We were not disappointed with our stay. The location was ideal.

We chose the hotel for the location to Lincoln Center, and it was perfect.

I would have liked an early accesible place for coffee in the morning and not having to walk several blocks to the nearest shop.

Great location, great food!

I liked everything but specially the location, since I am a frequent MET Opera visitor. Hotel foyer was nicely decorated. During this trip we dined at rooftop restaurant. It has a nice view of the city and a great food.

The pharmacy and Starbucks are closed. It is very inconvenient, but has nothing to do with the hotel.

Bueno, pero...

La ubicación excelente, la limpieza muy bien, el personal amable.

El mantenimiento pobre y me cobraron como quisieron, no me dieron oportunidad de pagar desde mi llegada con la tarjeta que yo quería pagar (ya que llevaba reserva desde booking). Esto hizo que mi experiencia no fuera no tan buena como hubiese podido ser, ojalá que las personas en la recepción sean más receptivas a lo que el cliente requiere... hablé con 2 recepcionistas del asunto, al llegar y al irme, y ninguno me quiso ayudar, prefirieron ahorrarse la molestia.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Comfortable beds and a reasonable size room.

Nice size room with comfortable beds. Hotel is in a great location with easy access to subways to get around the city and not too far from Central Park. Within walking distance to shops also.

There was a slight mix up with our booking upon our early morning arrival but the staff member on duty did his best to sort this out and have us in our room as soon as possible.

Sooo expensive for what you get.

Location!

Bathroom was kind of a wreck. No usable shelf or counter top, sink faucet sprayed all over the place. Tiny.

PESSIMO

La hall.

Hotel ed esperienza pessima. Stanza piccola buia, piena di polvere, con finestre rotte (dato che in America non possono aprirle- neanche quel poco che possono.. si apriva. NIENTE) Servizio reception antipatico e poco disponibile. Ad ogni pulizia giornaliera, mancavano cose e dunque avevamo sempre asciugamani in meno o bagnoschiuma mancante. Dovevo infatti ogni sera chiamare alla reception per farmi portare cose. Le foto che sono su Booking sono foto di ANNI FA. La struttura è vecchia, ed in decadenza. Non vale tutti i soldi che fanno pagare. Sono Delusa!

not up to my expectations.

location

room and bathroom were very small. The room's window was facing a wall few feet away leading to lack of natural light, It felt dark and gloomy and muddy. Not a great experience for the price paid. I will not return.

Perfect location when you’re planning to attend the opera

The location was spectacular - just across the street from Lincoln center and we were able to walk to a lot of places.

It was a little noisy but that’s NYC - we used a noise machine app to block sound while we were sleeping. Also the bed was a little hard.

Muy buena relación calidad-ubicación-precio

Todos los días te dan botellas de agua gratis en recepción. La ubicación es muy buena y tiene dos paradas de metro cercanas.

Es un hotel antiguo y algunas cosas de las habitaciones necesitarían renovarse, pero está bien igualmente y es cómodo. El baño funciona perfectamente y la cama está bien. También tiene su encanto alojarse en un hotel con historia.

Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay again.

The location was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was dirty, the shower was broken, the room was boiling hot and you couldn’t turn the heater down, there were many generators outside our room which we could hear constantly even with the windows closed.

È l’hotel di chuck bass in gossip girl e la posizione e l’atrio

Tutto! No colazione, lo staff non ti aiuta e quando glielo chiedi (ad esempio aprire la porta per portare dentro le valigie) ci mettono tantissimo tempo! La nostra stanza era imbarazzante, il bagno vecchio e sporco, il riscaldamento non si spegneva, il telefono non funzionava, la stanza era sporca e tetra!

Hôtel très bien situé mais les chambres restées figées dans les années 2000.

Le lieu est idéal. À seulement 2 minutes à pieds de Central Park et 10 minutes de Times Square, nous avons tout pu faire à pieds. L’hôtel est doté d’un super rooftop qui permet de prendre un verre tout en profitant de la vue sur les buildings. La réception de l’hôtel est également chaleureuse avec des musiques d’ambiance toute la journée.

Le rapport qualité prix était trop cher, 2500.- pour une chambre vétuste. Un petit coup de frais serait nécessaire, surtout pour le prix de la nuit. L’isolation est désastreuse. On s’est fait réveiller toutes les heures par les bruits de la route (claxon, sirène, moteur, etc.). De plus, l’isolation laissait entrer l’air ce qui fait que nous avons dû contacter le service d’entretien pour faire réparer notre chauffage. Après 3 passages, ils nous ont informés le dernier jour que le système était cassé. Dommage que l’on soit prévenus de ça le dernier jour surtout après une semaine ou la nuit la température oscillait entre 0 et -10 degrés. L’eau chaude était également très rare, ce qui n’est pas agréable lorsqu’il fait froid dans la chambre.

