

Zero value for money, too much expensiveand felt like a motel. No warmth or greetings from hotel staff.

Felt like a motel stay. No greetings from staff upon arrival. This place doesn't deserve to be called 4 star place.

Good for a short city break.

Location is great, parking is decent even though not free but it's convenient. Rooms were comfortable.

Not as family friendly as I would have liked. Only a microwave in the room. Would be nice if they added a few items. I also requested a late checkout through Hilton Honours upgrade, which wasn't honoured by the desk staff. Forced us to move to the airport much earlier than we would have liked. They offered just an extra hour for $10. Also, they need to remove the TV app and stop charging $30 for on-demand movies! $29.99 for Fast X?

Conveniently located, clean and spacious room, friendly staff. Very pleasant stay. Highly recommend

Very good location in Jercey City, walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Just 5 minute walk to the beautiful view of Manhattan across the river. Clean and spacious room. Many thoughtful details in the room such as sufficient power outlets for everyone's electronic needs, night lights and extra side table and shelves. The PATH transportation is just downstairs to take you right to World Trade Center. Nice gym facilities.

Location is good but unpleasant reception staff

Location

Unpleasant staff at reception. Our breakfast was included in the stay but had to convince them and after that completely misguided by both of the receptionist. We were told that we will get breakfast behind the room of our stay which was untrue. It was almost a feeling like they never wanted us to have breakfast. We actually surrendered one due to timings as the breakfast time was over at 0900. Not sure the reason for that kind of gesture. Not even handed over complimentary water bottles which I saw next day by other receptionist handing over to new guests. Although we had our own but was completely disguised with the attitude of both receptionists. Might prefer another place next time.

Enjoyable stay good location to mall, cinema . Food and coffee shops

Great location to city using path trains .. Nice rooms more than enough room for family of 5 .. two double beds and sofa bed in living room with big telly in each room .. Bar area nice to chill .. food at hotel is really nice also .. and gym on second floor has everything you need to do a decent work out ..

Excellent location to visit NYC...clean spacious suite.

The room was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend this location for a visit to NYC. The nearby Path train was easy to use and very convenient.

We arrived with 5 guests and only had 2 bath towels the first night. We requested 4 bath towels on the 2nd night, and they didn't arrive until housekeeping came the next morning. Luggage carts were hard to find and did not get returned to the lobby. My husband had to stop and check each floor to locate one (finally found one on the 8th floor) to use for check out.

Very good

The staff is super nice. The suit is in a good location and close to Newport Mall and a bunch of restaurants. It is good value for family trip, a couple with teenagers kids. You don’t need to book two rooms which could be quite expensive

The mattress is a little soft for us. It hurts my back especially after long international flight.

It was good overall.

It is roomy and location is convenient. We stay there every time when visiting our daughter in New York.

Bedsheet is not fitted sheet and it moved around. The hair dryer was broken and handle was sticky.

Worth the money.

The room was very spacious. The beds were clean and very comfortable. And there were plenty of outlets for everyone to use.

It was fine. No issues that I could see.
