Good value for money, good location

Good location - quiet and near to the old city. Within walking distance of many amenities, like convenience stores, pharmacies, and restaurants like THE HOUSE BY GINGER and Jok Sompet.

快適なホテルのおかげでチェンマイが大好きになりました

スタッフが大変に親切で、飛行機の荷物受け取りのトラブルのため、チェックインが午後11時をかなり過ぎていたが、暖かく迎えてくれた。ロケーションもよく、近くにレストランが多い上、観光の拠点にも歩いていける距離。ホテルの施設も大変に良く、バスタブにはジェットバスが付いていてくつろぐことができた。

大変に満足したが、強いて言えばWi-Fiが時々切断した所

Overall, the staff was great. The breakfast was decent. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful.

It was very clean, air conditioner, worked great, they had water for you every day, they clean the room every day and it was located in a great location.

The beds were a little too firm.

Good value and a good location

Great location right in old town with excellent service, nice facilities and a reasonable price. We really enjoyed the stay. The room was nicely laid out and used the space well.

A few things in the room were a little worn out, but overall everything was very clean and in good condition.

A week in chiang Mai

Hotel is in a good location in the old town. Room was nice and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool.

Breakfast was non-descript, always the same and really nothing special. Could really do with more variety. I found bin in the room when i checked in was not completely empty, so maybe a bit more attention to that. The pool does not get a great amount of sun, only around noon to 3pm.

Ottima posizione per visitare i templi e i mercati più importanti di Chiang Mai. Silenzioso durante la notte.

Super lokalizacja ( idealne ijsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Chiang Mai ). Do lotniska 8-10 min.

Lokalizacja wszędzie blisko w obrębie starego miasta i nocnych marketów.

Śniadania ( obsługa mało przyjemna, dania wystawione do bemarów są nie podgrzewane i zimne ).

Excellent petit hotel, très bien situé dans une rue calme. La chambre vue montagne est spacieuse et propre. Keine Kulanz bei Stornierung wegen Krankheit

Wollten wegen Krankheit stornieren ,waren aber ein paar Stunden über der Frist. Es gab keinerlei Kulanz und der volle Aufenthalt, müsste bezahlt werden.

Hotel moderne et bien placé, nous reviendrons.

Cet hôtel est bien placé dans un quartier très animé mais calme. D’une conception récente et moderne, il est très bien équipé : salle de sport, piscine tv avec netfix, youtube, prime vidéo. Les chambres sont relativement spacieuses et bien agencées et équipées. rien ne manque. Le petit déjeuner est classique..Le prix de la chambre est correct.

The De Sripoom is a place I will happily return to, when visiting Chiang Mai.

Excellent location, on a quiet side street only a 5 minute stroll from a main road and tasty inexpensive outdoor restaurants. The bathrooms are truly 5 star quality--large, with new high quality fixtures, and the best non-slip absorbent flooring in the room and shower area. Beds are super firm, air con is new and also quiet. Reception and cleaning staff exceptionally good also.

Everything was fine. I notice that some guests have commented negatively on the breakfast buffet--IMO this is unwarranted, because the De Sripoom is only a 24 room hotel...an extensive breakfast buffet is an unrealistic expectation. We stayed 6 days, and found the breakfast to be more than adequate, with both Asian and Western food choices offered. And breakfast is never crowded--usually only one, two, or three couples are there at the same time.

Modern hotel in the heart of old Chaing Mai

Modern and comfortable hotel. It was easy to walk to sights and there were restaurants close by. We had a rental car, so the fact they had a place for us to park was important.

Breakfast was lacklustre compared to other hotels we’ve been to in Thailand.

Utrolig flotte og store værelser med moderne faciliteter. Meget lækker pool og utrolig stille og behageligt. En skjult perle.

