Located off Pioneer Trail, in a quiet and forested neighborhood, just a few miles from the lake, ski areas, and Stateline/casino area, our cabin is surrounded by conservancy land. Hence, there is a lot of room to play and relax. Depending on the season, whether it's a day of hiking, biking, skiing, sledding, or a lazy day at the lake, you can relax on the deck or gaze at the stars in our inviting Bullfrog hot tub. At the end of our street is an easy hike through the forest that leads to the Truckee River. All beds have warm comforters for a comfortable night's sleep. You will enjoy cooking and entertaining in our fully stocked kitchen, with seasonings, coffee filters, and all the necessary utensils, pots, and pans. Kids will be entertained with air hockey, DVDs, and board games. They also have their own space upstairs with a TV. Outside, they can play tetherball and run on the lawn. I live locally and needed a bigger place to host my family for the holidays and this house was perfect for us! Super super cozy! Upstairs gets super warm so keep that in mind for heat (but it also was a wildly warm Christmas!). Our family really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a great perk! Quiet and beautiful neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. A mama bear and two cubs welcomed us the first morning to my sisters' enjoyment. Patty was available by text to respond to our concerns.

We found the house and location in a neighborhood close to everywhere we wanted to go. There were 4 generations of us and the house and outside surroundings were perfect for our various needs. Hot tub, BBQ, and wrap around deck were perfect. The guys enjoyed playing horseshoes and tether ball and the toddler enjoyed playing on the grassy area. The kitchen is new and well stocked and the furniture comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We were looking for a property to accommodate 8 family members plus our pups and this fit the bill perfectly. Comfortable lounging & sleeping. Was able to cook, hang out and enjoy nearby beaches and hiking as well as soak in the hot tub. Host was precise in their instructions and description of amenities. Had a lovely stay!

Great place to call home for a few nights while my son and his friend attended a nearby wrestling camp. Very peaceful and clean. Hot tub was a nice perk too! Thank you!

This was a very nice, clean, comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. All the basics were provided and the check in, check out process was very easy. The hot tub was clean and worked well. The house is about a 15 minute drive from downtown South Lake Tahoe, Pope Beach, and other attractions. It’s not within biking distance. Overall we had an excellent stay and the house was a great launching spot for all of our adventures.

Very nice kitchen and living areas. Hot tub felt great. Comfortable. The only problem was the barn gate on the deck did not have a locking mechanism so my dog kept escaping. We managed all right by leashing her on the deck. Thank you!

This house was perfect. The downstairs bedroom worked great for Grandma and Grandpa while the two upstairs room provided beds for the 5 others in our family. The kitchen was stocked with every gadget we needed. The owners were easy to reach and helpful. We all had a wonderful stay.

The house was even bigger than we expected and more than enough for us. We were very comfortable with two adults and two elementary age kids. But easily could have shared with another family with one or two kids for more fun. We easily cooked breakfast every day and a couple of dinners. Very easy trip back-and-forth to Heavenly and anything in town. A super place!

What a great cabin! Location was excellent - residential, yet close to town. Beautifully laid out cabin with recent upgrades. Most well stocked kitchen I have ever seen! If you need it, they got it! Including a Mickey Mouse waffle maker!

We stayed here for two night with our three boys (ages 7 to 10), and the property was perfect. The home was immaculate and spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked, and there were plenty of towels and linens. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub at least twice a day, played air hockey and board games, watched movies, etc. We didn't really need to go anywhere for snow play--they just ran around the expansive property with their snow toys. Next time we will bring more food and cook more meals. We were planning to be "out" much more than we were, so we assumed we'd be eating out a lot. Instead, the kids were thrilled to stay at the property most of the time and we were glad for the rest and relaxation. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!

The property was easy to access. Unfortunately our son and family were unable to join us due to sick kiddos. There may have been a concern if we had to park 2 cars in the driveway due to plowed space was very narrow. The home was very well stocked and beautifully decorated - had everything we needed!! The property is amazing with more than enough room for my friends and I. While there was a hot tub, we didn't get to use it due to the heavy snowfall. We felt that the place had a lot of extra supplies, especially for cooking and cleaning. We stayed during a big snowstorm that ended up closing roads in and out of Tahoe because of avalanches and spin outs. Patty was great in getting us through the whole ordeal, giving us updates when it came to power restorations and plow services. We felt really cared for. Would definitely book again, hopefully sans winter storm! Thank you Patty!

We had a wonderful time at this house. Very well equipped kitchen which is important for us. We often make dinners at the house after being out and about all day. Nice quiet neighborhood super convenient to anything you want - restaurants, shopping, sights. The hot tub was fantastic. Overall a very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again.
