Situated in Rosemary Beach, this attractive cottage for $350 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The Francois Carriage house is a whimsical getaway retreat. Featuring a beautiful wrap around balcony with outside seating and garage parking. Newly refurbished to continue our commitment to quality for all guests. The moment you enter you feel relaxed and ready to enjoy all the wonderful amenities Rosemary Beach has to offer. During your stay there are complimentary beach chairs/towels, two bikes, and beach wagon. This 750 sq ft house features a loft king bed where you wake to the beautiful blue sky and office area to include WiFi. The bunk room located on the first floor is directly across from the bathroom. The Francois Carriage house can sleep up to 4 total guests (two adults only). Featuring a full kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, range and complete assortment of kitchen amenities as well as stunning granite countertops. There is seating for two at the bar and a dining area that can comfortably seat four. All the floors are done in beautiful travertine, featuring a HDTV, Bose CD player, and a variety of new and vintage movies and a newly installed 39' Smart TV w/blue ray DVD for your viewing pleasure making this your best vacation ever. Just steps away from the beautiful Cabana Pool and a short 5 minute walk to the beach and town center. My wife, daughter and I stayed here for a week this July and it was perfect. Very cute layout, our daughter enjoyed the bunk bed all for herself and the king bed was super comfortable, my wife and I slept lovely.
We brought our bikes and were able to store them in the garage below which was incredibly helpful. The garage also had the beach supplies and the washer/dryer which really came in handy.

This was a wonderful carriage house to stay in Rosemary Beach. We walked or biked to the beach, pool, and shops/restaurants in Rosemary. The hosts were so sweet when we had the chance to meet them! My children loved the bunk room. There was a pool one block away as well as a little playground for smaller children. The carriage house is super cute and decorated very tastefully. You also have pretty much everything you would need including beach supplies, towels, and two bikes. We loved our stay and would return!

This property was perfect for my wife and newborn, you are within walking distance to everything in Rosemary and the pool is just around the corner so it made it super easy to go up for lunch and heat breaks. We would definitely stay here again even with a second kid, the extra room is great!

Cheryl is a super accommodating host! The carriage house is appointed with Ritz-Carlton like plush bedding and toiletries that smelled divine. The kitchen was fully stocked; including a Brita water filter and a small welcome bag of Amavida coffee! We enjoyed using the 2 bikes and 4 beach chairs included with the rental as well. Cheryl really thought of everything so all we had to do was enjoy each other and our vacation in Rosemary!

The owner, Cheryl, has created an inviting, gracious place to spend some lovely time in Rosemary Beach. We had the pleasure of chatting with her one day as we were heading out to catch the sunset. She is a very nice lady, & we enjoyed meeting her. She did such a great job of setting up her rental for maximum enjoyment of her guests.
The place is even more beautiful than the photos capture. It's so airy and peaceful. The cottage is super clean & very well stocked with nice amenities such as beach towels, a cooler, beach wagon, coffee maker, and a full kitchen. The kitchen saved us so much money & time, as we bought groceries on the way in & ate only one meal out per day.
We were within a very short walk of the Rosemary Beach shops, the beach, and several pools - one of which was only 1/2 block away. We took advantage of this & rarely moved our car from the parking space behind the house. It is so much easier to get around this area than in the other more crowded places nearby. Also, all the trees make the walking so much more pleasant, as most of the sidewalks are nicely shaded.
We really enjoyed having more indoor space than our usual hotel rooms, because we ended up having to stay in more than we would have liked due to storms moving through the area. Some of the storms were pretty intense, but the house was solid & we felt very safe. The wifi worked great & the cable TV was appreciated...my husband took in a Star Wars marathon while we waited for the weather to clear. Several DVDs and books were available as well.
So whether you're outside exploring the beautiful Rosemary Beach neighborhood, hanging out at the pools or beach, or lounging in this lovely carriage house, you will definitely be well situated in this rental!

(Just a note bc I needed to know: there is both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker!) The outdoor shower also has excellent water pressure; we found it easiest to just shower the kids out there, shampoo and all, after the beach.

Cozy, cute, and perfect location
This property is very well maintained and has everything you need for a peaceful vacation. The location is amazing and it's easy to walk to town, restaurants, pools, and beaches. We hardly moved our car after arrival! The carriage house is full of light with plenty of windows. There is a sweet wrap around porch, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The owner was very pleasant, accommodating, and easy to talk to. We brought our two little dogs with us, and it turns out the owner is a dog lover as well.

Great comfortable and cute property
Excellent walking distance into the square where all the restaurants are and some shopping. Rosemary Beach is the best kept secret, and we were so lucky to just happen to select it when making reservations in our first trip to the Panhandle. Very homey with all the trees and placement of the different houses. Fun to walk the streets and see the great architecture. The owners were great to work with as we appreciate the change in our reservations when a last-minute snowstorm prevented us from arriving in January. Good for those that don't mind climbing circular staircase up to second level where the king bed is.

Perfect relaxing family getaway
This was the perfect spot for our annual family getaway to 30A. We live in Tampa and work a lot, so we cherish our trips to 30A in the winter. We spent our days running, walking, collecting seashells, swimming in the indoor pool, shopping at the Sunday Farmer's Market, and enjoying all of the amazing seafood and live music 30A has to offer. Cheryl was so communicative and responsive and made our trip so easy. The loft set-up makes the carriage house seem much larger and the bedroom below is perfect if traveling with kids because you can shut the door at bedtime. The spiral staircase is not ideal for kids but it wasn't a problem. Also, a rail on the top bunk would be a great idea if possible. I just couldn't let my 5 year sleep up there even though she wanted to so badly. I was too nervous we would end up in urgent care. The place was so clean and has everything you could possibly need. We hope to be back here again next year. Thank you for a wonderful home base for our vacation!
