I'd stay again and plan on it!

We return to the coast biyearly. Our recent stay in Lincoln city was memorable, exceptional and exciting! We stayed at Ashley Inn & Suites at Lincoln City, We wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional service my family and I experienced during our recent stay at your establishment. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and genuine hospitality we received. Let's start with the biggest improvement opportunity in my opinion. NOT a deal breaker, yet a chance for guest and pet enrichment. Being pet friendly is appreciated and necessary! Offering pet amenities should definitely be added/included [dish/bowl-toy(s) towel, chew toy, bed, blanket, brush, treats] ***SOMETHING *** if you're choosing to charge $30 night. *+$150 for five nights =2 dog treats. Value? Did not seem like it!. Good news the ice bucket doubles as a water dish! (These are easy and affordable suggestions, luckily we arrived prepared) We've traveled to dozens of locations and have had more included without an additional fee. Lastly This FEE should be selected in BOOKING, not a suprise when checking in [or in fine print] when it's too late to leave the pet at home. We're all on a budget! It seems price deceptive or seemingly a money grab. In summary the suggestion would be to provide some additional VALUE for what seems like excessive pet fee(s). Just free suggestions with easy fixes provided. On to the exceptional! One of the highlights of our stay was the daily breakfast service. The server, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that every guest had a wonderful dining experience. Her speed, efficiency, and overall demeanor made our mornings that much brighter. Not only was the food delicious, but her presence truly made the breakfast area a cheerful place to start our day. I also want to commend your housekeeping staff for their outstanding work.

I would possibly stay again at this hotel

Breakfast was great. Check in was ok. The room was fairly pleasent. I felt the price was reasonable.

The parking is less than desirable, the floor in the room was dirty and had several cracks in it

Just fantastic! We would definitely stay here again.

The staff from the check-in, cleaning and food service were all very friendly and tidy. We thought the check in was fantastic and the price was great. I love their dog-friendly policy. The location was great. we used the spa and pool each day and found the area to be clean and well-maintained.

The cost for the dog-friendly room was an additional 30$ per night (60$)which was pretty steep. I appreciate having dog friendly places to stay on the coast though

Good, clean, comfortable hotel, convenient location.

Breakfast of coffee/juice, pastries, make your own waffle, fruit and cereal. Could ask for eggs, hash browns, bacon/sausage, but when a bit busy the staff might forget your order. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Front desk staff very helpful.

Breakfast staff needed help, got too busy and they forgot orders. Price was a bit high.

I would definitely recommend Ashley Inn & Suites.

I loved the layout in our room! Having a separate living room area was very comfortable and all the artwork throughout was very unique and custom.

I was a little disappointed that the jacuzzi was closed for maintenance, but it happens.
