It was ok

The beds said Queen but they were more like full beds, and they were hard. The room was really stuffy too. Elevator not working the first day and we had to climb 5 flights of stairs with 3 littles and suitcases! 😭

Interesting to say the least

Location is sketchy, staff not present at night (kiosk with a remote worker). Elevator to bottom floor didn't work and stairwell had a door that was completely.shattered with caution tape. Did not feel safe. Cobwebs in bathroom and dated room. Poor value for the cost

Gute Lage zur Innenstadt, Zwar direkt am Highway aber vernünftige Fenster. Zimmer war modern und Betten gut. Netter Empfang an der Rezeption. Parkplätze ausreichend und inklusive Frühstück an sich war gut und ausreichend...

Leider kümmerte sich das Personal nicht wirklich. Mülleimer beim Frühstück und im Hotel sehr voll. Boden beim Frühstückbuffett fleckig und Personal war mit Schwatzen beschäftigt. Das hat den guten Eindruck leider getrübt

The breakfast was poor, tables were messy, staff were eating as they were topping up the food - a bit like feeding time at the zoo

Overall the staff was wonderful, the room was comfortable & the bed was delightful.

Breakfast was convenient and on time every morning! I had to be up early to prepare for my day/meetings and it was a pleasure being able to start off having my fresh coffee with my choice of breakfast before starting my day.

I would have liked it colder in the room given the temperature during my stay was in the high 90's low 100's. It did get a bit warm in the room. Maybe a larger variety of snacks to choose from by check-in...although you did have some great ones I guess I was looking for a little something extra :-) and I didn't want to leave the hotel late at night.

Location, breakfast and staff.

Beds were uncomfortable, bathroom had some mold. I was expecting a little more comfort and cleanliness for the price.

appreciated the free breakfast, the 24-hour coffee and water machines in the lobby and the complimentary happy hour cocktail.

the fitness center was pretty dismal and there was no working light in the shower area

Good stay and it was a convenient location!

It is pet friendly and and the room is clean. Bed is comfortable and shower head was awesome.

No hot water during the night, I had to take a cold shower. My assumption is there were too many people staying at the hotel and a huge hot water consumption was used throughout the entire day.

it’s okay

the staff was great! especially unique, she was kind and very informative

rooms were small, gym was unclean, the shower leaked everytime shower, breakfast was mediocre at best. the location is not the best. i wouldn’t recommend for solo travelers

too many things broke. elevator broke multiple time, tv remote broke…stuck on Spanish, coffee machine broke, room phone broke. also sound of water running all night.

Breakfast was OK. The coffee was absolutely terrible though.

The vast majority of the stay. Our room was in a horrible location and unable to be moved. There were people outside our window in the middle of the night/early morning screaming at each other. Also had people in the hallways having incredibly loud conversations at 2AM. The location is sketchy and there aren't good dining options nearby (the IHop next door is all there is and it's not recommended). The little "market" they have in the hotel is not good - horrible options and often out of water. The "bar" that is advertised is NOT a bar.

Great place for a short stay quiet comfortable and clean

The beds were very comfortable it was quiet and everything was clean Pretty much like everything else in Austin you have to use a car to get anywhere

The breakfast could've had a bit more fruit
