Comfortable no frills motel in a gorgeous location.

Beautiful location, good sized family suite and very clean. Great food in the restaurant although the lack of ambiance and decor lets it down which is a shame as the staff were all fabulous.

For the price we paid I think breakfast should’ve been included. It was also a little noisy with sound carrying easily.

Unfortunately, I would not be logging there again. Restaurant and south were excellent but the room itself was not very

The view,

The room smelt mildewy, the shower leaked, which spelt over to the bathroom. One of the cord from the lamp was burned and it was plugged in, had to unplug it. If not, I could set itself on fire. I unplugged it to be safe. The noise from the top level was very noisy.

It served its purpose as we reserved 2 rooms so my daughter and her family could come with us.

We had a dog so the accommodations for her was good! We had to pay an extra $25. We had a room with a sliding door so we could take her out to the grass! That was very nice. The rooms were dated and the shower was teeny tiny. The rooms needed a remodeling but the location was great!

The room was clean and the way the beds were set up was nice. Location was wonderful as it was so close to the ocean.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The water in the shower was very finicky... sometimes you got hot, sometimes cold.

Lovely location with the beach a short walk away. friendly staff were very helpful.

The location was excellent, walking distance from the beach. There was a mini mart close to the property in case you needed anything. We were given coupons for a discount at the restuant on site, but didn't get a chance to use them. The room is a nice size, but the bathroom bathing area is tiny.

The carpet seemed a little wet, as our room was close to the pool. A previous resident may have come in and wet the carpet and it was not dried properly before our arrival.

Fair priced for the area and in prime location for exploring the central coastline.

The location was excellent for beach access and enjoying the coastline between SLO and Santa Cruz. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The fitness center was not heated and the equipment was rusty and in marginal working order. The bathroom within the room is very outdated and small. No microwave in the room and the overall quality of the room leaves much to be desired.

The people that own the property, are really nice and respectful. Louis was more than helpful. He made sure that me and my wife were safe and that we had everything that we needed. I highly recommend staying at this place. Thanks again Louis for everything you did for us. 1-5_23.

it was very close to the beach - 3-minute walk so that’s a plus! also how it’s dog friendly is a more incredible plus for us! The gentlemen who checked us in too were very patient and friendly, so thank you to Joel and Manny! :)

The water pressure wasn’t that good so flushing the toilet was a bit of a struggle. The rooms are a little bit outdated, but not really a problem since we only stayed overnight.

Gorgeous area. Loved the extras, shampoos, soap smelt amazing etc.The bed was so comfy, I didn't want to leave this bed. The coffee was also lovely. Great location, near the beach. Lovely outside area with palm trees. I would highly recommend this lovely place.

There was left over food in the fridge. Looked like it had been there for a few days.

The WI-Fi, which is included, NEVER WORKED. I was unable to finish work due by 8 am the following day and to attend a Zoom Conference at 9:Am. I called several times, I had to go at 10:00 pm to the lobby to "prove" I did not have a faulty computer. It worked perfectly in the lobby. There was no manager on the premise. They told me he would be there in the morning. I waited until 11:00 am which made me late, he never showed up and never returned my calls. I was traveling with my sister who flew from Paris, and she could not have access to the internet either of course. Unfortunately, I had forgotten that the same thing had happened in this hotel once before. :( Now I have to dispute the charges and waste my time. It was clean but not "around the corners".

Beautiful hotel with comfortable, clean and big rooms. Super close to Hearst Castle (it was still close during our stay) but it's a great place to stay if you are considering a visit or just coming down Highway 1.

Great location by the see, perfect for sunsets. The Motel has all the necessary facilities and is very well kept, except for the shower.

The shower, needs some TLC
