Our 4 night stay was excellent. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful with giving suggestion of where to go.

I was disappointed in everything but location.

The location

I paid for 2 corner rooms, I even asked them to put us beside each other. They told me they would. Then when I got there, they down graded one of my rooms so our rooms would be closer but we was still 3 doors down. I took my parents and I needed to be closed to them because my father has dementia. They also didn’t refund me the difference in the room cost.

Great stay

Location was great. Friendly & Helpful staff. Parking was directly across the street. Valet at $40 or self park for $32.

Received an unrequest early wake up call.

Overall stay was great, close to where we were going with no issues.

Ease of check-in and check-out. Room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Loved that there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, bonus was that it was Dry Bar products.

Didn't like that we had to pay to park, feel that parking should be included in the stay.

It was under whelming for my first stay at an ALoft hotel and got one that was highly rated.

The location and the room was small but nicely planned out for a city sized hotel room.

The pillow cases had not been changed and were stained and dirty-so gross when I’m tired and just want to go to bed. I called the front desk and they brought up new pillows, but they didn’t have pillow cases on them, only the protective covers. I was too tired at that point to complain further. Also, the pillows themselves were awful; feather pillows that compressed into a tiny ball with no support at all. I’m not sure why it’s so hard for hotels to get the pillows right.

Habitacion ruidosa, el desayuno es lo peor que he probado, no tienen buffet, tienes que pedir a alguien, esperar una hora aproximadamente y solo te sirven comida estilo americana, nada de yogurt, ni unos huevos revueltos. No habia llevado adaptador y los enchufes son de dos plugs, he pedido prestado uno para esperar el dia siguiente para comprar y no tenian para prestar. Un desastre. No recomiendo

Amazing!

Hotel was super clean! Great staff, very friendly. Awesome water pressure. Unbeatable location, close to everything.

Wonderful place to stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The room was very clean and the location was perfect.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was that the beds were really firm.

Comfortable and convenient

This hotel is in a perfect location. Walking distance to so many restaurants and places of interest.

Pillows were too small. This higher end hotel should have nice big fluffy pillows.

Great location to distilleries and great pet hotel

Perfect location- walking distance to great restaurants, distilleries, parks, shopping. No pet fee!

We’ve stayed here before and come back because we enjoy it so much.

I would HIGHLY recommend the Aloft Downtown Louisville to anyone staying in the area! FANTASTIC!

GREAT location. Comfortable beds. The staff was AMAZING. Friendly and inviting. They have an EXCEPTIONAL crew at this hotel. Best staff I have encountered for some time!

Good hotel with poor breakfast options

Rooms were ok and location was good.

Breakfast was really poor and lot of things not available while we were there for 4 nights

Great location.

Beds were not comfy. Our air didn’t work right plus was leaking all over the floor making the carpet soaked. Having the skin in a separate room than the toilet was SUPER inconvenient. Plus the light switches were messed up and I had to use my phone flash light in the bathroom in middle of the night. Also our room smelled like weed SO bad one day.

I think you should offer coffee all day and a discounted breakfast or free. That helps when traveling.

Loved the location to downtown.

We told the staff our door in 306 was broke. You had to slam it. So when we came back 2 times from when people cleaned it. The door was on green.

Great long weekend in a perfect location.

comfortable bed, clean and ample bathroom, great location for the 4th of july celebration/fireworks, great bar/restaurant on the lobby. We didn't use the valet parking but it was available.

My only complain is that the shower head was not a efficient/green/watersaver as it should be. We feel that every time we used the shower we were using extreme amount of water totally unnecessary and multiply that for the size of the hotel and is a horrible waste of water. On the plus side, the toilet and the sink were good.

Very frustrating and uncomfortable

The location was great. Breakfast was just ok.

Our room, which I paid extra for, toilet broke the first morning we were there. I was told maintenance would be there at 10 to fix. Long story short I had to get upset with front desk lady and she was not sympathetic of not having a toilet to use in the morning. We were switched to a different room. That was a hassle and the air did not work properly in thsst room. What a huge disappointment!

Great staff but the air conditioning was awful.

location! location!

The rooms is too humid with the ac running and it was so humid that you could not sleep. We were placed on the second floor and our view was a brick wall. The only great thing about the stay was the staff.

Perfect accommodations to enjoy Louisville

Excellent location, outstanding front desk/reception employees, facility was welcoming, well appointed, clean lines and clean property. Parking was reasonable and across the street. Will definitely stay again! I wish I could remember the staff, on check in and check out she was present. Kudos to all!

Restaurant-Bar isn’t open on Sundays-Mondays. Not a deal breaker. We learned to plan one’s visit Tuesday-Saturdays. Many tastings-restaurants, etc are closed on Sunday & Monday.
