Very good

The accommodation is worth every penny. It's clean & comfortable to stay in. The view from the terrace is beautiful while having coffee :)

There is no enough staff to cater the needs of the guest. In our case, we left early and no staff is awake/available for us to talk and to gave the keys/additional payments. The location is little bit hard to find.

AVOID THIS PLACE. TOTAL RIP OFf.

CHECKING OUT. Not much to like here at all. The only good point was the location which was fairly central. Total rip off.

We didn't like the fact that when we arrived the girl who checked us tried to put us in a room with a shared bathroom when we had booked and paid for a room with private bathroom. When we pointed this out to her she then told us that we would have to pay more if we wanted the private bathroom. Only when we said we would get straight onto Booking.com to complain did she the phone the owner who told us we could have the room we had paid for. The room was very damp as the ceiling was black with mold at one end and water was leaking through the ceiling. Water was running down the end wall and mats had been put on the floor to try to absorb the water. There was no hot water at all and the television didn't work. We couldn't change to another room as the other guest who had been staying a while was sleeping in one room and using the bathroom in another because she couldn't cope with using the communal bathroom which she showed us was basically the size of a small toilet with a shower crammed into it. Quite frankly our room was appalling and a total rip off for the price charged. We honestly paid far less per night in central Manila in a good standard property with modern Aircon, Netflix, lovely free breakfast ever morning, hot water shower, a huge container of free purified water, with really first class security. We have travelled to well over 70 countries and thought we had stayed in one property before that took the title of worst accommodation until we stayed in this place which by far takes the title of worst place ever. If we could give a score ofminus 1 we would. Our neighbours dog has better facilities.

Staff are very nice. Affordable. We found the place easily.

Breakfast not included eventho it says it on the listing. Bathroom needs alot of cleaning. We were informed in the middle of the night that somebody else rented the rooms for the next day so we have to checkout by 11am the next morning, eventhough we informed them that we want to extend our stay beforehand. We had a very hard time finding a place since its a holiday and all of the places are full. Its a total inconvenience. Neighbor was loud during our stay, I think they were in a band and practicing. We can also hear other people from the other rooms. It was a little loud.

Nanay Ellen and Ate Eileen made our stay Home away from Home. They attended to all our needs!

We were the only ones occupying the place and they allow us to use the whole facilities. The Kitchen, Dining area, reading area, the other Toilet and Bath within the property! It is also gated and at the 2nd floor so we felt really safe and have our privacy.
