Excellent Local 2-Night Stay

Excellent location in Redmond, good coffee and a nice spread of options for breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for an early check-in ~12pm, and was able to get exactly what I asked for and much more! My spouse and I stayed here with our 2 dogs for 2 nights while moving from one place to another in Redmond. We were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable and large the room and beds were, the bathroom is excellent, etc.

I wish there were more options to come and go for pets, but otherwise its hard to find something to complain about - it's a particularly clean and friendly hotel

It was a fabulous stay with very kind staff. I recommend it to everyone to go Seattle as a best place to stay there.

It was excellent in location with popular shopping and groceries such as target, Fred Meyer and Sophia

Everything was perfect except for a little far from Seattle downtown

Great place we will stay here every time we are in town

The amazing woman at the front desk on 2/3/24 in the evening was very helpful. She helped me and my kids fairly quick and welcomed us back from an outing with a great smile.

Lovely hotel overall with decent breakfast GREAT coffee!

We chose this hotel because it seemed to be a quiet location and it really was surprisingly quiet. We had a King Studio (an upgrade because it was our anniversary) that was very spacious, modern and clean. It is within walking distance to Kohls and Target.

We were on the third floor in the furthest wing. We also parked near that wing but it was SO hard to get down to the closest outgoing door because we could not find an elevator. It was just easier to go up and down the stairs.....sort of. We are in our 60's. We also noticed a small bag of trash by that door as we went in and out. We assumed it would get picked up by staff. It did not get picked up and we stayed until check out the next day. We thought that odd for such a nice hotel.

Exceptional

Great location with easy freeway access, 4min drive from a great park for the kids and the property had plenty of parking. Breakfast was great with eggs, bacon or ham, breakfast potatoes, self serve/make yourself waffles, fruit, yogurt, variety of breakfast breads/bagels, cereals, justices, milk, etc…) Kids enjoyed the pool! Room was clean/comfortable. I especially liked the large bottles of liquid handsoap and lotion that was attached to the wall in the bathroom, convenient and less wasteful vs the tiny little bottles I usually see. Same for shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was in the shower. I really liked the daily text message from the staff to touch base on how things were going, it was a great opportunity to catch/correct any potential issues. We will be back when we visit the area again! Very good value when you consider free parking and a full breakfast.

One night spray

The hotel was very spacious and clean! The breakfast offered both hot n cold items that were satisfying. Our room was huge and I loved the set up with the table in the center separating the sitting area and the bed. The washroom had a great modern layout too. It was really nice and close to a shopping area.

We were on the first floor and the people above had kids that were running around until past midnight so it was a bit annoying. The shower head also sprayed water in all directions so it was a bit challenging but I just laughed it off because you couldn't control it. Maybe the head needs a cleaning due to hard water buildup.

perfect place to stay for few days in Redmond area

Spacious clean room. Equipped as described at booking.com Totally met our expectations Very pleasant common area where breakfast is served in the mornings. At all other times it is mice place to relax. Complimentary water, tea and coffee are available round the clock Pool and gym looked nice and tidy. Unfortunately, did not have time enjoy them. Oh yes. Very friendly and helpful people at the reception

The windows in the room are made the way they could not be opened, by design. Beds are too soft. However, this is a matter of a personal preference

It was great for our stay.

The location was perfect.

The hot tub needed a good cleaning. We would get new bath towels every day, but sometimes they would empty the trash bug most times they would not. Never got the light replaced right by the door.

For a Hilton we expected better

Clean, updated.

I picked this place (further out than we were hoping for) but they had the pool, hot tub and breakfast. Pool and hot tub were so cold no one wanted to use them (hot tub was 84 degrees!), breakfast was sad (eggs, sausage, etc was so old and dry we threw it out). The TVs in the workout room didn’t work. Overall the facilities were only ok, definitely not worth the extra drive to stay there and won’t go back. They also overcharged me, my bill was $20 more than Booking.com charged me. They said that’s just their rate and that Booking.com was wrong.

Great for a one night stay.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee and tea available 24/7 is always nice. Having a fridge in room came in handy.

Seating at breakfast was fairly limited. We had to sit at the large table with others but not a big deal. Coffee/tea guy in the morning was not the friendliest. Only a comforter was on the bed and the room was much too warm for a thick comforter even with the temperature adjusted. Maybe it was just me but the lighting in the room seemed to be cool not warm so it just changes the feeling in there.
