Zu teuer und sehr ungemütlich

Das Zimmer war groß und das Badezimmer überwiegend sauber. Außerdem ist das Bett groß. Die Lage ist ganz gut aber auch nicht super.

Der Empfang war sehr schlecht. Wir wurden von 3 einheimischen empfangen die alle kein englisch sprachen, unfreundlich, unhöflich und unfähig waren. Es hat ewig gedauert bis wir auf die Zimmer konnten und die Zahlungsabwicklung über Kreditkarte konnte diese auch nicht durchführen. Das Zimmer und das gesamte Haus sind sehr lieblos und kalt eingerichtet und entspricht absolut nicht den Bildern. Das Frühstück war nicht gut und es war wieder sehr schwer zu kommunizieren. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und absolut nicht gewillt einem einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Bei dem Verhältnismäßig hohen Preis für indische Verhältnisse habe ich deutlich mehr erwartet und würde diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

As fotos não condizem com a realidade, mal estado de conservação, toalhas muito encardidas e banho quente de 5 minutos.

An OK place for a few nights.

Very nice and helpful staff. The rooms were fine, they could use a really good cleaning (walls, bathroom, etc). The stairs from the ground are open all the way to the top, and the common areas are exposed, so when there is high pollution levels, there is no air filtering. It's only a five minute walk to the metro station (it will take over an hour from the airport, Uber is a better option, only 30 minutes). Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fine, however it was the same every day.

Good place to stay a few days and discover Delhi

The area is good. You can go out of the door, scream for a Tuk Tuk and get wherever u want. The people were very nice. They helped and prepared food for us.

Warnung vor diesem Hotel!

Abgesehen davon, dass die Räume renovierungsbedürftig sind, scheint die Reinigung auch keine Priorität der Hotelleitung zu sein. Der Aufpreis für ein "Balkonzimmer" ist nicht gerechtfertigt, da a) der Balkom extrem klein ist und b) der Blick in den schmutzigen Hinterhof geht Ferner spricht das Personal so gut wie kein Englisch. Was dieses Hotel aber komplett disqualifiziert, ist das Verhalten der Eigentümerin. Diese Frau hat einfach kurzfristig die Geschäftsbedingungen geändert. Am Nachmittag vor der Abreise forderte sie plötzlich Bargeld, da das Kartengerät plötzlich nicht funktioniere... (Anmerkung: Sie hatte zwei Maschinen). Wir wurden also gezwungen, Bargeld am Geldautomaten abzuheben. Bei dem Rechnungsbetrag mussten wir drei Karten verwenden und entsprechend auch dreimal ATM-Gebühren bezahlen. Selbstverständlich hat sie diese unseriöse Dame nicht an den Gebühren beteiligt. Ich nehme an, es ging darum, dass sie selbst keine Kartengebühren bei Kartenzahlung tragen wollte. Eventuell wollte sie die Einnahmen auch nicht versteuern. Wer weiss das schon... Wir fühlten uns extrem bedrängt. So etwas ist mit in meinen knapp 60 Jahren noch nicht passiert. Achtung: Warnung vor diesem Hotel!

Hébergement très pratique et calme à New Delhi

L'emplacement est à l'écart du centre mais proche d'une station de métro (Greater Kailash à 5 minutes) qui permet de rejoindre facilement tous les monuments. Quelques options pour manger aux alentours. L'immeuble est très calme et permet de se reposer. Eau chaude dans la douche et petit radiateur pour l'hiver. Le petit déjeuner de style indien est très bon, le personnel est agréable et vous ressert si besoin. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, ils m'ont aidé à acheter un billet d'avion pour le lendemain.

Pas facile à trouver la première fois, le nom de l'établissement est marqué en petit sur la porte de l'immeuble.

Een rustmoment in de hectiek van Delhi, dicht bij de metro, geweldige douche, behulpzame medewerkers. Prima verblijf!

Douchegordijn mag weer eens vervangen worden.

Great stay in Delhi

The host and the staff are very friendly. The place is in a good location and so with uber you can go wherever you want. The neighborhood is safe :)

The only thing is that the staff doesn't speak English very well ao you can have difficulties to communicate. Other than that, no problems :)

Good place in this price cathegory in Delhi

Nice clean place, good home Indian food, friendly owners. One of the few Best places to stay in Delhi for that price.

