Heerlijk ontspannen in een oase van luxe en gastvrijheid

De bijzonder vriendelijke medewerkers en de prachtige ruimtes buiten de kamers, zoals het fijne en zeer nette zwembad. Attente extra’s zoals koekjes die dagelijks worden langs gebracht en het a la carte ontbijt is inbegrepen, alles zeer luxe. We zijn hier voor een tweede keer en raden het aan. Bedankt voor een geweldige ervaring.

Gorgeous boutique quiet hotel. Great facilities and v good breakfast. Staff very helpful

Gorgeous boutique hotel (used to be the American embassy so very grand and wonderful space). Rooms all a very good size and v comfy beds. Location quiet (but need to get a tuk tuk to restaurants). Breakfast and coffee very good. Pool was divine (lap pool). Staff absolutely delightful and could not have been more helpful. Great massage facilities - we had one every day.

very small niggle but barely any charging points in the room - legacy of an old building but don't let that put you off. It's not every day you get to spend the night in an ex- american embassy! Location a bit off the beaten track.

Nice rooms

Room was fine and had a nice balcony. Breakfast was included and quite good. Not buffet. Quiet hotel, felt as though frew people were staying.

Some electric sockets in the room were a bit loose and not in convenient places. Shower very weak. It's located in a desert: nothing of any interest within a few blocks.

Charming boutique hotel in the center of town

Brimming with character and rustic charm Leafy compound Pool open 24 hours Great service Great location - Central Market, Russian Market, and most places we went to were within a 5-8 minute tuktuk ride.

Bathroom floor leveling was slightly off, so some shower water would accumulate rather than drain. No gym

Lovely old character building with plenty of space. Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy and convenient location for wandering the city.

Conlonial comfort

I was upgraded to a suite which was lovely. The classic colonial architecture was fantastic and the breakfast was nice.

A hidden oasis

Amazing accommodation and staff who could not do enough to make your stay wonderful. An oasis in the middle of a busy town. Breakfast at Cafe was great especially the coffee to start day.

Faultless. You will not be disappointed if choosing to stay here.

Superb hotel in a fantastic location

On our year long trip that has consisted of over 20 hotels so far The White Mansion rates as one of the best! Check in was superb, the staff are trained in customer service to such a high degree. Our room was wonderful, we got a turn down service which was a first on our travels which included yummy biscuits and fresh fruit. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. We ate in the restaurant one evening as we were too tired to go out for a meal and we were so happy we did, the food was fabulous. The pool is nice and cool after a hot day sightseeing. Everything about this hotel is top notch and I’m a picky person

Big choice of breakfast . The location can't be better, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Swimming pool very good in size and opened 24 hours. Definitely come back.

Outstanding in every way

The included breakfast was very good, and definitely worth the extra charge. A variety of 4-5 types are offered including "American" (basically eggs and bacon), "Cambodian", "Healthy", and a couple others. Good and unlimited coffee and baguettes brought out as well. My Aus friend enjoyed his "Flat White", and the latte and regular black coffee were all good. The hotel has a number of associated "tuk-tuks" waiting outside. These are the little motorized scooter-taxis that zip you around town for a low fee. Excellent service from these guys, and very safe despite being a scary experience the first time. Highly recommended. The hotel is beautiful, and a little oasis of solitude that is nevertheless conveniently located near the King's Palace, the National Museum, and many markets and restaurants. Rooms are clean and well maintained, as is the pool and outdoor areas--really, I can't rave about the place enough. We had an excellent time, and are already looking to head back next year.

We found nothing to complain about. Perhaps its worth mentioning that the water pressure was not that great in one of our three rooms, but it is an old converted mansion after all, so maybe it's to be expected. It was still fine, and did not detract from us enjoying everything thoroughly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Large size room. Good location.

Wifi could be stronger. Noise from the street. The place is nice but could do with a little more ambience and 'homey' feeling. Might help for instance to decorate the walls more.