Номер выходил на бассейн.Нлмен уютный.Хопошая ванная комната.Завтрак, простенький .Но с бананами была прям проблема(они были больше всё таки ,,кормовые,, и уже ,,уставшие,,.Девушки на ресепшене очень отзывчивые и показали,куда машину поставить и показали(прям ,,за ручку,,отвели)и показали где банкомат.Все понравилось.Спасибо.

Fabulous staff and great rooms and facilitiez.

The reception staff were amazing! Allowed early check in booked me a trip and taxi and went above and beyond! My room was also lovely upgraded to an executive suite which was huge! Had a hot tub and shower as well as living area, balcony and bedroom!

The only minor point was breakfast could have been better!

Great location. comfort bed and sofa Very spacious for a private suite, huge toilet and with very strong shower. many TV channels You can get many local restaurants,food stalls and cafes nearby Lanna Square is in 5 min walking distance

Buen lugar para hospedarse

Las instalaciones son nuevas todo esta muy bien diseñado, moderno, y tiene una piscina muy limpia y agradable, el personal es excepcional y está maravillosamente ubicado cerca del night walking market del fin de semana. Por el precio recomie do absolutamente hospedarse acá, hay lavandería express aunque el fin de semana no funciona pero alrededor esta lleno. Hay bares y lugares para comer a 10 mts. Que son muy tranquilos con muy buena onda de barrio.

Esta vez no había nada que no me gustará, quizá que en booking puse que mi llegada era a las 12 y la habitación estuvo lista a las 13:30

Budget hotel ok for one night

The rooms are ok and the location is quite nice within the old town. We chose the breakfast option which was ok for 1 time but not special.

The mattress is super hard, for those who like it great but for me it felt like sleeping on a blanket on the floor. Also be aware that the walls are very thin. Seldomly been in such a noisy hotel, for those with light sleep be aware

Gut mit Verbesserungspotenzial

Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Betten waren gemütlich und das Zimmer sauber. Die Ecke des Hotels liegt gut.

Unser Zimmer 206 lag direkt oberhalb der Küche. Heißt die Frühstücksvorbereitungen waren unser Wecker (5:30h). Das Zimmer wurde schon an einigen Stellen geflickt. Hier braucht es unserem Empfinden nach mal eine Auffrischung. Das Frühstückspersonal hat sich das Lächeln abgemüht und auch sonst haben wir das Frühstück nach ein paar Tagen gegen eine Option auswärts getauscht.

Mooi schoon hotel met wel erge harde bedden

Mooi hotel midden in het oude centrum

De bedden waren echt heel hard, we hebben dit aangegeven en het personeel bleek deze klacht vaker te hebben gehoord en zouden hier wat aan gaan doen, iets met een nieuwe matras topping. Mooi uitzicht richting de bergen maar helaas zat het kleine balkonnetje aan de andere kant en had je vanaf het balkon vrijwel geen uitzicht.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Chiang Mai verbracht.

Sehr gute Lage (zentral); schöner Pool mit unterschiedlichen Höhen 90-150cm. Perfekt für unsere 2 Kinder (5 und 9 Jahre). Trotz Innenstadt sehr ruhig)

Erg fijn hotel, rustig gelegen in het oude centrum

Het hotel ligt aan de rand van het oude centrum, dat maakt het een rustige locatie maar toch dicht bij van alles. Personeel is vriendelijk en de kamers zijn comfortabel en schoon. Goede douche, met voldoende waterdruk, we hadden zelfs een bad, maar geen gebruik van gemaakt. Zwembad is lekker.

Het ontbijt is zeker niet slecht, maar wel ietwat kleinschalig, wij zaten er niet heel lang (3nachten), maar als je er wat langer zit kan ik me voorstellen dat je wat keuze mist. De bedden zijn wat harder, zoals bijna overal in Thailand, maar ik wil dat toch noemen omdat sommigen daar last van hebben. Ik moet zeggen dat ik het juist wel prettig vind, en krijg er minder rugpijn van dan een heel zacht bed, maar voor iedereen is dat anders.
