Stay at a different hotel. This one is definitely not worth the price.

Bathroom was dirty hair, dry urine on the floor Was badly overpriced for the size of the room . It’s pretty much the standard, and industry that some type of breakfast is provided

The front desk specialists are amazing, welcoming and pleasant. James ,Missie and Angel are so professional and helpful. I will recommend and stay here again because of these wonderful ppl. Also the rooms are clean and spacious and it's a quiet hotel. Thank you

It was great otherwise, I’d definitely stay again

It was very clean, staff was EXCELLENT!

It’s way too noisy by the side doors, they would slam shut, and other guests don’t understand that other people stay on different floors and were VERY LOUD! I didn’t sleep at all!

Best hotel to stay at if in Columbus

The front desk agents are so nice ... All of them I would stay here over and over again ty.. I can't remember the names but the lady that work at the front from 7am to 3pm is amazinggggggggggggg.. and the guy who works 3 to 11 is amazingggggggg... All the front desk agents are great....

Angel, the front desk attendant really got my attention! That girl was professional, friendly, and super efficient! She needs a raise! Beds were great! Location is perfect for access to the Army Base!

Close proximity to Ft. Moore

Hotel was in close proximity to Ft. Moore which was the main reason for booking. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean.

Very noisy intersection that the hotel sits on. Neighborhood also seemed a little questionable.

Need repair

Staff member James House was excellent in his job. Spoke and greeted us everytime he saw us. Very valuable to this location.

Did not like that the front desk person was also the one fixing the breakfast. They could not keep up with that and the front t desk. It was not fare to her or the guests. Housekeeping was always sitting watching the tv in the lobby, taking up sitting in the lobby for the guest. Marijuana problem that could risk business

Great place to stay!

The room was clean, beds were comfy, location ws perfect, very quiet and safe. We have no complaints and would stay here again. The front desk gentleman James was very helpful. The breakfast was basic but sufficient. Pancakes oatmeal fruit. The usual.

Looks like a nice place to stay but the rooms need some help

The stuff was very friendly. I did see the staff always cleaning. I had the do not disturb sign on my door but when I needed towels a staff member was very friendly and brought me some and took my dirty ones.

The first thing that wasn't ok about the room we stayed in was when we got to the room the door lock was broken the key wouldn't open the door it took us about 15 tries before we actually got the door open and struggled with it every time we had to leave the room and come back. The next day we went to Fort Moore to see my son in his turning green ceremony he was able to come back to the room with us he was sitting on the bed when he got up there was a hook where a picture frame was supposed to be it snagged his shirt and ripped it good thing he was not in uniform still. Then to top it all off the next morning we woke up with a cockroach in the bathroom I was so disgusted. We had family also staying in the same hotel and they also had seen cockroaches in their room.

Great staff, comfy stay, a continental breakfast w/ MYOwn pancakes and decent coffeeAND ample parking and close to F

I was there for my son’s ARMY Bootcamp graduation. —-The location was optimum. 10 minutes max from the hotel to the main gate to Ft. Moore. —-Neat and orderly rooms. Nothing fancy but a comfy bed, a closet with 4 hangers and a good TV —-Also mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. —-Don’t forget to go to the “Lunchbox” Museum! It was quite an unexpected, pleasant way to spend the afternoon. Google or YouTube it. You’ll enjoy it!

Staff were friendly

I reported my bathroom out of order for over 24 hours after arrival! Going the maintenance guy and he fixed it. Had to use the public bathrooms for nearly 2 days of my stay! There were 3 loungers by the pool one ripped and no umbrellas and the pool was very dirty. My room was not made up for my whole 3 day stay! I guess you get what you pay for!

Breakfast had basics. It was fine for us. Location great to Fort Moore. Staff was really nice and friendly. Received great recommendations from a really nice girl that helped check us in for a number of restaurants down by the Riverwalk/Downtown area. All the restaurants she suggested were excellent!!

Nice place but not the Ritz. Give it a try.

Facility was clean, could use a little upkeep. Shower head was plugged so very little water came out. Bottom of bathroom door looked like it was cut off with a chain saw. Bedding was great, furniture was in good condition but low cost. Staff was very friendly but hotel was well understaffed. One employee for the property, on a Friday night, and she was training a new employee while trying to keep the whole hotel running. Would I stay here again, absolutly.
