Paddle in the Florida Bay with kayaks on site for your use. You can bring or rent a boat and go fishing in the back country or to the Atlantic Ocean to do some scuba or snorkeling, deep water fishing or trolling for game fish or Mahi-Mahi.

We absolutely love staying at this property. Very easy access to all of the local restaurants and shops. Quiet and and beautiful area to stay!

This was our first trip to the keys and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The property makes you feel like you are secluded and away from everything, but once you exit the gates of the property there are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is in the perfect location to either take a day to head up to the Everglades or head down and check out the rest of the keys. We spent our last day just sitting in the kayaks right out from the dock with manatees coming up all around us! The perfect ending to a great trip.

This home was great for our vacation. It had a long dock for tying up our flats boat with plenty of depth; at least 5’. The ramp made it great to put the boat in and out with no need to deal with the chaos of a public boat ramp. Wife loved the sunsets from the end of the dock. Security was great as there exists an electric gate to enter exit the property. We only had one issue with an appliance and it was repaired immediately. Fishing wasnt great but thats on me. Planning a return trip.

Pam and Chris are great hosts and very responsive to any needs you have during your stay. The property is in a beautiful location in Key Largo and convenient to many nice restaurants and various outdoor activities.

We will definitely rent this property again. My husband and I and our two older teen sons stayed for a week. We snorkeled right off the beach, kayaked and fished off the new dock. Pam had kayaks and snorkeling gear onsite. The sunsets were gorgeous and we drank our coffee on the porch rockers each morning.
We had a manatee swim under the dock and saw a few of them eating every morning a few yards out from the dock. We also had dolphins swim by.
The house isn't huge but is cozy and was plenty big for us. It was very clean. We had temps in the high 70s so were able to keep the large glass doors open wide and enjoy the breeze.
We'll be renting again! Thank you, Pam, for sharing your little slice of heaven.

We came at one of the coldest times in FL in decades - but were so content to be away from the 1*F temps at home. We enjoyed playing board games inside, with an incredible view. We got a couple of days out and about at the end of our week. We recommend the property!

Sister time
My sisters and I are celebrating our birthdays and wanted to stay someplace warm. Thoroughly enjoyed the dock, the water, looking for critters. Loved the house, It seemed much more spacious then 748 ft.². We will be back.

We loved our stay! Pam was easy to communicate with. Check in and check out were so easy. The views from the pier were awesome. We will definitely be booking this again!

Location was absolutely perfect! The set up was perfect! The dock was perfect! It was wonderful! The only thing I will say is it needed to be cleaned inside. I don’t think the shower had been cleaned from the guests prior to us. However we cleaned and stayed because everything else was so wonderful!

This is my second time staying there with friends and my dogs. Everyone always has the best time. So nice to hang out on the beach/dock or go for a paddle. We always bring our own paddleboards, but they have several for guest use. My favorite part is always the breathtaking sunsets!

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. When we first arrived everything was clean and organized. The checkin process in getting inside was easy and any questions I had throughout the entire stay, the owners responded back within minutes. The view of this place is absolutely amazing and you can see the sunset perfectly. The little beach was perfect because our kids were able to play with the water and sand. We took our boat and had it on the dock. It is very close to restaurants and different sand bars. We had a wonderful time!!!

Wonderful place
I cant recommend this place enough. Its comfortable, reasonably priced and has a wonderful outdoor space for cooking and hanging out. Its easy to get to compared to the lower keys and has the fun / free atmosphere that you want when visiting the keys. Its clean, well equipped and the AC works great. The beds are comfortable but you may want to bring your own pillows.
Notes for future boaters. We had a 17 foot whaler and had no serious issues launching or recovering. There was plenty of water on all tide conditions. One of the neighbors was able to launch a 25 foot bay boat without issues on the same ramp. If you don't have 4x4 keep you back tires dry; its slippery below the tide line. If you plan to keep the boat in the water overnight, bring lots of fenders. During our stay a thunderstorm over Florida Bay produced strong northerly winds and it got really rough for an hour. Or, just pull your boat daily.

It was very enjoyable to paddle around the sailboats. The area under the house and the outside shower made rinsing and drying our dive gear a breeze. Also made use of the washer and dryer in the shed. There were two campers on the property but we only saw people from each of them once but they seemed very nice. I will definitely use this property again if we return.

An Incredible View of Paradise
We spent our entire trip parked on the balcony enjoying a truly special ocean view and fancy cocktails. I especially enjoyed watching other vacationers fishing off the nearby docks from sunup to sundown. This is a great place to go for a low impact low maintenance getaway. If you enjoy fishing, this is your place. I especially enjoyed eating the incredible breakfasts and lunches at an historic diner next to the property, but also took advantage of a nearby grocery store that made it extra convenient. The hosts went out of their way to correct a minor problem that occurred and we appreciated that very much.

Great vacation spot
We had a wonderful time. Sunsets on the dock were gorgeous. We enjoyed The house, the balcony, the beach, the view, local restaurants. The neighbors were kind and helpful. It was great being able to have our dog stay with us on vacation. We would definitely love to come back and rent this home again.
