This house has potential if some maintenance was done to it.

No breakfast was offered.

The house was not cleaned properly. Food crumbs were piled up between the sofa cushions. TV Scramble on Super Bowl Sunday. I called the night before to report it. I was told that someone would reach out to me to get it resolved. I still have not heard back from anyone. The microwave door handle was broken as well as the bottom of the refrigerator. Some bathroom sinks did not have a stopper. The water ran in the toilet continuously. The yard was a mess. The beach was within walking distance and not crowded.

In general we have a very good staying, we really enjoyed the house , the accommodation was excellen

The house is beautiful, and the neighborhood very nice and quiet. The rooms is spacious and comfortable. We really enjoy our stay.

Only have a few disgusting things (roaches) at the kitchen.

It was clean and comfortable. Quite a nice house with a great view of the sunset.

It was quite a nice house. Not a long walk to the beach and clean upon arrival.

Not that we didn’t like per-say but a fair warning that the bunk beds, kitchen and living area is on the top floor. If you are handicapped it would be inconvenient.

We had fun regardless, but for this price the expectation was much greater.

Location was good, short walk to the beach and being at the top end of Tybee, was easy to hop on the road and drive back to Savannah or go the other way to the Tybee beaches. Plenty of stores close by.

Most of the outdoor furniture was broken and rusted. The grill was disgusting and partially broken. Indoor furniture was very worn and dirty. One of the ceiling fans was broken, a call was made to fix it and even though someone came out, it never got fixed. Very few amenities. Furniture very uncomfortable. Interior desperately needs cleaning, repainting, trim work repaired, update the sinks, etc. Overall the property is not kept up nearly well enough.

Disappointing

Balconies, although ocean view is not the word I would use; also balcony furniture was sparse and uncomfortable and no fans.

The living room furniture (which was only a sofa and love seat) might have been picked up on the side of the road somewhere; not ideal for kids or seniors; pan in cabinet was not clean: ice maker would not dispense from door; bathroom vanity was clogged; could give more but will stop here.

Perfect family sized home, close to the beach.

Large home, very comfortable, easy walk to the beach. Plenty of seating outside to enjoy the salt air. Tybee Island is such a great place, and is a place I'd highly recommend when you go. Even met the neighbors, who were kind and willing to show us around if we wanted.

They made me leave when the week was over? The AC has a little trouble keeping up on the hottest days. A few minor repairs need to be done.

We had fun anyway

big enough, beds were comfortable, easy to find the house.

Dirty skillet left in the cupboard, fridge leaking on the kitchen floor, no hand towels in kitchen (they were dirty in the washing machine) Ice dispenser not working, only 2 dishwasher soaps (with 6 people, that's not enough), vacuum cleaner left in the living room. WE WILL BE ASKING FOR SOME AMOUNT OF REFUND!

Don't stay at the sandpiper

I did not like nothing about it everything was a total lie

I was told there was only a few steps there was 32 steps and I am handicapped and there's a lot of other things that was wrong if

Great Location

Easy access to the beach and walkable to a well know restaurant. We all slept well, no complaints.

Bring paper towels and basic kitchen items such as tinfoil, salt and pepper... there wasn’t any. Also, there is only one small pan if you plan on making breakfast or quick meals. Plenty of pots. We had a limited supply of towels but there is a washer and dryer (bring some detergent). There is only one market on the island so plan accordingly.
