Awful don’t come here

We arrived the first night with 5 of us staying in a double bedroom. We all were about to go to sleep pulled the sheets down and there was a metal film thing in the sheets like the bed was made around it there was stains on the bed, covers, and sheets. Went to the office to at least get another room. They told us to bring the dirty sheets down and they would give us clean sheets. We Brought them down like they had asked and there was 2 couples checking in one of the couples asked what the bag was for my sister N law and brother told her exactly what we found. the couple wanted a refund and ended up leaving. The next morning my boyfriend goes downstairs to get a remote since the one in the room didn’t even work. the man at the desk then tells him my brother and sister N law have to leave because they were “scaring off customers”. We go to check out when our stay was up and the same man tells my boyfriend he has to take money out of our security deposit for a towel we “ruined”. We spilled a pop and used a towel to clean it. I wonder if the people before us who left blood on the sheets that we were forced to changed got charged for ruining those? We’ve come here many times before and have had no real problems or if we did they would fix it immediately. I’m so disappointed with the service, rooms and in general the whole hotel.

It was gross! Do better.

Nothing.

It was absolutely gross. The room was not cleaned. The toilet had poop streaks, the tub had hairs in it. There was no hot water, there were cobwebs in every corner, the tv remote didn’t work. I got locked out of the room the next day. When I came back the room was still not cleaned, so I checked out a day early.

Do Not Book Here

I thought I liked the price but after seeing all the false advertisement ppl should've been able to stay for free, of their choosing

1. Lobby stays closed off, their a tiny window they check you in at in a cramped hallway that smells bad with no air 2. The room was horrifying NOTHING was clean nor presentable to even look at & sit on. Holes in the walls & bugs everywhere 3. I was told I couldn't change rooms because their was nothing available. Then I was called a liar by the manager & couldn't get a refund 4. And they do not serve breakfast. If anybody decides to stay here I recommend taking pictures of everything so they can't hold you accountable for any damages

Horrible and not safe.

very dirty, drug invested. the room they gave us had a busted mirror, glass was all over the floor. The room was never cleaned. Rooms were filthy. drug invested, no housekeepers. Dogs lived there, garbage cans were filled and garbage was all over the ground. Nets were everywhere. food on the floor food stains on the wall. toilet was dirty. rust was on the sinks and toilet holder. drug dealers roaming around.

Never again! -10 out of 10, would NOT recommend.

Distance from High Velocity otherwise, there was nothing to "like". This place is DISGUSTING!!

The room was NOT cleaned. The floor was disgusting. There were no towels to take a shower. There was lube puddles left on the night stand along with sticky hand prints on the headboard. When we got back from High Velocity to turn in for the night. There were cops at the room next to us. There was several hairs in the sink, counter and on the hair dryer. It's was just DISGUSTING!!

Nastiest run down hotel around

Absolutely nothing. I couldn't even take a shower because the tub was so disgusting. There was food and ketchup packs under the skirting on the bed. The only good thing about the room was they had a microwave.

Everything. Dirty.. burn holes in the blankets.

The rooms were nasty the sheets were dirty the floor was nasty the bathroom was nasty I think the location is addicts it was police riding through there all night not a good hotels

Fred Combs in the bed mattress disintegrating things being held together by duct tape cigarette smell vomit out in the parking lot broke down cars you name it we're embellishing a little bit but but pulled the covers back and it looked like somebody like walks around outside in their bare feet and then ate some Cheetos.

The sheets where dirty and with hairs and they couldn't do nothing about it . And the took the sheets to wash and didn't bring the. Back I had to go and buy my own.
