BEST VALUE & Worth the money for sure

One of the best places to spend a holiday at Tiberias, humble and welcoming staff, clean fresh rooms, amazing pool and slides, and the FOOD WAS ALWAYS AMAZING!

Nothing serious to complain about, they take good care of the residents and if anythings needs care they will act towards it quickly.

Very very bad experience

The food is plentiful but not tasty

The check-in was horrendous- waited in line for a very long time We were told there is parking but there IS NOT!!!!! A big problem for children and elders No help with luggage!!! Waited for almost an hour for an elevator The room is adequate but no table, very few electric sockets I would NEVER recommend this to anyone

The rooms were nice, clean , comfortable drinks in the all all inclusive was good

We booked an all inclusive including meals and all . We went into the food area for the meals and it was really not good the food looked like it came from a soup kitchen , it was not even good. We had to go out to eat at restaurants we skipped lunch amd left he early

Magnificent

he director of the establishment Nehila Yazbak was particularly kind, she manages really well. his establishment. We were with the family, with children and the elderly. She did everything to make our vacation easier for us. The staff was really nice. Very clean hotel, comfortable rooms. varied, copious and well-cooked meals… for all tastes. I would do it again without hesitation

The location was perfect for us arriving by bus.Room was located perfect to see what we waited. Everything was the way it was supposed to be.

Extremely crowded, the hotel is in no way to built to accommodate all the guests when fully booked (not enough elevators, space in the pool/dining room).

My husband’s kin folks came here all the way from Oregon, USA and loved their stay. It definitely has family fun for all

Leonardo Club in Tiberias is the cleanest of all the Leonardo I’ve ever be in. our stay was so good. In America we rate hotels by stars. 1 is lowest and 5 is superior. Leonardo Club Tiberias gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horrible. Avoid at all costs

The place was dirty in the rooms, the hallways and the dining area. The chairs in the dining area were sticky making me feel kind they have never been cleaned. Our entire party of 5 got food poisoning and when we addressed it with the hotel staff they said thank you for letting us know. AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!!

Old smelly hotel with very rude staff. The pool has nails, wood, and bandaids throughout. Disgusting. Very very overpriced
