Empfehlenswert

Personal wirklich sehr simpatisch, Zimmer sehr schön, sehr sauber. Frühstück vielseitig und lecker. Lage perfekt das wichtigste für uns war in paar Schritten zu erreichen.

Leider die praktische Lage, bedeutet, Nachts war bisschen zu laut.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber und ordentlich sowie das ganze Hotel und das Frühstück ausgesprochen gut.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko rynku i przystanków komunikacji miejskiej. Bardzo czysto. Pokój absolutnie wystarczający.

Zaskoczył mnie brak restauracji/baru na miejscu. Dawna Braserie 27 działa tylko w porze śniadania. Oczywiście to nie jest kłopot- blisko jest wiele mieksc gdzie można coś zjeść.

Je bezvadné bydlet v centru města

Vynikající poloha hotelu v historickém centru města u jedné z hlavních tramvajových zastávek. Hotel je moderní a vše je tam pohodlné. Bezvadná čistota, ochotný a příjemný personál. Snídaně velmi dobré. Ocenili jsme i to, že lze v hotelu uschovat zavazadla po vyklizení pokoje před odjezdem. Pozornost na cestu při odchodu z hotelu byla moc milá. Určitě se vrátíme!

Bardzo przyjemny hotel blisko rynku

Fajna lokalizacja, bardzo dobre śniadania, parking podziemny i naziemny (dodatkowo płatne), bardzo miły personel.

Hotel wyjątkowy pod każdym względem.

Świetna lokalizacja. Przemiła obsługa i bardzo dobre śniadania. Super wygodne łóżko oraz niezwykłe podejście do dzieci. Obsługa wstawiła łóżeczko, a oprócz tego jeszcze namiot z zabawkami, kilka książeczek i nawet dwa szlafroczki. Olbrzymia łazienka z super prysznicem. Co prawda nie dane nam było skorzystać z dodatkowych usług ale jestem przekonany, że spełniły by nasze oczekiwania. Jeśli macie zamiar spędzić kilka dni we Wrocławiu z dzieciakami i nie tylko to jest hotel dla was. Bezproblemowa przechowalnia bagażu.

Być może warto by się pokusić o możliwość segregacji odpadów. To taka drobna sugestia, a żadnych minusów nie zauważyliśmy.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einer schönen Stadt.

Sehr hilfsbereite, freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen, wunderbar komfortable Betten und ein außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück. In den Zimmern zur Straße kann man das "Rumpeln" der Straßenbahnen trotz geschlossener Fenster doch hören.

Great location, very near historic sites and really interesting buildings.

There was no information available regarding local places of interest, restaurants, etc.

Good stay that could be better if staff members would’ve cared more

Location. Short walk to all Wrocław attractions Close to transport- tram and train at the door. Good room size. Parking, good breakfast

No storage in the bathroom. Some of the staff were obrupt

Excellent location, great value for money

Location is perfect for us. Close to the Stare Miasto. Our room looked onto courtyard/car park at the back of the building so we didn’t have traffic noise. Room facilities were good, a proper hairdryer, toiletries, tea and coffee facilities, comfortable bed. Added bonus of on site parking, pay at the hotel, which is a commodity in Wroclaw. We didn’t have breakfast or use the gym or sauna. We will definitely stay again.

We found nothing to dislike.

Excellent, comfortable hotel in Wroclaw

We had a great 3 night stay here. It's comfortable, quiet and has good facilities. We especially liked the inclusion of a fridge, safe and small bottles of water in the room. It's only 5-7 mins walk to the main square. We would recommend. Large TV and the lift was in good working order (we needed as we were on the 5th floor).

There was nothing we didn't like. We didn't have breakfast as it wasn't included and we thought it seemed quite expensive.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic.

Had an issue with the safe in the room. It was resolved but we were then unwilling to use it again.

Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for a weekend and I found Europeum brilliant. The hotel is a 5 min walk to the old town. The breakfast was really good and good quality. The staff were very helpful. The beds were so comfortable. Would highy recommend it.

There was nothing that i didn't like. All excellent.

Good location, better breakfast.

The attention of the Staff and the people at the reception were great. The hotel is located right on the border of the city center and everything interesting was within a walk distance. The best part was the breakfast, so many things to choose from and the coffee was excellent.

Some illumination on the back of the hotel where the parking is located would be nice to have but is not a big deal

Ideal location, helpful staff and great breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location for exploring Wroclaw. Beds were super comfy, rooms quiet and breakfast was lovely. Sauna was an added bonus after a hard days exploring! Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.

Room temperature was a little too warm, but perhaps just personal taste. Would have been good to be able to cool the room a little more.

Started well, ended in bad mood.

Good location for walks in old town. Good garage for our moto. Splendid service in the evening in reception. Nice free sauna. Room was nice.

Bad service in the reception in the morning, she did not care about clients at all.