Really run down place but nice staff

The staff is really friendly and helpful when you have problems with your room (Which you will have ofc cause the place is run down). Overall, the place did work for us as we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, we just used it to sleep and it was close to 3 different subway stations, which makes it easy to get downtown and uptown in a breeze.

Its sad that an iconic place that has been in tv series is so rundown. There is no bar at the hotel, just the rooftop, which is expensive and you get to it on a 2 by 2 or smaller elevator, which looks like a service elevator tbh. The door in our bathroom looked like it was full of mold inside of it and the hotel staff management just painted on top of it. Our bathroom had a broken handle that was fixed with roof tape The heater did noises all the time while heating, so sleeping in the room was hard. Water pressure was too high the sink would splash you with cold water if you opened it too much. Hot water took really long to work, about 10m of running the shower in ice cold water to then get almost boiling level water. The room had a smell of rundown. The TV had like 5 channels and most of them where not working, it is also a plasma tv, which makes it look awful. The elevators make noises when moving up & down. The hotel stinks to marihuana, which tends to get into your room (also, people smoked on the hall, which was really annoying). At a point in our reservation the room AC that was used to heat just stopped working, so we were offered a simple "portable" heater that was supposed to heat the whole room, the service guy did figure out how to fix it but he had to disassemble it with us inside the room. There is no breakfast, which makes the rate just to be too expensive for the area. The hotel lobby looks nice, but thats it, the rooms are old and do not really have too much space to them. We were greeted by a person that looked like she didn't want to be working there, which we didn't really like, also, the doorman sometimes didn't even do their work of opening the door for you.

Sijainti Ulkoisesti siisti ja aula ok Kahviloita aamiasta varten lähellä

Wc todella pieni Queen standard huoneissa ei ollenkaan luonnonvaloa. Huoneen ikkuna vastapäätä toista rakennusta. Turvalukko huoneessa rikki. Kaikki vähän rempallaan, etenkin wcssä. TV ei huoneessa toiminut.Sain toisen huoneen 5.kerroksesta, mutta ei suurta parannusta. (Selitys oli että standard luokan huoneet ovat sellaisia). Ilmeisesti huoneet ylimmässä luokassa voivat olla parempia. Huom- kuvat netissä eivät vastaa todellisuutta.

Rooftop bar with view of city is excellent the staff are all very nice and the room itself was very comfortable location

Perfect location lovely common areas and good-sized room

Bathroom was terribly small and in relatively bad condition shower works fine but didn’t make up for the bathroom’s being worn and very tiny. Also pillows were not feather and fairly uncomfortable.

Great location a bit shady!

Great location. Funky older place. Very good front desk staff. Cool restaurant on top.

Some areas a little dirty. Took an oddly longtime to process my credit card. Elevator to the roof bar was scary noisy! Watch the “guest of the day” upgrade may be a sham for more money. Inconsistent pricing with Booking

The awful noise that was produced by indoor AC, it was killing me the whole night. It’s not just regular AC working , it was a tractor! Unbelievable that they have this system there yet

Premier grand voyage en famille. Top top

Son emplacement 15 min à pied de Time square, station proche du métro et central Park. La déco art déco super confortable. Son roof top. Chambre communicante

Aufgrund des freundlichen und bemühten Personals und der großartigen Lage gerne wieder.

Dafür war das Personal sehr freundlich und die Lage direkt an der Metropolitan Opera großartig. Obwohl das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht so gut war, würden wir nächstes Mal vermutlich wieder dort übernachten.

Frühstück wurde leider nicht angeboten. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel, die Jalousien kaputt, so dass man sie nicht hochziehen konnte. Insgesamt schon sehr heruntergekommen…

Fantastic location. Chill vibe around the neighborhood. We had a great view and loved that the window opened all the way. Great water pressure in the shower!! Would definitely stay here again.

The radiator was loud and I’d rather have had an updated thermostat.

We probably had one of the cheapest rooms, which was fine as we chose that room but there was no kettle or mini fridge to make tea, coffee or keep our water bottles cool.

Pésimo hotel en una estupenda ubicación

La habitacion , mal decorada, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, el living estaba mal equipado, el agua caliente no siempre funciono, el baño tenia la barra cortina baño oxidada y azulejos rotos, una cortina no subía, poca luz en la habitacion

Igualmente la Ubicación es insuperable… por eso siempre volvemos ahí!!

Ubicación, cerca del Metropolitan. Vamos a la Ópera

Las cortinas Store estaban rotas, la calefacción un día se prendía y al otro nos congelábamos. La decoración, y la oscuridad… mala iluminación en los dormitorios .. el tamaño de mi baño.. no cabía bien El lavatorio Además no dan desayuno y no tiene zona propia de bar restaurante en el primer piso
