Lovely

Really clean, full kitchen with all the works, comfy sofa, decent shower. On-site staff really friendly, host was always available when needed. Good parking. Locally had power cuts a few times in an evening, each time the on-site staff were on it asap and

On-site food was pretty expensive (which is nothing to do with the booking) Beds were pretty uncomfortable.

Lovely lodge and a nice location. Mattresses need to be replaced.

Lovely lodge. Good location. Good facilities onsite. Great communication from owners. Very good heating and fireplace was a bonus. Easy close parking space. Very clean and extremely well presented. Handy dishwasher.

A few small issues. Main bedroom mattresses was uncomfortable, you can feel the springs even with a topper they’d used, and it really does need replacing. Nowhere to sit to take shoes off at the door (fair request by owners). Fridge was set to 8 degrees so our first milk purchase went off quickly (I adjusted to 4 degrees for them when I noticed and replaced milk). I assumed another guest must have changed the temperature during their stay.

Relaxing and comfortable. Will be returning

Location was perfect to discover the New Forest and near enough to the seaside. Getting out to the main road was a bit tricky.

USB sockets would be useful in the lodge. TV instructions would be great. Main en-suite bathroom folding shower screen (not used) appears to be faulty. Access to the park restaurant not allowed.

Exceptional

We had a fabulous time at Quince 10. Very clean and comfortable and quiet at night, perfect for a good nights sleep. The owner contacted us prior to our stay to give us information and was very friendly. We loved the site, clean, great facilities and activities and friendly, helpful staff. The accommodation itself has all you would need, perfect for a relaxed family holiday. The accommodation was well located on the site and for visits to local areas. We didn't want to leave and will definitely return. Couldn't recommend it more.

Very close to all facilities on site and well equipped lodge. Host advice was very helpful. Nice touches in the living area. Facilities on site were great.

A lovely stay near the New Forest

The host was extremely helpful. The facilities were outstanding

To make it easier for international tourists, it would be helpful to have instructions on using the TV remote and how to find the Quince lodges

An amazing lodge look no further

Myself and my family of 4 stayed at Quince 10 Lodge we had an amazing stay from start to finish. Hilary is an amazing host she made everything easy for us to find so much effort has been put in the lodge I'd recommend it to anyone we will be back and thank you again 😊

One of our best staycation yet! Perfect 👍🏾

EVERYTHING!!!!! it was like our home away from home, it felt like home, it looked good, it was immaculate (helped my OCD 🤣) . Located on the best plot ( In my opinion 😄). Close to amenities, which meant easier access to frequent swimming for the kids . The park was also very quiet and felt very safe. Prior to our visit, spoke to the host Hilary on phone, it was a blessing i did, as she explained so much more to me, which made us look forward to the holiday. Everything was just as she said it was. Thank you again Hilary.

The fact I had to leave! 🥲 There’s absolutely NOTHING we didn’t like about it. It exceeded our expectations, so nothing more was needed. All went well.

Exceptional

Amazing spacious lodge with a warm ambience. Beautifully decorated and furnished with lovely features. Fully equipped kitchen with even a toastie machine. Good bathroom and laundry facilities. Comfortable beds. An outside deck with festive lights .The lodge is in an idyllic setting with close proximity to the forest.We enjoyed several of the walks through the forest and listening to the birdsong. There was also access to facilities on site. A place to relax and unwind and a place we would gladly return to.
