Great accommodation...just a few rooms...very familiar and quiet...but directly in the centre of Antigua...strongly RECOMMENDED!

Wonderful staff--Diego is the best. A beautiful space with a relaxing courtyard.
Fairly expensive laundry--at the lavanderia across the street, laundry is less than half the price.

Cute boutique hotel with helpful staff! 100% would recommend! They even let us shower when we came to collect our bags after an overnight volcano hike.

The cozy vibe and colourful creative artwork throughout the property. Its convenient location and friendly staff.
Breakfast not included.

Definitely too noisy - all the rooms face the corridor and there was also renovation work going on above us.

Great location on a quieter street. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Probably the cutest hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! The owner is amazing and staff is very helpful! They waited up for me as I had a late check-in and held my luggage for me. I had a fan in my room as well as a water bottle and a couple little snacks when I arrived. 12/10 recommend!

Amazing location
Would have been better with more natural lighting in the rooms

Beautifully decorated and well-appointed with everything to make our stay comfortable including filtered water and morning coffee. Beds were firm and sheets were fresh. We were tucked back from the main road, so there was little noise. I really liked the big low table to open my luggage on. Gustavo helped with all trip planning and details after we booked our stay.
We stayed during a really hot summer heat wave. The rooms don’t have windows to the outdoors, only to the hallway. So for us, it was a little stuffy and we lacked a sense of what time it was.

The location was great—plenty of restaurants on the same street to eat. The central park is about a 10-minute walk. Everything was easy to get to.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the hotel itself. The only thing is that locals were not familiar with the hotel so it was hard to get directions the day my phone died and I didn't have access to my google maps.

Very good communication and helping host and staff. Great and clean location!
Was a bit noisy in the evenings and the rooms couldn‘t be vented properly. Only one small window to the patio.

After already staying here on the way back through from the coast we stayed here another 3 nights, we enjoy the location the staff and especially the owner are very helpful. We booked our airport transfer with him for the morning and expect with how good he has been that it all runs smoothly. again, I would stay here if I was to come to Antigua again.

clean and very nice staff. nice common areas and I loved the murals. the location was also great.
only thing is that the windows face the courtyard only. they provide good fans and I think the benefits of the hotel outweigh this small inconvenience. I recommend this hotel.

- great location
- friendly staff
- our room had a small window towards the reception inside the building. It was therefore difficult to ventilate making the room very warm. The only option was to keep your room door open, which is not very pleasant
- Room doors are very thin making the room very noise from the bar upstairs and the hallway

Staff responsive & helpful to my booking changes.
Room has a small window that opens onto a corridor. It provides no effective natural light.

The Staff was very communicative and were really nice.
The location is quite good
The rooms were tiny, and located in a something that resembles a hallway, meaning if you open the window it exits to said hallway.
Bed was uncomfortable as it can get.

This hotel is a little gem in Antigua. I was quite blown away by the way the hotel looked. I wasn’t expecting the place to be so beautiful. From the paintings. to the ways the rooms are decorated, taking into consideration every little things that will make anyone feel at home. The reception was nice and I felt very important because the owner came by to thank me for staying in his hotel. Such a personal touch made gave me wow experience
Nothing at all. I felt secured while staying there.

The location is great. The hotel is beautiful. We had a group of nine, so we got to see many different rooms. They're all painted and decorated differently. We even got to meet the artist who did the painting. There is a garden space in the back, which is beautiful, and art for sale all over the hotel. (I ended up purchasing a beautiful canvas, which the hotel wrapped up carefully, as I had to travel with it for the rest of the week. In addition to that, there is a rooftop terrace with a small bar and restaurant. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful. We checked out, but all had large backpacks that the hotel kept for us for a few hours until our shuttle arrived to take us to our next destination, so we didn't have to haul them around. The rooms are small, but have everything you need, including hot water. The value of this hotel is excellent. Highly recommend.
My only complaint was that the rooms get pretty hot , but dress cool for sleeping and turn on the fan provided. It's not a big deal at all.

Gustavo’s hotel is the cutest hotel I’ve ever stayed at around the world and definitely photo worthy! All of the hotel rooms and hallways are decorated by local artists, in which I was able to meet one named David. He was incredibly talented and I just so happened to be there when he was finishing a painting. The walls are thin, so you can hear mostly everything happening in the common areas. Luckily, they provide ear plugs if you’re trying to sleep in (I didn’t experience loud noise at night, just early morning). The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Antigua where most people hang out at. Everything is within walking distance. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, as well as the owner, Gustavo. He’s so nice- I ran into him while walking the streets where he helped me find something very specific. Very hospitable! Overall, great location and staff! I’d highly recommend staying here.
Other guests were very loud in the morning and it was hard to rest. However, this is not the hotels fault as they already incorporate quiet hours.

Beautiful hotel, great outdoor area out the back with tables chairs and grass comfortable room and the hotel is super quiet after about 8pm. And very clean, helpful and friendly staff.
Nothing it was very good.

clean, has all free amenities included, nice decoration and graphite, big rooms, quite at night, and located within 3 minutes walk to central garden, and most of all the owner Gustavo makes personal contact with customers and checks on them regularly. I am extremely thankful for Gustavo as he went out of his way to help me when I had some health issue, and kept checking on me even after checking out of his hotel.
Nothing, all good, highly recommended. however, be careful if you go to the Sky Cafe located beside the hotel, I got food. poison from their food!!

This hotel staff saved us! When another hotel messed up our reservation the night before hiking the volcano we were stuck with no where to keep our bags and no where to stay after the hike. The manager reached out to us personally and let us bring our bags a day before and took incredible care of us. What a great staff and hotel, we are forever grateful!
