An Alaskan favorite!

Always clean, comfy and quiet. Close to the airport and staff are on point.

Nice oasis in busy SeaTac area.

We had our dog with us and she was welcomed like a guest! Nice grounds, nicely appointed room with great coffee maker and coffee, "snack" and ice cream bar in each building with free snacks is a nice touch.

Long walk to parking, noisy plumbing, tub/no walk-in shower.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Cedarbrook

The warm and relaxed ambiance is a pleasure when traveling. Rooms are a nice size and the lobby lounges(with a variety of yummy snacks) are a real plus. We’re pleased that table service for breakfast is again available— and the restaurant is always a good choice! We love staying at the Cedarbrook

all in all it was fine

the bed was very comfortable

the room was very dark, not enough light. no night light in the bathroom. the tub was hard to step into.

This was a 3rd time here and we always like the hotel and excellent restaurant here.

It has a park like setting and is convenient to the airport.

Pleasant

it’s a lovely location considering it is at the airport. The staff were great and the room very nice but the beds were very soft and uncomfortable, probably an older bed with the dip in the middle, couldn’t sleep, even tried sleeping on the little sofa. So not the best landing after a long journey. Couldn’t get the coffee machine in the room to work either so a little frustrating. The lunch in the restaurant was delicious and again, great staff but sleep was what I was after!

They need to hire me as their interior designer ;) seriously.

The location and shuttle service are worth it all. Pretty setting and surrounded by trees; it was a lovely retrieve before going to the airport.

The rooms are outdated and need renovation with better lighting, controls, and new furniture.

I had three pieces of luggage and my two two dogs and their kennels. I asked the desk staff if the airport driver could

This Hotel is a gem..far better than any hotel in the area. It's close to Seatac with 24 hour shuttle service. If I could give this place a rating above 5 stars I would .

Excellent rooms and amenities, great location near airport

Great location near the airport with a shuttle to transport guests. The amenities were great, including complimentary candy and still/sparkling water in the buildings. We ordered room service which was very tasty and a nice end to our trip! The bathtub was great as well!

Parking was pretty far from our building and it was a trek to lug our bags to and fro.

Perfect stay for a night before flight

Outdoor seating area very comfy and nice in the sun. Dinner outside very lovely, a great place to overnight before a flight and not too much more in price than the Doubletree or Hilton. A great lounge area with water, coffee, breakfast items and even ice cream no extra charge. Very quiet!

Glass of wine too pricey, $20 to self park

Grounds are beautiful, staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful. we were on a layover during a stressful trip and it was made easier by this hotel.

Very good

Room was fine, proximity to airport great. FOH for breakfast was absolutely delightful, as was the breakfast.

As a 73 year old guy, I didn't appreciate being shunted off to the farthest, lowest reaches. This happens from time-to-time as an elderly business traveler, and I've come to resent it.

Best hotel for easy access to the airport.

Room was comfortable. Meals at the restaurant and bar were very good and staff was helpful. Grounds and parking were perfect. Gym was exceptional. Location for airport access is great. Snacks in the common room and coffee in the room was a nice surprise. This was our second stay and we would stay again.

Room could have used a little better cleaning, cobwebs growing on the ceiling. Mini fridge, though appreciated wasn’t cold enough to keep milk from spoiling. Small things really and overall our stay was great.

We liked it, and would stay there again, but some of the problems were very avoidable.

The housekeeper was excellent. The room we wound up in was quite comfortable.

The front desk person we dealt with really didn't know the facility very well, and as a result we had to switch rooms twice. that could easily have been avoided. Also, having to pay for parking is really ridiculous.

Superb

beautiful gardens/outdoor space, comfortable rooms, amazing duck pillows

There was a lot of confusion about our dinner reservation. Staff confirmed the reservation, then called back later in the day to cancel it (they didn't tell us why at the tome, but it was because they were shirt-staffed). We were quite disappointed, as the restaurant was supposed to be a highlight of our stay, but we ordered room service. Then the restaurant called back and said we could have our reservation back, so we went to the restaurant and asked them if we could have them give us our room service order at the restaurant when it was ready, so that we could dine there. They agreed, but unfortunately there was some confusion about that, so we waited at least a half hour before anyone checked in with us or offered us drinks. In the end, it all was sorted out, and we enjoyed a delicious meal.

Great time to simply relax.

Great breakfasts made just the way we like. That means they are flexible with their menu. We enjoyed the bar and ate our dinner there as well.

Bring back fish and chips on the evening menu.
