満足です！

洗濯機も、浴室乾燥もあって、自分のタイミングで洗濯出来たのが凄い助かった。砂が溢れてしまったので、小さくてもいいから掃除機を置いてくれたら、サイコーです！！あと、駐車場を予約してなかったけど、停めさせてもらえた。

気持ちもう少し広さがあればなお最高！ゆっくり座りたいときにソファーが無くて、椅子があるだけなので、ベッドでゆっくりしないといけなかった。

Nice.

Great convenient position for the airport if you don't want to go straight into Naha. But print out full directions for the cab driver as even the airport taxi marshals had no idea where it was! Oh and don't use the transport offered on the booking.com site as our taxi cost a fraction of the amount quoted. You can use the Uber app here even though there's no Uber...it connects you directly with a normal taxi and charges your credit card.

No complaints at all about the property...but see the transport info above.

Exceptional

The appliances were amazing. We loved the shower and bath! It was a huge relief to stay somewhere we felt more at home rather than living in bags and needing constant help and guidance from staff. They even had informative flyers in the suite that directed us on how to use appliances.

While we loved independence, it was a little confusing on the hours staff held. After we checked in, we never saw a staff member again. That made it difficult to ask questions about check out or taxi service (the numbers for taxis provided seemed to not work?)

Good

Parking was 1,000 yen per day, it is cheap if you consider how much other hotels charge. Best mattress I have slept in since I have been in Japan. Two big double beds but little room to move around. Washing machine is very convenient and you can dry your clothes in the shower room, there are different options. Big fridge and freezer. I have not used the stove but there is one burner. We had to extent two more days because of the typhoon without any problem. Just got more clean towels, bed sheets and toilette paper. The highway is very close, there is a Max value and a Daiso near by, but you need a car.

There are few things that can be improved. The cleaning especially. Since there is no room service, maybe provide some cleaning products like sponges and detergents, as well as a broom and a dustpan. Also there is no wardrobe in the room, I will consider adding some shelves for customer to use for their clothes. It was tight for 1 adult and 2 kids 7 and 8 years old. We didn't spend much time in the hotel the first 4 days but the last 2 days we had to take turns in moving in the room. We microwaved some meals in the room, one of the kids was eating at the small table, the other one at the larger table but I had to sit on the bed to eat. There are two chairs only.

Good

The bed was EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. The room doesn't have a phone and the front desk isn't manned 24 hrs, but if you need a cab to the airport, the front desk can schedule one during your check-in time. Just let them know when you're leaving.

Exceptional

Ideally located for the airport or ferry, this is a really comfortable and stylish place. The rooms are beautifully clean and the staff helped book a taxi for us the next morning - their perfect English was a bonus!

The hotel staff went out of their way especially for us; we arrived on the night flight and they arranged someone to welcome us at the hotel past 11:30 pm!

Fantastic value for money. So close to the airport and only 3 mins walk from a supermarket. Would come back here when we are next in Naha.

The place is close to the airport and the car rental companies. The beds are comfortable The apartment is clean

The lights are not bright enough (can be improved) The pillows are not comfortable The room is not spacious (especially for a family with a kid) The building is still new, so the smell in the elevator is still strong.

Great modern hotel for a one night stay near the Airport.

Good choice for one night stay close to Naha airport. Very competent and polite administrator. Easy check in and check out. There's a lot of a air traffic around, but the rooms are very well isolated, felt very quiet.

Monorail stop is quite far away.

Superb

New property with a new washer, dryer, and kitchen appliances. Wonderful, helpful staff. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Very close to the airport.

Need more kitchen accessories and a place to hang your clothes. Also didn’t see an iron & board but they may have had one.
