Nice stay in Ho Chi Minh

This was our last stay after 4 weeks of fantastic travel through Vietnam. We had booked an apartment so there was room for all 5. The room was fine. Fitness really good. The area is super nice with walking distance to a lot. Breakfast was served at the hotel next door. Really good selection and super service.

We had booked for 5, but there were only 4 beds etc. When we mentioned it, it was quickly set up. We arrived early by bus but were not allowed to check in earlier without having to pay extra. However, we were allowed to be in the common room and the pool until 3pm. Pool was a bit boring considering 5 star hotel

Exceptional

Great location and walking distance to so many places. Apartments were clean, spacious and had everything you needed. Friendly for family or group trips. Staff also very easy to work with.

Convenient stay for a family to recharge before flight home.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, good for families.

Furniture and electrical appliances are dated and could do with an upgrade.

Pleasant

There were some hiccups during the stay, but every staff I contacted helped us instantly. Not enough equipment in the kitchen, but no problem.

The swimming pool is tiny for the size of the hotel, and I had such a terrible experience due to some ill-mannered guests (cannonballing and screaming...). I think there should be staff checking the pool regularly so that every guest using the pool can have a pleasant time.

Surprisingly breakfast included Indian food. Apartment is very spacious. Hotel give up early checkin.

Wi-Fi is slow. Location is around 1 KM from the center.

The breakfast was really good with a choice of many different types of cuisine from around the world. The staff were great and the room was one of the best I have ever stayed in.

The facilities were great, the breakfast amazing, staff very helpful. We have booked a two bedroom apartment and was upgraded to three bedroom’s one. Great place, we recommend and will come back to enjoy again.

Was good but will consider to pick another 5 stars hotel in the future

We stayed in the 3 bedroom-apartment and it is spacious, nice and clean. It is a good option for family and it was comfortable, we all enjoyed it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good

We didn’t have welcome offers (drink, souvenirs) like other 5 stars hotels. Not sure because we stayed in the apartment not hotels, but it should be the same as they are all under 1 name Intercontinental! It doesn’t really worth the money although we had a good stay
