Good value for money

Basic, but clean and comfortable

Mealtimes - dinner finished at 9 pm and in holiday we like to eat later .10 pm would be better

We were let down badly.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice The pools were good and the outside areas were well set out.

Our apartment was dreadful. Air con in one bedroom and the lounge. Our bedroom was exceptionally hot and the window opened onto a walkway opposite the lift. We did not feel secure if we slept with it open. Our son and his wife slept in the other bedroom,which had aircon but the bed was uncomfortable. Our grandson slept in the lounge. A sheet only was provided so he was frozen whilst we cooked. Additionally we had to kill a cockroach. The kitchenette didn't have a kettle. The only toiletry provided was a liquid soap. There were no furnishings that could offer comfort. It was extremely basic. The shower was good but it was not clean. We did wonder whether we were placed in a little used apartment lacking facilities because we only stayed for one night.

The view from the room!! The staff is amazing,friendly , helpful, always smiling! Front desk guy guided me to a great place when i asked him what he recommends for us to do for a few hours before our plane leaves.

apartment and public areas were clean.

our apartment was at the top of the resort, which involved carrying cases up a hill then up 4-5 flights of stairs with a 4 year old child.

A Lack of Professionalism and Unwelcoming Environment

My recent stay at the Marina Elite hotel turned out to be a disappointing experience as the staff members lacked professionalism and were discourteous. The receptionist was difficult to approach and neglected to provide us with essential information about the hotel amenities. The waiters seemed overworked and didn't pay much attention to our requests. The hotel also allocated us a room in a different part of the building, which was not the main hotel, and didn't meet our expectations. My experience at the Marina Elite hotel was far from satisfactory, and I felt that the hotel fell short in several areas. If you are looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, I suggest considering alternative accommodations.

we were not told the pool was out of action, which was very frustrating for the first few days we were there. Also, the sound proofing is terrible, and noisy neighbours kept us awake

Good

The cleaning staff were brilliant. Very good, and very attentive.

Food becomes very similar throughout the week. It is always overcooked.

Exceptional

This hotel is a little gem and our stay was brilliant. Would recommend this hotel for value and comfort and the local bus stops just outside. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Location is a little remote only that there isn't any local shops in the vicinity but the local bus stops just outside which can take you to anywhere you wish.

Very handy to beach bus etc must say very clean every where beds comfy view lovely

Apt had little equipment eg nothing to wash or dry cutlery etc had to ask for kettle no English programs on tv .wouldnt want to stay for many days

Delighted upon our very later arrival, reception gentleman was lovely. Had amazing views of the sea

Absolute value for money. Staff very good and attentive. Exceptionally clean throughout. Definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

Delicious breakfast, room was near the pool if you like sitting at a pool it would be excellent. We prefer the beach so our room was not perfectly located for us

We would have preferred room in the main building English channels did not work WiFi was poor

Extra charge for even water at dinner, extra charge for safe box, extra fee for almost everything.

Staff were good but not so much at reception. Food was ok but not great.

Television didn't work. Took some hours and a reminder to get bedding for third bed. Checking out was very slow, not enough staff.

The worst hotel I have stayed at in 20 years. Staff didn’t really care when we complained.

Staff rude and unhelpful. hotel was tired and outdated. We were not even in the hotel, we were given a room away from hotel, up a steep hill. Room had a large insect in it. TV did not work properly and WiFi was poor. I could go on….

disappointing

our room was not cleaned ( balcony was dirty-sand and dust everywhere and there wasnt any table and outdoor chairs were dirty too) + window and room floors were really dirty and there wasnt any tvremote , i had to ask it + i asked new towels because we had to clean the room by ourselves. only 1 pool worked, other was so cold and everywhere was construction waste and dirt. Dinner was very poor, breakfast was ok. And we had a lots of small flies in our room.. its was disappointing trip 🥺

excellent bright hotel with good facilities would recommend and certainly stay again

Reception done in a jiffy room clean with view across. Balito stone beach to Anfi Grand. Super clean restaurant self serve with good variety. Buffet breakfast excellent.Very good Swimming pool and tennis court and gym.

This property still doing major refurbishment of apartments on upper levels and top pool not being used.Some work noise but that to be expected with refurbishment going on.

O.K. for the price but I wouldn't go again.

check-in was easy and plain sailing. Finding the room was pretty easy too. It was clean and quite good for the price. aisles were kept clean except for the few dead roaches. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Signs for different parts of the complex. a few more extras. no toasters, irons or washing up liquids etc. I asked for an iron at reception and was told there wasn't one. The air conditioning was broken and the second night we were upgraded to a sea view.

👍 would visit again

Friendly and helpful staff , we were moved to a sea view apartment after the first night because there was some maintenance work been carried out near to our apartment. Nice pool area too.

The barrier into the entrance was temperamental and for the last 3 days there was an issue with the water supply, I know these are a bit petty but these were the only issues we had.

great value for money

my balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing. the apartment is quite spacious and has airconditioning. you can walk to anfi beach in about 15 min.

Good location and view. Room was ok.

It was really uncomfortable to communicate with the receptionist and security guard. Staff is not really hospitable and receptionist should speak english on a certain level. Breakfast was just ok, eggs were burned.
