Overall a good stay! there could be some improvements

The room itself is clean and comfortable - this part is good value for money and the pool is nice. The staff were helpful albeit a little slow for instance when we asked for cutlery to be sent to the room - it took more than 20 minutes and we asked for an extra towel and after over 10 minutes were delivered a very old and frayed towel. The location was fairly near to some of the main attractions, however the road itself was a little chaotic (and quite smelly) and the Grab drivers struggled to find a place to stop to pick us up and/or drop us off as there is also a market adjacent to the hotel, closing off the road to drivers.

As mentioned the location mostly and staff could be a little more hasty, the service doesn't quite match up to the international Hilton standard.

Rummet ok förutom skarp kant till toaletten. Inget varmvatten förrän sagt till Ljudnivån vid frukosten var förfärlig , dåligt organisationen, väntade 15 min på ost , 10 min på kaffe

A very comfortable, relaxing and smooth stay

It was clean and tidy, easily accessible. All the amenities were in good condition

The check-in process was very slow we had to wait 40 minutes in line to get tot he counter and get our keys for the room

Un poco caro para lo que realmente ofrece

La habitación muy cómoda, tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia corta.

El desayuno si bien era completo, habían muchas cosas por mejorar. Por ejemplo, la fruta y algunos alimentos no se veían apetitosos y se tardaban un buen rato en reponerlos. En general al hotel le falta mucha mantención para ser un 4 estrellas, las paredes estaban sucias, algunos artefactos de la habitación estaban rotos, etc. Por último, los ascensores demoraban un montón, asumo que por la cantidad de gente que había en el hotel.

Great view, rooftop bar had a great view and food was good

Lifts were quite slow, it took ages to get in and go up. Drinks at the roof top bar left us a bit unhappy, I ordered a Tequila sunrise but got something green with tequila instead

Good variety of breakfast. Nice rooftop pool with good view. Staff is kind and available. Well positioned even though a bit awkward to get a taxi.

Very slow elevator. It seems irrelevant, but I've never seen such a slow elevator, which makes the difference when you need to reach floors like 18th or even the rooftop.

VIEW FROM THE TOP OF THE HOTEL IF YOURE INTO IT

THINKING IT WAS A NEWER HOTEL THAN THE EXISTING ONE NEXT DOOR, SADLY IT WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT. ROOM WAS VERY TIGHT. WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN FOR SURE. BREAKFAST WAS LOUSY TOO. DID NOT MEET THE HILTON STANDARD.

Neighbourhood was bit shady and not located in a parking friendly place. Chowkit is not known for its safety. Lifts in the hotel were not smoothly operating .It was hard for the taxis to stop in front of the hotel.

Ottima struttura un po' decentrata con roof top fantastico

Ottimo albergo. Non in posizione centrale ma comunque buona. Con una camminata piacevole si arriva alle Petronas Tower. Il personale è gentile è disponibile. Il roof top con piscina è spettacolare

La colazione è molto cara. Si dovrebbe dare la possibilità di fare una colazione, anche contenuta, a un prezzo accettabile. Le camere sono abbastanza piccole. Avendo prenotato due camere una doveva essere con vista Petronas Tower ma non lo era, questo non mi è piaciuto per niente

The staff were brilliant and met all requests. The hotel did not meet Hilton brand.

Housekeeping cleanliness could be improved. The room has dust everywhere. Carpet seems as not been mopped. The breakfast was terrible we skipped after first day. The location was good for food. Overall ok for the price.

Завтраки , во время нашего пребывания было много индусов ( проходил какой-то праздник) и пища была ориентирована на их вкусы. Отель расположен в районе с сомнительной репутацией ( даже таксист предупредил, чтобы были осторожнее ).

Average staycation

Location wise in quite centre of KL City.

Waiting/holding place to check-in if driving abit hectic because need to stop and park at side of main roads. Hence, if its raining quite a bit of messy though. Bed and pillow was SUPER SOFT. Which is will cause a neck spasm when woke up the next morning. Needs to change those bed and pillow quality.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Betten sind sehr gut aber zu schmal

Hellhörige und kleine Zimmer. Auch Strassenlärm trotz geschlossener Fenster. Knallende Tür des Nachbarn. Putzpersonal ist laut auf den Fluren und besetzen Aufzüge. Zu schmale Duschabtrennung setzt Bad unter Wasser. SItzgelegenheit in Lobby wie in einem Hostel. Noch spät Abends schreiende Chinakinder im pool neben Dachrestaurant, obwohl um 7 Uhr abends Pool geschlossen sein sollte.
