Great place! Very close to the square, cafes, shops, and dining. Also very close to public transport. The building was charming, and the room was excellent!

Excellent stay , I highly recommend it to others. Quirky & homely. My room was very nice with a great view. The owner is very nice , gives you all the information you need and doesn't hassle you. The pub serves one of the best Cherry beers I've had on draught. Also has a nice outdoor seating area. This pub/rooms location is excellent, tucked away just around the corner in the Old City. I hope to return.

Great location very clean staff is very hospitable I absolutely love my stays at the ACADEMUS
Something minor they should add washcloths in the rooms that's it everything else is top tier 🔥

Location is central to main square and river. Large windows that open to street (which is good when you can open them and not get bees in from the flowers).
Really need new towels, a small fridge and blinds on the windows that extends all the way. The room is never dark. A/c would also be a good investment as the fan that is provided works well but is v noisy. All told, hard to sleep with heat and noise of fan. I didn’t see any ironing facilities in the 2 bed studio I was in.
