Just a quick stay ,come to Jomtien every couple of months good location for me to get around

Good location easy to get around .nice room and clean. Only thing I was on third floor okay for fitness but I’m 67 old

Great location. Close to beach / restaurants. Spacey room. Nice staff / owners.

Room gets old. Floor of the shower needs renovation. In ou room the AC made loud "click" sounds at night. Was not easy to sleep sometimes.

Great Location, close to Jomtien Beach, many Restaurants and Bars in walking distance, very quiet, very friendly staff, spacious northfacing balcony

pretty nice place of get away from Bangkok and it’s right at the seaside too

it was a nice location surrounded with lots of good food and places to see

didn’t have a lift had to walk up the stairs with all the stuffs we had

Ok for the price paid

Everything was nice, but the day the regular staff had a day off for housekeeping it lacked a little. But definitely worth the money and location was spot on.

I always note comparing price for quality. For such a great value I note 10. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Extremely helpful 👍🏼 The room 403 very large, with a balcony and a view. Coffee, tee and water were provided every day. Room is exactly as the pictures on the website. Lot of stowage for clothes. Beach towels are provided. Location perfect for Jomtien Beach. Plenty of restaurants of course and 7-11 supermarket. The alley is quiet and safe. I even think to go back in a few months. Note that there's no lift.

Book NOW! Hidden Gem of Jomtien beach.

This property is a hidden gem. Mega clean and modern rooms with an exquisite guest service all for a bargain price! Plus there’s discounts if you do long stays (1w or more I think). Anything you need just pop downstairs and ask (cleaner comes before noon though so if you want your room cleaned best to be out before midday). An example of the guest service: my rental bike wouldn’t start so i asked for help and they drove me down their immediately to resolve the case. Secondly, it was my second to last day and I needed a bike to go to the gym (there are other gyms closer but I had a preference) so rather than rent a bike the owner let me use his bike free of charge (20 minutes there and back)! Additionally, my concerns/questions were always addressed whether that was basic such as “where can I get some nice Thai food” to “can I have a dental kit please”. Regarding breakfast there’s loads of restaurants around the corner with a solid selection given the location. There is also no noise at night (say post 9pm ish) so you’ll get a good sleep! Other points of note: air con + beds also very good. shower decent enough hot water etc. sizeable wardrobe space. All in all very good I’d stay again.

As we stayed only for 1 night, its ok, but not for longer trips

The bathroom needs cleaning, the shower is not working correctly, TV is not working, the blinds should be replaced, dust next to the bed should be cleaned.

Good location near to the beach. Easy to find food & drinks.

On the first day, I arrived with my family the reception(housekeeper) look down on us with a moody and unfriendly face. After I gave complaints then she is improve with a little smiling face.

Clean rooms, close to the beach. Quiet.

Very quiet hotel just inside of Soi 6. Large, clean rooms.

Due to the lower tourist numbers, the reception area isn't always open, but they have a bell you can ring and somebody will help you out.

Good value for your money, don't expect anything fancy.

Good value for the location near the beach. Room was spatious and had a nice balcony. Towels are provided for the beach.

The staff wasn't very friendly at all and always seemed like I was inconveniencing them whenever I had a question. The guy was hungover and didn't wake up when the maid was trying to get him up to give me my deposit back. I waited 15 minutes and never got my deposit back.

The hotel is clean and close to shops, restaurants, bars and the beach...

Not a mention that there is no elevator and we were on the 4th floor, so daily exercise provided... 😉 Parking is limited...

pleasant but not perfect

very good location. probably 50m from the beach . could see it from the reasonable size balcony. Sidney who checked me in is a very nice guy

no elevator so a 30kg suitcase is not recommended. There are a lot of trip and kick hazards in this place . 2 worse is right before the stairs on level 1 before you carry that heavy suitcase up . Then next which sliced my toe was the huge lip from balcony to room - got me nearly every time .

Disappointing

The bed is very comfortable,the location is great and the aircon is good and cold but it needs a good cleaning and upkeep

The bathroom was extremely dirty.Black Mold in the shower,the glass of the shower doors haven't been washed in a long time either.Dirty towel in the bathroom,broken tv screen, cockroaches...We chose this place because of the good reviews but that seems to have changed.When we tried to check out at 09:30 there was nobody available and we had to wait very long for someone to arrive.Very disappointed

Great value

The room didn't look spotless as showing in the photos but was in very good condition also it was very clean, comfortable, and well equiped with facilities you may need. The location was superb, just cross a small street to the beach. Also there were coffee shops, restaurants, and vendors along the beach side.

Comfy room near the beach

The location is excellent - a 2 minute walk to Jomtien Beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. There was a problem with my tv, and the staff kindly offered me a new room which was bigger than the original one with a working tv. The residence is clean and represents excellent value for money.

The first room was quite small, so maybe not suitable for a longer stay. There's no gym or pool.
