Decently comfortable and clean for the price.

Location was central, and room was comfortable for the price point.

While floor, bedding and bathroom area were mostly clean, some corners of the floor, especially the bathroom could have used a scrub. The shower head was old and needed replacing. Room 201 was an end room, I believe next to either the kitchen or manager accomodation. I thought I could hear something like a dishwasher running late at night, and was woken early to the sound of chopping, which I didn’t appreciate.

Disappointing, wouldn't want to experience it again.

The location is very good, there are fast food restaurants and supermarkets nearby, although the building is on the side of the road, it was not noisy at night. Satisfactory breakfast.

The cleanliness of the room is poor, the pillowcases have turned yellow and stained.The bathroom fixtures are very old and the toilet is also stained.

Disappointing

It was a good price.

Washroom had a torn and mouldy shower curtain. The corners in the washroom were black and dirty. The room sheets were yellowish.

There is nothing to like about this hotel.

We booked this hotel because the pool looks great in the photos. The pool is not great. It's falling apart and is overchlorinated. The floors in our room were filthy. We booked two beds and got 1 bed and a pull out couch. The pullout had no sheets or pillows. There was a blood stain on one pillowcase. The parking situation is questionable with at least two people camping in old RVs in the parking lot. The kitchen was gross. The freezer was completely frozen over.

Enjoyable, good bed, decent facilities and good parking, nice continental breakfast.

Location was at edge of Vernon. Arrived late and left early as it was an overnight stay during a road trip. Breakfast was good, parking was good, nice quiet location but Vernon on a Sunday night was pretty quiet.

Nothing. Perfectly met our needs for a bed for the night in one of the most popular areas of BC during the height of vaction season

Pleasant

Pool area and upper seating area was good for the kids and their teammates to enjoy after a long day of sports.

Rooms were filthy. Sheets were awful. Had to switch rooms and still requested new sheets for one of the queen beds. Bathroom grungy and old fold left laying around.

Ok a little love to the pool area and it would be much better

Staff were friendly seemed to work well together.

The pool area needs a real good clean you could feel the silt and dirt. The chemicals in the hot tub are too much they burn your eyes just sitting in the tub. A little more attention to detail in the room as you could tell it was clean but there were stains on the bedding and towels.

Nothing But girl at the reception was very friendly and helpful

Rooms not very clean, ripped curtains breakfast had molded bread no body wash refills

This property does not meet Days Inn or Wyndham standards.

Good location, bed was comfortable

First room offered was badly outdated with discoloured bedding and towels. Drapes were torn and very old. Second room offered was slightly better but still in need of a deep cleaning and upgrading. Did not feel comfortable in trying the breakfast.

Was really dirty hair in bed and shower . Blankets stained pillow cases no longer white . Pillows were lumpy . I slept in my cloths didn’t feel comfortable sleeping with out them in the bed. The food was not good .

One night=$670

Room wasn't cleaned, hair in our bed and stained sheets, the mirror was still dirty, floors were nasty. Bathtub had dirt in it. We ended up having a hit and run occur with our vehicle and management refused to assist the front desk lady (who was trying her best to help with the resources she had) in checking footage to find who had hit our vehicle so we had to file a police report. One night alone has ended up costing us nearly $700. Wouldn't recommend.
