Great design, very clean, very luxurious and in an excellent location.

Hotel was great and the lady at the reception was an absolute legend, you will not find more happy, friendly and helpful person that has definitely made my stay at this beautiful hotel as pleasant as it can be.

The lift is a bit slow.

we were on vacation with a little baby and we really liked it. We would definitely recommend Hotel

In general, everything was very good. Excellent staff, good breakfast, comfortable location near the center. Exciting design and bathroom floors

The mattress for the bed was very soft, it must be said, on the fan. One minus is sofa, it’s not designed for sleep, in the middle of the clamshell is hillock as a consequence the head falls with the torso down, I would trim the foot of the bed or replaced with another design :) and second minor minus about kitchen garbage, it needs bigger size of package it does not hold and falls down

This is not a boutique hotel

Fair breakfast.Everything else didn't not meet our expectations

No toilet paper. The room had no electricity for the whole night and the reception was closed. The room wasn't ready at 3pm when we were supposed to check in

Nice cozy hotel in a great location

Great hotel, lovely and comfortable. Great bathroom. Very warm. Nicely decorated. On the edge of the old town, easy to get a taxi or a tram.

The carpet could have done with a clean, this may have just been in our room though. Looks like coffee stains. Everything else was great

Lovely hotel with excellent staff.

After exchange of our roooms we got 2 very nice rooms, breakfast was perfect, location also very good. Great stuff too. We forgot dress there and they sent them to us :)

We ordered 2 rooms apartment where 2 bathrooms were claimed but there was only one bathroom in the end. The receptionist was kind and they changed our reservation for 2 separate rooms. This 2 room apartment I can't recommend as it was quite used up... The other rooms we got were beautiful.

Disappointing

Claims 4 stars on booking.com, but is a 3-star hotel - no toiletries. Website says room service available, they dont even have a kitchen. Bed turn up service is sloppy. Shower is broken. Sofa is old with torn furnishings. Bed lamps don't work.

Disappointed and felt deceived over the standard of room we were getting.

Can’t think of anything except that it is close to the old town square.

After bring to the attention that the photos on the website are misleading for the two bedroom apartment the staff were unhelpful and did not care about our concerns. The photos show two different apartments so you don’t know which one you will be getting. One is much less quality than the other with out dated and ripped furniture, hazardous exposed electrical wiring and weird layout.

The interior is beyond the expectations: royal and vintage. Very comfortable bathroom with 2 sinks. If tv is on, you have a chance to hear the film even in bathroom (thanks to speakers on the ceiling). Lobby is stylish too. Great location. 5 min to center. Air conditioner is powerful, adjustable and quiet (located on the ceiling and cools down the room in 5 min).

Perfect place for a business trip and a weekend break

Very nice room, huge space, comfortable bed. Nice place to stay and rest after a long working day (or long sightseeing day). Very good location - near the main square. Staff was very nice and helpful - breakfast area looked great and the smell was so good (I felt sorry that I had to rush for a meeting early in the morning)

The only thing was that the street side and the noises (esp. trams) were very well heard

Fantastic rooms, location and warm welcome to Wrocław.

OMG - the room! I wasn't prepared for such a lavish, beautiful space, particularly for the cost. The bathroom/sunken bath can be it's own post, to be honest. Soaking in that tub after a day of walking all over Wrocław was a holiday in itself <3 Overall, SUCH a pleasure to stay at. Breakfast was fantastic, staff extremely professional and accommodating (I asked if they had balcony room available and was upgraded w/ no issue). Location is quite central and - as I traveled by train - a pleasant 25 minute stroll to the station. Easy entry after hours, and elevator access is always a plus (particularly when traveling w/ luggage). Truly made this trip to Wrocław once of my most memorable. Coffee/tea also available in room, as well as copious towels & storage space.

Nothing! I just don't like that I'm not there anymore :/

Big room and charming decor. Central location. Cosy breakfast room.

Reception not serviced at night. There is no hall to sit and talk.

Cool place in easy walking distance to the center. Our bicycles got a stay with some paintings on the first floor while we were in a luxurious room a bit higher up😁
