Warming: Not a 4-star hotel

Cute & rustic decor

Rated 4 stars on booking.com, but definitely more like a 3-star. Pool was very small and only enough space for 2-3 chairs. Probably best suited as an adults-only hotel. Breakfast was extremely basic: congee, toast & jam, fluffy egg sandwich which was very greasy, and fruit. Both mornings at ~ 7:30 am we temporarily lost electricity. On our last day, the wifi stopped working. Regarding free toiletries, we were two sharing a room, bit only one toothbrush provided. We found another 4-star hotel for a similar price but opted for this one due to better reviews, however we regret not booking the other one.

Great Stay!

Lovely lobby, common areas & pool. Rooms were spacious & very comfortable. Great location, close to several restaurants (Faces Gallery & Gastrobar & TENTEN Japanese restaurants were great) & bars (the Bitter End and Drinksmith were great bars, although a bit pricey).

Breakfast was additional and didn't seem like a great value for the price.

Cosy, safe and clean

Loved how the room was very clean and linen/towels were clean and fresh. Location was very good, it is super close to ATM, 7/11, and restaurants. Staff have good speaking English and are very helpful. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Room is a lot smaller than expected and the curtain to the shower was a little inconvenient. Room is not very sound proof.

Abenteuer pur

nun ja, in der ersten Nacht explodierte der Transformator vor der Türe des Hotels, kein Strom, kein W-Lan, kein Aufzug, kein Frühstück, wir mussten Ausziehen................das Hotel wurde geschlossen

dass wir unser Zimmer zahlen mussten, obwohl wir n nachts um 2,30 Uhr durch die besagte Explosion keine Klima , kein W-lan und kein Licht mehr hatten

Geschmackvolles, kleines Hotel mit liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern am Rande der Altstadt

Sehr geschmackvoll gestaltetes, kleines Hotel. Das geräumige Zimmer ist sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet. Im Erker mit Fenster eine zusätzliche, gemütliche Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeit zum chillen. Kleiner Balkon mit Blick in den begrünten Innenhof mit Pool. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Super bequemes Bett. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage am Rande der Altstadt in einer Seitenstraße war für mich perfekt. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Etliche schöne Cafes sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Waschsalon und alles was man sonst so braucht in der Nähe. Kleines Giveaway als Überraschung beim check-out.

Leider hellhörig, was aber nur bei sehr lauten, bis in die Nacht aktiven Nachbarn in 2 Nächten ein wenig störend war.

Lovely new, well apointed clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel was relatively new, clean and well maintained inside with a fresh interior. Rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed.

Unfortunately on the second night, there was an electrical fire on the power line outside the hotel that left it without power, and we had to find alternative accommodation. The hotel staff were very helpful and we received an immediate cash refund for the remaining nights. We found suitable alternative accommodation fairly quickly.

Pretty Pastel Hotel

We managed to get was we requested for - 2 rooms to be next to each other. Rooms - with pool access. Love the theme and pastel colour of the rooms. The daily housekeeping were on their toes everyday, good job on making sure the rooms are tidied and cleaned. Breakfast - The selection was very basic but they do service this thick toast sandwich if you're room comes with breakfast. Highly recommended to try it. Staff- We very helpful in providing information and assisting us with our luggage. Surrounding - There were a lot of small local cafes/spas/laundry. Just next door, there's a Bamboo Hut accommodation the reception does tours for tourist, we booked our Zipline activitiy there, the lady who assisted us were super friendly. She even gave us information on what's happening today/tomorrow and we took her suggestion. We even checked out those cute Bamboo Huts, it's really raw and basic stay suitable for solo backpackers traveler. Do check it out!

Honestly nothing, only if they could leave the main door to access the hotel rooms open or remove the card access that will be more convenient.

