Enjoyed our stay and would recommend it and would stay there again.

Great location. Centrally located to downtown, UofM, shopping. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, nothing great tho.

My pillows were kinda uncomfortable . Rather lumpy but bed was great.

This was a good motel for the price. There were many positives but it could use a few updates on the beds, pillows and

The staff was at the front desk were amazing. Very helpful and courteous. The facility has a really nice bar with good food. That was handy.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillows were pretty awful. The sheets didn’t quite fit the bed and kept coming off. The rooms were pretty noisy. You could here everything going on in the halls and rooms next to us.

Good atmosphere, would stay again.

Nice place to crash for the night. Pool was nice, hot tub was great and bar was even better. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Kinda busy and loud through the night but nothing crazy, breakfast wasn’t great but wasn’t awful either.

Underwhelming place with a terrible bed.

Ok restaurant attached.

- the bed was literally broken, the one side was collapsed. Terrible night. - the place is truly run down. Staff were very friendly but overworked and exhausted. - the room needs serious updating, deep cleaning, and repair. The stairs leading up were filthy. - on booking it was breakfast is included but it was a ziplock full of what we’d consider preschool snack foods.

Mattress is comfortable but the breakfast is the bag type and lacking nutritional value.

We were on the first floor. Mattresse and pillows were comfortable even for a side sleeper.

Bag breakfast. We figured this is here to stay, but we definitely prefer to sit down with granola or Raisin Bran with milk. Orange juice and some fresh fruit like apples and bananas. The parking lot had numerous areas that would have benefited from Ice Melt to improve safety.

Budget-friendly, basic, comfortable overnight accommodations

Clean property with convenient parking to access rooms. Beds were comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Staff was friendly and responsive to requests. Price was reasonable for services provided. Coin operated washer and dryer were available (but we didn't use them). "Breakfast provided" was a carry over from COVID, I think, being a ziplock with yogurt, fruit, a cereal bar, orange juice and string cheese. They did have fresh coffee and decaf, which I appreciated and there was a coffee machine in the room, as well.

The property is a bit tired. Pets were allowed and when we first arrived there were several pet leavings on the sidewalk just outside the back entry door. The sidewalk was cleaned by the next morning, but it was a bit off -putting of a welcome. I fault the guests who didn't pick up after their pets, though, not the facility itself. Perhaps providing disposal bags would help address the problem. The hall lighting was a dim and a little dreary, more I think because the property is an older facility.

Last time at The Broadway Inn.

Room was great. However I think the bed sheets could of been applied / fitted better on mattress. They were loose and corners weren't pulled down tight.

Several staff members seemed annoyed when asking for assistance. Also the free breakfast was terrible, it was advertised but I believe that the poor quality was to enhance the restaurant in sales. I could be wrong but it was a lot better breakfast before the restaurant and bar were overhauled. The bag breakfast was more like a bag of odds and ends. Nothing hot, no cereal, or fresh fruit. Opted out of the free bag my second morning! Total shocker used to be a great breakfast. A complete 180° away from the old Broadway. Charge more for the room and get less service or so it certainly seems. Luggage cart I used was squeaky and loud needs new wheel bearings and grease. Used to be my favorite hotel in Missoula. And Unfortunately I Won't go back.

Clean, comfortable.. nice staff. The evening crowd at the lounge can be a little noisy but inside the rooms was quiet.

Continental breakfast is just a bagged lunch in July 22. Disappointing

This motel is very dated and a bit seedy - could use a renovation. No breakfast offered, just some ( very watery) coffee .

We enjoyed our stay and got to walk along the river behind the hotel.

Everything was great with location and the room.

I wish the breakfast had better health choices. All the breakfast items was all carbs and sugar which I have a hard time with. The bed was not flat and prefer a more solid mattress that doesn’t shake when I turn over.

Terrible! Will never stay here again!

The bar staff was friendly at the location.

I was placed next to a smoking room so at 2 am the smoke was so bad in my room, I had to move. The next room I was placed in-the toilet did not work. The free breakfast-the milk was spoiled and the fruit bad. Asked several times to speak with management and was told no one was available!
