Great Value for the Room, I would suggest planning your meals or grocery shopping, takeout not easy.

The room was great! The staff during the morning was great, and the location was convenient to the airport and downtown Madison. I would suggest for families visiting the university - it's a great value.

The breakfast was awful! Easy and healthy options, I'd suggest. The evening staff was lackluster compared to the morning; the hotel should inquire why the difference. I would recommend staying on the second or third floor vs the first.

Overall very nice except for breakfast.

Clean comfortable nice.

No where in the description was I told this was a sleep Inn. Nor did I see that breakfast was continental. I expected a full breakfast and we left and ate somewhere else.

One reception for two hotels is a bit odd but in a super chill area it’s not hard to figure out quickly. Full kitchen was amazing! Bathroom was really clean!

Overall it was great experience

It was really clean and staff was very friendly.

Location and way to Hotel, and Breakfast (can be more good if add few hot items in the menu, also there was no bread/toaster/butter/jam.

The bed was comfortable. Lots of pillows. The staff was nice.

There was hair in the bathroom sink. The pool towels were extremely rough. The water in the pool was cloudy.

Suite set up with kitchenette, dining area along with two beds and sofa bed made the visit very comfortable.

Lack of vending on the floor. Only item in the vending area is the ice machine. Also, there was heavy snow, but the lot and sidewalks were not cleared until the next day.

New facility, New furnishings. Quiet! Comfortable bed, which isn't usually the case with our experience using hotels.

We're in our 50s so could have used a seat in the large shower.

The location was perfect for my appointment. The room was very nice.

I booked for 2 nights. After the first night, my key stopped working. It took 2 trips to the desk to get it to work.

A quiet comfortable stay for a fair price.

A quiet and out-of-the-way location. The quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, spacious room, very clean. We appreciated the refrigerator and full kitchen. I saw that it had great reviews online and it turned out to be accurate, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
