We booked last minute and it a new favorite place pleasantly surprised

We waited to long to book and found a room there. The beds felt brand new my kids slept for 10 hours. Really clean

Beds were way too soft!! Tub drained so slow it was filling up as you showered!! Shoddy construction! Globs of caulking in the shower! Not the cleanest.

I had been solo camping in the wilderness for four nights, refreshing break at mid journey.

The bed was comfortable, the staff extremely helpful and friendly, surprisingly good breakfast. Quieter than I expected at night. Walked across the street for dinner. A maid went above and beyond to help me find the ice machine. The room was clean.

The alarm clock was illegible, shower valve was crude and difficult. Toilet was kid sized. Television didn’t want to cooperate. Had to shut A/C off because it wouldn’t respond to adjustments.

Was a great stay. Was able to stay by the pool. Pool was a nice area with the palm trees.

The pool and hot tub area was great with the palm trees. Hot tub was hot, and jets were good.

The water in the showerer kept going cold then hot.

The one night lodging at this Quality Inn met all of my needs.

It was conveniently located for my travel plans. The registration process was smooth. Breakfast was good and sufficient for my needs. It was hot and ready enabling me to get back on the road early. I was very pleased.

It is an older hotel. Some might describe it as "tired." This does not mean it wasn't adequate. It met my needs for a comfortable place to stay for the night.

Rudest Front Desk Clerk Ever!

Absolutely NOTHING!

Listing said pet friendly with no mention of a pet fee. Told the clerk and she basically called me a liar. Gave up and agreed to the fee. Got 2 keys to the room at the back of the hotel. Unloaded car and tried to enter the room. Neither key worked. Walk back to the front. Clerk tried to teach me how to use the key like I was a child. Walked back to the room and keys still didn’t work. This was the last straw. Went back to the desk, demanded a credit for the room and drove another 50 miles to Cedar City. Will NEVER stay at this hotel!

Front desk clerk refused to give me a printed invoice, said booking.com will provide it. Lied?

Breakfast was below any reasonable standards. Didn’t have basic foods. In other words didn’t even have simple boiled eggs.

Bathroom was poorly maintained.

it was very disappointing, bordering on hazardous and discussing so I will NEVER stay there again.

old, dirty shower with hair in it!!! poor smell, tiny tv, bed was horrible, the fridge was so loud I had to sleep with the Pillow ON my head but had to keep it plugged in to keep insulin cold, the “HVAC” was loud and did not keep the room close to a constant temp.
