One of the most enjoyable stays ever.

Breakfast, room, parking, closeness to the excel center. All exceptional services provided.

Great hotel at an excellent location especially for the price

The room was comfy and well maintained with an excellent view of the river valley. Staff were super friendly especially to my five year old kid.

The breakfast was only ok but it’s hard to complain too much about a free breakfast. The shower head was also only ok. It got the job done.

Overall it was a pleasure staying at Hampton Inn

Location was safe. Clean. Rooms nice size for 2. Breakfast was hot, variety and hot good coffee

Price of parking. Different price based on a day. I paid more on Friday than Thursday.

Great bed and pool

Only one poor person staffing checkin. She was very overburdened and it was a long wait. Chicago location mid-July had 3 people! Should staff more. Huge concert across the street!

The lobby was clean we were greeted by the people at the front desk very helpful and nice security was there at night which was needed in that area.

The rooms Could use a coat of paint we had some writing on our walls.

Beautiful hotel in a historic part of town near many amazing restaurants and bars. However, this part of town draws a few vagrants to the area.

Close to the children's museum and the science muesum. Nice clean facilities

Things closed early on the 4th of July so was hard to find a place to eat supper that night otherwise it was a very nice stay

Overall good except for parking

Great location once you get settled in, the breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Was easy to check in and out.

Parking, they shouldn't advertise parking because they only offer valet and it's expensive. Huge pet peeve of mine with all hotels in this area. If driving yourself the best option is across the street at a competing hotel.

Excellent. Will be back

We came down for a concert at the Xcel. This hotel was awesome in every way. Clean, great customer service, very close to the Xcel so we could just walk there. The valet service was awesome. Everything went so smooth. I will definitely be back!

Not what we hoped for.

Close to the Xcel where we were visiting.

That booking.com booked us a 2-two queen, sofa sleeper room and we didn’t get that. We were only given two queen beds and had to put extra people in beds and sleep uncomfortably due to this.

Overall it was very expensive stay especially with the hospital visit.

The pool room was not ventilated and chemical may not be correctly balanced. My daughter had to go to the hospital for an asthmatic attack, others in the group (non-asthmatic) were coughing too. Not one employee told me about the valet parking, just asked for the $300 deposit. There was no drawers to put clothes, if hanging is an option there weren’t nearly enough hangers. I asked in my booking for bedding for the pullout couch, and had to request it when there too. The pillowcase had no cover, which I thought was odd, had to request one.
