The room did not meet my satisfaction.

The hotel was near places to eat.

I don't know if the room was intended for people who needed wheelchairs. There was nothing that separated the shower floor from the bathroom floor. To me this was a hazard. I don't remember asking for an accommodations room. There were parts of the hotel that appeared to still be under renovations. There was no bottled water provided in the room as an amenity.

I was pleased with the comfort, location and value found at this hotel.

The room was large with plenty of counter space to work and/or store your things. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great with good water pressure and very hot water. Everything was very clean. The stall was very friendly and helpful.

I would have liked an extra blanket to use. The soap provided was tiny. There was only one roll of toilet paper. I would LOVE a magnified mirror provided to apply make up but that’s just my wish! The room next to me had a dog that whined/howled off and on all night. I love animals but maybe guests with pets should be on a separate floor.

I like the actual hotel. I’m sure it was the room we were given.

I love the location.

The room we received ended up having lots of missing amenities and basic room set up. The restroom door can’t be closed, otherwise it will lock you out. Ants everywhere.

Not worth the nightly fee. Dated, poorly maintained and the hotel was like a ghost town.

Staff helped find us motorcycle parking.

They had some event happening at the hotel. Lobby and their makeshift bar was extremely packed, we couldn’t even get to our room. Beds were extremely hard. This location has potential but they did the most cost saving “upgrades” I’ve ever seen. Ceilings were extremely low. I felt like I was back in the 2000s, except with cheap granite countertops in my tiny bathroom. The furniture had been chewed on by previous tenants dogs. Everything was extremely dated. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Was NOT worth what we paid. There was NO parking at all in the lot. Breakfast was terrible, extremely crowded but what can you expect with a free breakfast. They had very few choices one of the least we’ve ever seen so everyone was making five waffles at a time. Waited over 30 mins and never had the opportunity to make one. I would definitely advise finding another hotel for this price point.

First time to Austin was a success.

The staff was great. The ladies up front are the best. They always greeted you with a smile. The breakfast was the best. It was a very safe place to stay with this being me and my kids first time out of town. If I do come back to Austin this will be where we will be staying.

The first night was very hot due to the air not working but when I told them they made it right.

Comfortable hotel with free breakfast and friendly staff and minutes from downtown

I chose this hotel because I was in town for a concert and the venue was only a couple of miles away. I also liked the easy access to 35 and downtown was also a short drive as well.

Great stay for the money and location

Nice location close to everything and love the free parking as well as the check out time being 12

Over all nothing bad maybe could use some work on the ice machines and couple of details but nothing stood out

It was a great stay. I felt extremely safe which was great traveling with my Grandson

Very clean and spacious. Staff very welcoming and very profesdional. Smiling when I walked in to check-in as well as when we checked out.😃

The room didn’t get cool enough and I tried to adjust the thermostat down to 68 but it stayed at 71. Tried to adjust the fan to high but it still barely blew at all. I couldn’t really sleep because I was having hot flashes and never cooled down until about 5:30 am.

Dirty floors in room

Staff was very sweet.

Room was dirty. Hair on the night stand. Dirty floors. Air conditioner did not cool room.The pool had so much chlorine it burnt my sons eyes and he couldn't open them for almost 5 minutes.

Our stay was excellent.

The hotel was very clean and spacious for the time we needed to spend there, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They gave great recommendations for places to eat around the area and answered all questions we had about our stay in the hotel. Breakfast had many options to choose from. The bed in the room was actually comfortable, and the water pressure was amazing in the shower.

We have no complaints about this property.

UTTER HORROR

Good location

This stay was utter horror. Our bathroom had a major leakage, some of my stuff got ruined. I had to rush out from the room and take all my stuff to prevent any damage to them. The water leaking was from a sewerage line, so just imagine the bad smell it caused. We were shifted to another room that had no working shower. Generally the room was not clean, the duvet had a chewing gum on it that was dried out. Can it get any worse? There’s a bad smell in the hallways and the hotel is worn out. Never ever stay at this hotel, I beg you!

We were travelling with a large group, about 115 student athletes, competing in a regatta on Lady Bird Lake. The staff at the hotel could not have been more accommodating. We will definitely return to this property.

in some ways, they did well

hotel was clean most everywhere. Bed was soft and pillows were flexibly soft. Shower water got hot quickly. HVAC worked well without too much noise. Staff was good at desk and breakfast and walking me through the teevee remotes. Breakfast included eggs, bacon some days sausage some days and there were cereals, bagels, fruits and waffles and fixings for all of these were kept in place by staff. A variety of coffee choices were kept up as well. Breakfast staff got multiple in person compliments from us.

Staff member said they got my Wyndham rewards number posted to the booking, but it doesn't seem to have worked. It has worked in the past when I omitted it during initial booking. The refrigerator in the room was so loud we just unplugged it. Single cup coffees in room were never replenished. Bath soaps were never replenished. We could have requested soaps I reckon, but we scrapped by. Showerhead wouldn't adjust and stay put...it just was floppy limp.