The surroundings - only very expancive cafe and not very close by around, only nescafe options for Coffee. But you can Cook your own Coffee if you bring it with you.

Excellent comfortable stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved the host and the people there. I enjoyed fresh home cooked food and felt like home. Rooms were exceptionally clean and food prices were worth every penny considering the portion and taste. Location was close to places I wanted to visit and one of the quieter areas in delhi.

We enjoyed our stay!

Everyone was very nice and accomodating, the breakfast was good and the location is also in a nice area. There is a market nearby and many other shops. The subway is close by but crossing the street a bit of an adventure. Overall we recommend it!

The room was to the street and it was unfortunately very loud with traffic (beep beep).

Courteous staff and owner. An okay experience overall.

The staff was extremely warm, courteous and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

The units were quite small. The shared areas were just alright. For the same price, I’d rather stay at a hotel next time.

Room and bathroom was very clean, staff is very sweet, courteous, and helpful. You can get breakfast and dinner if required. Overall this is a great place for families and even solo females, the property and location is very safe, it is in a safe and good location, there is good security as well, and metro nearby.

Decent place but extremely rude staff and unpleasant behaviour

Property is at a nice place . Even property is spacious and the facilities are nice.

Extremely rude and unpleasant staff . Starting with the lady owner . She was rude to speak on the phone prior to the booking and even otherwise. Even the cleaning staff ( even after tipping him 200 Rs after checkout ) comes and shouts at the customer . All this was because the bed sheet had some food stain left on it post checkout . I myself would have understood if the stain was really bad . It wasn’t that a party was hosted and the room was left in a mess. While having dinner a bit of the food particle spelled out of the spoon and had fallen just like it usually happens ( wasn’t even a major spill ) You shouldn’t be putting up your property for rent and use if you are planning on allowing even your house cleaning staff to take a go at the customer one by one . The worst part was the threat that the threat they gave saying how this was why they didn’t prefer Indian guests . I would have rationally let it go if we had hosted a huge party , played loud music , made the entire room a mess . Nothing . If you cannot tolerate even a minor stain on your bed sheet post a checkout and is intending to be rudely confrontational at the customer and also let your housekeepers do it and allow them be condescending then don’t expect a great review

A must visit if staying in South Delhi.

Everything was well maintained and very clean. The service and hospitality was very good. The home cooked food is also a must try. The staff is polite and owners are very accommodating and respectful. The location is also really good

After few days of my stay I felt very comfortable in total and I really loved the staff and the food they served me was

I stayed 2 weeks at Aashiana and I knew this is a home stay and not a hotel. in general I was happy with staff and the lady Chitra. they were all very kind , caring and beautiful spirit people who go for your needs immediately. but as some one who works for many years in hotel industry, I found few technical issues in this home stay that I hope it can be an improvement for their future business.

My room was attached to kitchen and staff had to work from 8 morning until late and mostly they have been cooking and preparing food for their own workers at property. It was not convenient to have much noise and sound for some one who wants to have a peaceful time. My room had no sofa or a coffee table that I could sit comfortably for eating or drinking and I had to use the bed all time. rooms had no facilities as a small electric kettle, A cup, pack of sugar , coffee or tea for arrival so could make it more comfortable for the traveler to not use the kitchen staff as on first day it was very difficult for me to go around and ask for hot water and coffee. rooms have no small mini fridge so travelers can have their own drinks and personal groceries cold in their own rooms and we have to use the staff kitchen fridge and that didn’t look clean and organized . i found blood drops and food or tea spots on my pillow and blanket and when I asked the lady she just said people eat on bed and this was not a reasonable answer to me when I requested a clean new blanket. inside bed desks been very dirty that looked like it never been cleaned for months or year so I had to ask them cleaning spray to clean them myself. After all of you like to pay by card at property they charge you 12% extra for booking.com tax and extra other taxes which this was very strange to me as I worked for years with all these agencies and we never charge customer extra with booking.com tax . this had to be included in the per night rate they consider and that was very unprofessional to me . after all, the real rate for this room could be about 15 euro per night and not 30 euro .

beautiful clean and comfortable place to stay

The whole place was very clean, including our room. The room was huge with a really comfortable bed and nice clean bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and the owners and staff were nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. location was good, not too busy area