Loved our stay would definitely recommend

Lovely boutique hotel, clean and comfortable and lovely staff

WiFi wasn’t the best but still very much useable, only given one key card which is usually fine but if only one of you wants to leave, for example for a cigarette you’d have to leave the other without electricity or they would have to ask to be let back in. Minor issues

很好，和閨蜜一起旅遊更棒

精緻可愛溫馨，雖然抵達時已經快接近半夜12點，但24小時都有人員堅守的櫃台真的很棒，迎賓飲料也準備好，非常貼心，旁邊的交通小7商店非常方便，服務人員也很可愛。下次再去，一樣選擇入住這家。

雖然知道4人房的閣樓階梯有點陡峭，實際入住，真的比較要注意安全，年長著萬萬不行。另外，吹風機上面的石質平台建議改位子，因為下方是垃圾桶的位置，一行人4位撞了3個哈哈哈太幸運，都想買彩卷了

Leuk en prima maar prijs te hoog voor wat je krijgt

Gezellig ingericht, kamers klein maar cosy. Ligging is goed.

Ontbijt was zeer beperkt, weinig keus. Twee soorten fruit prima, rest was niet bijzonder. Voor een of twee dagen ok als je van ei houd en van papieren bordjes en plastic bestek wilt eten. Advies: geen ontbijt bij boeken. Genoeg plekken om ergens anders te ontbijten.

Für Reisende die den ganzen Tag unterwegs sind optimal

Gute, ruhige Lage. Inneneinrichtung der Lobby super schön. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Viele kleine Restaurants in der Umgebung. Schöne Gassen zum schlendern und Zeit vertreiben.

Frühstück ist wirklich klein. Es gab nur Toast mit Marmelade, Reissuppe und 1-2 Obstsorten. Man konnte sich aber jeden Tag ein Sandwich aussuchen, was man frisch gemacht bekommen hat. Des weiteren hat unser Zimmer sehr feucht gerochen. Wahrscheinlich weil die Lüftung nur läuft wenn man sich im Zimmer befindet und die Fenster waren zu klein um da genügend frische Luft reinzubekommen. Leider nur 2 normale Stühle am Pool.

Ein schöner Ort zum Übernachten in Chiang Mai!

Schöne moderne Zimmer Das Hotel Personal konnte sehr gut englisch und hat gleich mehrere Ausflüge für uns gebucht. Das Frühstück war eher klein, jedoch sehr lecker!

Nive stay between our trekking

Really cute and family hotel in a charming neighborhood of the old town. The staff is super helpful whenever you need help. The swimming pool is small but enough to cool off after an excursion. I really like the accessible and cozy design of the lobby and the rooms.

The first room we had was a bit small and without any view, we were on the ground floor and our window faced a wall but the other two rooms when we comeback from different treks were perfect!

Go to Chiang Mai!!

Great location, clean and comfortable, lovely staff and easy to organize tours. The shower was lovely and although the pool is very small it was quiet and we were able to get in every day.

The way the electric turned off when you left the room. Kind of defeated the point of having a fridge. A wider bench rather than a ledge to set things on would be helpful. It was difficult to organize ourselves...... And make tea safely.

Great place, great location, highly recommended.

Great location, friendly staff, clean neat room, good security (key card access), lovely pool to take a dip in.

Not a biggie at all, but there was a bedroom on a mezzanine floor and the steps were quite narrow and steep, so not as easily accessible as would have liked, but this would not put me off staying here, I just wouldn't put younger children up there.

Hotel was nice and clean. A bit far from active areas and nightlife. My biggest complaint was that there was no balcony, and breakfast was not included. I think it was a bit overpriced.

Relaxed and comfy

- lovely little pool - very friendly and helpful staff - comfortable room - very clean overall - free water in the room

- breakfast did nit have enough choices and the fact that you had to use plastic cutlery and paper plates was a disappointment - pool was not very deep or too big, although enough to cool down after a long hot day - towels were old and could be replaced

Beautiful, comfortable, excellent staff in a great location!

The resort is clean, comfortable and beautiful inside. the beds are super comfortable and big. the decor is beautiful and the staff is super helpful. they will also assist in renting mopeds.
