Comfortable with some hiccups

I stayed 14 nights in Federal Way Aug 22 - Sep 5 I was visiting my family in Auburn. I enjoyed my suite it was big spacious and comfortable although the floors were very dirty and the bathtub was filthy when I arrived periodI enjoyed my suite it was big spacious and comfortable although the floors were very dirty and the bathtub was filthy when I arrived. I did get to know one of the cleaners Carrie, who was exceptional. I did have someone siphoned gas out of my rental car which I found very unnerving Ashley, was gracious, and able to compensate me with waived parking fees, and a few free breakfasts. I thought the breakfasts were outrageously priced. Otherwise, overall I was very comfortable.

The floors were filthy and my sweet on the third floor. Upon arrival the jetta tub was also filthy. As I arrived late I cleaned myself, which was no easy task.

The stay was for 5 days and would have preferred a bigger room but it is what it is.

The location.

Breakafast was only available from 6-930. We would have preferred it to be until 10am. The avocado toast was not as good as it was last year. I think they are using a different kind of bread. We would have preferred sourdough.

Superb

Miss Ashley provided the best service I’ve had since precovid. We stayed near an Elevator and had no hot water the first night, but her pleasantness/kindness will have us returning if in the area. Good for you hiring exceptional staff.

I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying there again.

Property was located in a convenient location to freeway, restaurants and shopping. Bistro had good food with a range of options.

Staff was exceptional, environment was great, beds were horrendous.

The environment was very nice and clean. Staff was amazing and went well beyond our expectations.

Even after doing a "tushy test" on multiple beds, due to having back issues, the beds were absolutely horrible. I had better beds to sleep on during my vacation to Afghanistan for 14 months. The beds alone, would be the only reason for not staying at this hotel again.

Wonderful. Great location, breakfast chef was AMAZING.

We had stayed here before because the location is perfect for our family who live in Federal Way. This time the staff was just exemplary. We had some issues with our room AC and they changed our room immediately to fix it. The lock on the door didn't work and maintenance came right away. My mother is quite elderly and a bit forgetful and by the second day the restaurant hostess understood and automatically charged her breakfast to the room, plus they helped her step through the security process when she lost her room key. They were incredibly thoughtful and courteous. Made my Mom (and therfore me) feel really great.

The AC in both our rooms was difficult to adjust and get to cool. It was unusually hot in Seattle but it really seemed difficult to get the AC to cool. Otherwise room was fine.

It was fine. The service was great.

They found early check in for me and the room was extra clean.

They had no room service and neither would they allow food delivery to rooms. I had to go down and get it. I picked this hotel because it was 100.00 more than the surrounding hotels, but i wouldnt say it was worth the extra money.

Excellent place to stay with an amazing stuff and excellent rooms.

This Courtyard was extremely clean. Our room was perfect, the bed was comfortable, and we felt safe. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The parking was a little confusing. We paid to park our car both nights, however the lot was full both nights and we parked in front of Red Robin as did multiple people. Not sure if that was Courtyards parking lot.

The hotel was in a good location close to stores and restaurants. I read several reviews that the beds were uncomfortable, I am very picky about beds and these were fine. A little on the firm side which I like. I slept very comfortably.

Not a whole heck of a lot. The only thing positive was the room was clean.

I booked our room and requested a balcony facing Mount Ranier. When we arrived, we were given a room with NO BALCONY. We asked to be moved to a room with a balcony and was told NONE of the patio doors opened. I had even called the hotel directly to verify they had balconies facing Mount Ranier. We were told yes, but were misled by the staff member who I spoke to. Actually had to pay to not only stay, but we had to pay to park to stay!!!! We cancelled our other 2 nights and went to another hotel which was extremely accommodating!!! WANT A REFUND!!!!
