必要十分で満足。高いが、次回も空きがあれば利用しようかと思う。

ロケーション素晴らしい。清潔で設備は必要十分。朝食の内容はさておき、朝食が付いていること、フロントに常時人がいることに安心感がある。共用の洗濯機があるのも良い。ただし洗濯と乾燥で最低6〜9ドルは、円安の状況下では少し割高感。部屋に備え付けてあればなお良い。

朝食に野菜がない。フルーツもかなり少ない。それが残念。暖かいおかずがあるが、レパートリーがイマイチ。日本のホテルの朝食はレベルが高いのだと認識させる。

Nel complesso molto bene, colazione migliorabile.

L'hotel è in posizione centrale, la camera era ampia, il letto molto confortevole. Era presente una scrivania con sedia tipo office, un divano, tavolino. La cucina in camera era molto comoda, con lavastoviglie, piano cottura, frigo e forno. La colazione era buona, c'era la possibilità di portare via qualcosa, il personale forniva la box per il take away. Il wifi fratuito era buono, ho lavorato senza problemi, è possibile avere una connessione ancora più veloce a pagamento, ma non era necessario.

La colazione era buona, ma con poca scelta.. Latte, caffè, succhi, latte di soia, yogurt, uova strapazzate e pancakes o waffel, frutta pane e muffin. Non c'erano coissants, torte, fotmaggi, prosciutto ecc... Niente corn flakes o chocho pops, solo riso soffiato e roba colorata per bambini.

Bom hotel

Boa localização e bom café da manhã. Ótimo ter uma cozinha no quarto com todo o suporte de louça, cooktop, geladeira, micro-ondas, torradeira, etc

Na reserva dizia que havia estacionamento porém o mesmo era pago e muito caro, As diárias do carro nessa hospedagem quase se equipararam as diárias de 03 pessoas em outro bom hotel em outra cidade por igual período. Com taxa, a diária do carro é de quase 62 dólares. Outro problema foi a falta de água que ocorreu em 02 dias da estadia devido a reformas no imóvel. Não houve aviso prévio a estadia. Também tivemos problema com o aquecimento do quarto.

Para que fosse 5 estrelas precisaria ter o preço um pouco mais barato.

Excelente localização, perto de restaurantes e metro, sem contar com a facilidade do CVS e distribuidoras por perto. Recomendo o hotel para quem quer comodidade.

Recepção muito simples, sem muito a que oferecer para quem quer facilidades dentro do hotel.

The location and breakfast were good, but the cleanliness of the kitchen was terrible.

It is located near the White House and near tourist attractions, so it is convenient to use. There is a CVS on the first floor of the same building as the hotel, so it is convenient to use. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. But the sofa bed is the worst.

During my trip to Washington, I stayed at a residence to use the kitchen, but everything in the kitchen was not clean. There are traces of previous users on the bowls, forks, and spoons, and the coffee machine in particular is full of coffee grounds and has not been cleaned. And there were so many food scraps from previous users in the dishwasher that I felt like throwing up. So I never used the kitchen. The feeling of using the sofa bed is the worst. My back hurts because the center of the sofa bed is caved in. I was embarrassed because they gave me a blanket instead of a blanket when using the sofa bed.

Lage war gut.

Als wir Mitten in der Nacht unser Zimmer beziehen wollten mussten wir feststellen, dass das Schlafsofa nicht ausgezogen und angezogen war. An der Rezeption sagte uns die Dame nur, dass wir die Leintücher bekommen, aber das Zimmer selbst herrichten müssen. Das geht meiner Meinung nach gar nicht. Vor allem als ich das Hotel nachträglich kontaktierte, reagierten sie auf meine Nachrichten nicht. - Das Schlafsofa war sehr unbequem.

nice hotel only thing i did not like was parking thy staff parked the car which was fine we walked everywhere got in ur exercise in and th kids liked it got to teach them some good walking in big city rules and direction skills

dc area is not my favorite place most people are kinda rude

We will definitely stay here again

Breakfast was great every day…always fully stocked. The front desk employees were wonderful!! It’s the perfect location for visiting all of the tourist favorite spots

Fantastic

When I was given the room, the room I booked was a queen room plus a sofa bed. When my friends got there, it turned out that it was a queen room but no sofa bed. I booked this room over a year ago and the person in the front desk told me that they were sold out? it doesn’t make sense to me.

Great Location

Comfortable roomy clean breakfast was repetitive scrambled eggs & sausage 1 day was 2 types of sausage every day we stayed 5 nights

The internet was down the whole time we were there 5 days and we needed it for some business issues... Otherwise all of the staff was very very friendly and apologetic...Supposedly promising points .. I'll have to follow-up on that..In particular Jenny & Natalia were very friendly intuitive & conscientious.

Great option for a roomy family suite

First off, the staff are absolutely wonderful - very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating! We loved the balcony off our room - it was small but nice to sit outside and "people watch". We got a suite with separate bedroom for our family of 4 (with older teens). We requested an extra stow-away bed and there was plenty of room even with that. Fitness center and breakfast were both good and clean. It's about a 3/4 mile walk to the Smithsonian museums and there's a parking deck across the street.

My only complaint was that the bathroom needs updating (there's no storage and it's very dark) but it was functional.

Nice hotel in a safe and convenient location

After many days on the road, the washing machine & dryer that guests can use in the common area were useful. $3 per wash, $3 per dry, change coins at reception. Double glazed windows kept out the traffic noise. We were locked out of our unit due to a door latch issue. The hotel sent a technician who came quickly. The location is in a safe area, with clean streets. Location is great: can walk to most places (including White House), or take the metro. Nearest metro station is a short walk away. Great eateries are within walking distance. Just outside the hotel, there were more than 10 CCTVs - probably because it is walking distance to north entrance of the White House. Friendly staff (valet, check-in/ reception and breakfast).

We booked a one bed-room apartment. It comprised one bedroom with its own door which my husband and I used. Our son slept in the sofa-converted bed in the sitting room. However, the single toilet with shower is inside the bedroom. If you have 3rd & 4th persons using the sitting room's sofa bed, they'll need to access the bedroom to use toilet facilities. So, the couple would not have complete privacy. The HVAC gives out loud humming sound. My messages via booking.com to the hotel always came back with the same answer, which is the auto out-of-office reply. Nevertheless, I'll stay here again for the good things I mentioned above.

it’s located in the downtown not far from all sightseeings. friendly staff.

we could find the parking from the first try, because the sing about valet parking wasn’t obvious. Also I think it wasn’t enough space for breakfast room, because the hotel is big, many people, but breakfast room was small. Furniture, wallpapers, plumbing were old. The air conditioner was located right over the bed, so it was cold and windy at night
