Negative and when I informed them that the hole 4 floor was workers I work with and I will tell ‘em and we find another

Me and a co worker rent 2 rooms months at time and pay evey Sunday our tab I needed like a day or 2 to get up with my company to straighten them out and all nope they wouldn’t let me get my stuff until the next morning when I talked to mange . And I been staying here since first December and do- worker to and the job site is right down the road on railgh street . On top that I tryed to give them over have my bill told be straight by time . Nope couldn’t take that but rent me a room for one night twice I paid . I’m just blue collar construction worker trying provide and sleep in truck could even get my blanket out room . During a very bad storm SMH drs

Refer to the above comment I put it there because that first thing people look at is what people liked not disliked now people see how corporations treat blue collar workers trying feed there kids and have shelter

Completely disappointed

It was good location for where I had to go.

Online I booked non smoking... when I get there they tell me there are no non smoking rooms available. But that's what I booked. Hallway & elevator heavy smell of Marijuana. I was very disappointed and for the money ithink either I should of gotten a non smoking room like I booked or some kind of discount.

The staff was incredibly friendly, facilities, sheets and towels were clean & everything was very clean in our room.

Loved the location.

My room did not have coffee maker, or any kitchen items, even though it described it as being part of the room set up. One of the reasons why we stayed here was the use of the kitchen and had to make everything with the microwave. I wouldn’t have paid for a room with a kitchen if I just wanted to microwave.

I thought I was supposed to pay when I got there they said it was 3party, the initiative I have my receipt and I checked out but it didn't that you would see me every seat so I don't know I just need to know what I paid for sure

Exceptional

The first thing that I liked was the front desk person named Lynn was super nice and was very helpful. The second thing was the rooms looked amazing and the showers were unique.

Great value for money, a few tweaks would have been a ideal stay.

Staff super helpful even with our late arrival

More towels, beds were super uncomfortable and bathroom had a mold mildew issue.

the worst. will never stay here again.

The tv remote & phone didn’t even work in the room. the lady at the fest wouldn’t let me check in because my bf didn’t have his id on him even though the room was in my name & my name only & I had my ID. we had to wait in the car for two house for someone to bring his ID.

Roaches Came out to play when the lights turned on! Then staff refused my refund! Now im out $400!

Nothing.

As soon as we turned the lights on in our room, the roaches came out to play! Very nasty and disgusting! Walked right back out and asked for refund, front desk lady gave me an attitude and refused! So I'm out $400!! This was ridiculous! I will be filing a Claim!

You get what you pay for.

location was good.

when we first got there, they gave us a room and we went to it, it wasn’t cleaned. The beds were a mess, there was trash on the floor. we went back to the lobby and they gave us a different room. this one was cleaned. My husband woke up with bites on his feet and back. beds are not comfortable.

I don't like the fact if you decide you don't like it there is no refund. I will never use booking or stay at this location every again

will never stay here again

the property was ok but very outdated. the beds were very uncomfortable. they had old dirty refrigerators in the room. kinda disgusting

the front desk staff and the house keeper. they were both equally nasty. I emailed the General manager about them my very first night there and still to this day he haven’t emailed me back. well I’m gonna get in contact with the owners and bbb

Great staff - Disappointing hotel

The staff were super nice! They were helpful & pleasant. Even on the phone (I checked in late) they were friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed secure with a main hotel entry that required room-key access. It is pet-friendly. The staff is doing the best they can at keeping an out-dated/almost run down hotel as clean as they can.

The hotel was a disappointment. For a suite-type hotel it was disappointing. I needs updating/renovating BADLY. You can tell the hotel staff had cleaned, but the hotel is relatively run down. There were no pots/pans/plates in the kitchen area of the suite. The beds were as comfortable as an uncomfortable air mattresses. The bed frames were cheap and very squeaky. There was a (hopefully) toothpaste stain on one of the comforters. The elevator at 10 pm smelled like cat pee. By the morning you could tell it had been cleaned, but there is a lingering pet odor. Considering the condition, not worth the money. Also, it was a non-smoking floor, but someone was smoking weed the ENTIRE morning I was leaving.
