Персонал отличный. Все достаточно приветливые и улыбчивые. Нормальный завтрак. Не супер разнообразный , но и не одно и то же каждый день. Мы жили неделю и наличие шведского стола, хотя и не огромного, нас порадовало. Улица не самая шумная хотя все равно с основной тусовочный улицы музыка доносилась. в основном в выходные. В номере убирались каждый день, все меняли. Было комфортно. Район намного приятнее Фатиха, на наш вкус. Чувствуешь себя безопасно, много классных мест: современных кофеен с отличным кофе, стильным интерьером и персоналом. Разные не большие галлереи.

Номера, конечно, не супер новые. Но не ужасные. Для этой цены вариант хороший. Тем более, что это единственный не большой минус

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely helpful.

The location and the comfort of the suite was very good.

The breakfast provided was very below par and had little to no variety and often the food wasn't fresh.

Exceptional

This is my third summer in Istanbul, and I can say that this is my favorite hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is lovely (Tomtom), parallel to Istiklal Street. If I go back to Istanbul again, I will definitely book in the same hotel.

Great location and staff

The staff, especially the two gentlemen who were at the reception most often (Ahmed and Engin) were exceptionally helpful and polite, hands down the kindest folks I've interacted with at a hotel reception in my life. The hotel is also a short walk (up to 5 minutes if you don't walk fast) to Istiklal Street, which is a main hub in the city, so it's close to lots of shopping, restaurants and small grocery-type stores. It's also a fairly short walk to the closest bus stop and, if you don't mind an exceptionally steep walk, to the nearest tram station.

The place was fairly clean but not spotless, which I can be a bit finicky about. Housekeeping came every day but barely cleaned; I think they just made the bed and changed the towels and left. They were also inconsistent in that some of us (we had multiple rooms) were getting complimentary bottled water left for them every day but others weren't. The only other thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the breakfast; it wasn't bad by any stretch of the imagination but the dining room was quite warm and humid, the eggs were all quite watery and a bit gross, the coffee was very weak and there weren't a lot of options compared to similarly priced places I've stayed at in other countries.

Simply cozy hotel at Taksim area.

Love the location, it is near Istiklal street. Taksim area, where are the shopping and reataurants and bars. Hotel is pretty secluded so its not noisy and away from disturbance of nights party. Elevator working well even it is very small for two person and a luggage. Breakfast was ok. Order a shuttle pickup from and to airport from them, it is worth it, istanbul have a really bad traffic.

It was good value for money. Close to all other amenities. Good location.

The suite on the 4th floor had problem with AC. It didn’t have cooling. They tried to fix it but unfortunately it was cool enough for this summer. At the end they offered us alternative room the second night as we couldn’t bare with the heat. The guy came and tried to clean the filters of the AC but it didn’t help.

I left after one night . Don't be fooled by the pictures you see. I was shocked it wasn't how it seem. I'm trying to get my full money back because I only stay one night and left. It was so uncomfortable.

breakfast is very basic, no pastries, fruit is not best quality, no flexibility on early breakfast or packed breakfast if you have to leave before 8am. staff in breakfast room are very unhelpful.

Overall the hotel room quality and the staffs made my stay great.

Clean and convenient location. Location : Very close to Istiklal street. Might be a little noisy during weekend night due to the crowd if you are facing the street. Staffs : Staffs are very helpful especially Ahmet who helped me with a few requests successfully. There is always a staff at the counter even during midnight / early morning. I had my second round of stay here after coming back from another city, they upgraded my room. Clean : Hotel is clean and look new / renovated Breakfast : Spread are limited but still the food is enough for the morning. Hotel & room : There is a lift in the hotel from lobby to hotel room level. Which is good for elderly / children. Everything in room is working properly, such as air-con, water heater, hair dryer.

Location is great, staff

The apartment wasn’t clean enough, and in general the apartment needs some repair works. During our stay we had problems with hot water - they have to repaired gas heater in our apartment. And with Wi-Fi - first several days it worked perfectly, but rest of the days we had problems using it. So if you planning to stay and work in apartment be prepared for some issues with Wi-Fi.

Perfect accommodation at the heart of Beyoğlu! Can only recommend it wholeheartedly!

The location is perfect - at the heart of busy Beyoğlu, yet it was quiet and comfy to stay there! The staff is particularly nice and friendly - offered lots of support and advice. The place is also very clean - the rooms are cleaned and the towels are replaced every single day!

Nothing short of amazing.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and it was nothing short of amazing. I had many sepcial requests and they compiled with ease. On our last day my partner fell ill and the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable after checkout time in a private room. Thank you to all the staff there we will see you again for sure!
