Situated in Colorado Springs, this lovely house for $170 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This rental is part of our beautiful home and a short walk to Garden of the Gods trailheads. It has a large bedroom with vaulted ceiling with 2 skylights, ceiling fan and spacious master bath. There is a loft area with a converta sofa. The bedroom has a nice roll top desk, set up for your laptop with a wireless keyboard and mouse.. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with a large HDTV. Hi speed wireless internet. There is a kitchenette with a mini fridge, counter top freezer, microwave, and convection counter top oven. Counter top hotplate for cooking. From the kitchenette you walk out to a semi-private patio shared with the owners, with a hot tub to enjoy. Around back there is a lovely back yard that is completely fenced in, and has a nice fire pit, and big concrete patio in addition to planted beds surrounding the grass and next to the patio.. Please note that the soaking tub in the bathroom has very low water pressure. Takes awhile to fill. The hot tub in the courtyard is great for soaking.

Great location. Kitchenette did not dissuade us from cooking. The property was very spacious with an ample room and bathroom. The hosts even lent us mayonnaise and ketchup! Our-three year old daughter loved the movies and toys, and we were within sight of the garden of the gods entrance. We did have a bit less privacy than expected, as only a hallway door separated us from our hosts. However, given it was Christmas, we understood the timing made the scenario unconventional.

This house is located just a few house down from Garden of the Gods. It was a perfect location for us. The house itself is well stocked and the snacks in the kitchen were much appreciated by my son.

Pictures do not do this home justice. This home is beautiful, spacious and wonderfully located. The yard and easy walk to Garden of the Gods was great for our pup. The house comfortable with everything you need and artfully decorated. Hope to return.

We loved our stay. The home is immaculately clean, warm and cozy. The location is perfect for visiting Garden of the Gods or Pikes Peak. We will definitely try to stay here again when visiting the area.

Property was a very good location and clean. Do be aware that it is attached to the owners house. They respect your privacy, but they are on site. Very accommodating and friendly! This is a great location if your planning to do pikes peak and garden of the gods, as its literally 4 houses or so down from the Garden of the gods park. Dog friendly as the post explains!

Great place to stay and close to all the attractions and eateries. Felt welcomed and owner made sure to let me know if I needed anything to ‘just ask.’ I didn’t need anything as everything was supplied for a nice relaxing, comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at this rental. The location can't be beat....steps to a Garden of the Gods trailhead, close to Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great treat in the evenings. Bonus - the first night we had a large deer visit right outside the fence! We would definitely stay here again!

Short distance to downtown Manitou springs which has cute shops and good restaurants. We literally walked to the Siamese twins, Scotsman, and I think the ship rock formations. They had Wi-Fi, Hulu, netflix which we enjoyed on those rainy days. Queen bed upstairs with big bathroom. Cute outside area to sit. We saw big mule deer bucks walking down the street. Would definitely stay here again. Made our stay very comfortable, better than a motel room

What a beautiful spacious place. Debbie and Luke are kind folks, very helpful and easy to communicate with. We were attending a challenging conference and coming ‘home’ for lunch and in the evening was a welcome quiet respite. Beautiful large and spacious with beautiful garden and literally at the entrance to Garden of the Gods. Thanks for offering your place to stay!

This was convenient to all the things we wanted to see. The rental was big, lots of space. The back yard is private and beautiful. We didn’t use the hot tub because of storms but it looked nice.

This is a wonderful spot next to Garden of Gods. Short walk as described. Nice quiet neighborhood and awesome host. Luke and Debbie are great! The kind of neighbors you wish you had. Pictures of the property are correct only more beautiful in person. We were amazed with the quality and freshness of it all. Well taken care of. And of course, the hot tub. I can't say enough....the back yard with lots of flowers. We would enjoy living there. Recommend this place to all. Thanks again for your hospitality and kindness sharing your home with us. My husband and I stayed for our 30th anniversary trip. The property was great, but what made it really stand out was the convenience of the location to everything we wanted to do! I don’t think we drove more than 25 minutes to anything, and most things were within 10 minutes or less. We were very pleased!

This property is excellent! We love being able to wake up and walk out the door to the Garden of the Gods trails. This was our 3rd stay here, and it is great to know we can take our dog. I work remotely and the internet connection is good for that. I would highly recommend for anyone staying in Colorado Springs / Manitou. Thanks again Debbie and Luke!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luke and Debbie's place. It was conveniently located. The Ellington's check-in/out process was very easy. Just fyi...you might want to travel in a mid-size or smaller vehicle due to the narrowness of the driveway/parking. It truly was a short walk to the Garden of the Gods which was a nice way to spend the evenings. We would recommend staying with the Ellingtons' to anyone looking for a beautiful escape to Colorado!

My son and friend enjoyed this property so much. It was perfect size and comfy. The hot tub was amazing! This was a senior trip and the guys will never forget it. I stayed with my sister and cousin for the weekend and we really enjoyed it! The space is bigger than we expected. There were three cozy recliners in the living room with streaming on the tv. There's a half bath on the main floor. A dining space with a table and four chairs. Two more spaces in the kitchen with stools for eating. The kitchen has a small fridge, small freezer, toaster oven, hot plates and a small coffee maker. It was perfect for three adults to hang out and take care of everything we needed to. We had a small dog with us and the backyard was a perfect space for letting her out to run around and watch the deer. Upstairs there's a loft with a nice futon and spacious primary bedroom with queen bed and big bathroom. The owners have extra pillows, blankets, and an air mattress. We didn't need to ask for a thing for comfort. The location is dreamy. There's a trailhead right up the street for accessing Garden of the Gods and it's a very quick drive to Manitou Springs. There are lots of places to grab a bite to eat and a Safeway close by.

We enjoyed the property very much, Debbie and Luke were hospitable and offered help during our stay. We enjoyed hiking the Garden of the Gods and visited many of the shops in Manitou and Old Colorado City. I would give our stay a thumbs up, although the garden tub was unable to be filled due to low pressure. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again. Thanks again Luke and Debbie

The property was just as described on the web site. The location, the layout of the home and the back yard were perfect for my husband, me and our small dog. The kitchen was well stocked though we didn’t cook. We’re were there only two days but will stay again when we visit the next time.
