Super Personal und tolle Anlage

Super Personal, sehr freundliches Management und insgesamt tolle, nette, hilfsbereite und freundliche Art - wir haben uns total Willkommen gefühlt. In den Zimmern sowie im Hotel fehlt es an nichts.

Was es für eine 10 aus unserer Sicht bräuchte? Den Nachtclub zwei Häuser weiter schliessen. Da kann das Hotel nichts für, und wenn wir wieder nach Ao Nang fahren, würden wir auch wieder hier buchen.

I přes drobné "vady na kráse", bych tento hotel ostatním doporučila, byli jsme spokojeni.

Poloha hotelu v letovisku je super. Čistota v resortu i na pokojích, velmi milý a ochotný personál. Snídaně vcelku pestré a naprostý dostatek všeho. Pokoje hezké.

Poloha hotelu byla fajn, co se dostupnosti všeho týká (pláž, restaurace, nákupy atd.), ale jelikož je letovisko Ao Nang celkem rušné, na škodu hotelu je blízkost velmi rušného nedalekého venkovního baru, kde to velmi žije až do 3 hodin ráno. Také se už na hotelu začíná trochu projevovat "zub času", sem tam by to chtělo už opravu, výměnu, výmalbu apod.

Everything you need is right here.

The location is excellent for Ao Nang Beach; right across the street from the ocean, with restaurants and shops up and down in either direction. The staff were excellent - reception, housekeeping, restaurant - everyone. The breakfast buffet was very good and served until 11:00. The room was clean and comfortable.

A minor point - the desk chair in our room was rather heavy (sturdy, that's good), but the metal legs made an unpleasant screeching sound when sliding on the tile floor.

Perfect Location , beach at doorstep. Shopping and food all nearby!!!

Service : Impeccable. Friendly staffs, very very courteous. Room: Super spacious and clean. Swimming pool : Huge, different depths of pools. And pretty clamshell design for one of the pools. Breakfast : Spread was AWESOME, we enjoyed it. Different types of bread, some desserts, fruits, fried rice/pasta as mains, scrambled/poached eggs cooked fresh on demand. Location : PERFECT. Step outside, cross the road and Voila! The beach is in front of your eyes. It can't get any better than this. This was what we needed, as my husband's event was held on that spot of Ao Nang Beach. Halal food can be found nearby. There were so many restaurants/stalls nearby , you can eat at the restaurants, or by the roadside, or takeaway and eat in the hotel room. Food outside is delicious and affordable. Shopping for souvenirs? Shops are right outside the hotel, on the left and right side. Tuk tuks are parked outside too. Taxis are easy to find. Mosque is also quite nearby. Night market is also a few minutes away.

Our toilet bowl flush was quite weak, and we realised it was choked on the 2nd day. Everytime we did our big business, we had to fill up a pail with water and flush it down manually. We called room service and told them the issue, the plumber came down and tried to repair it, but after that we still had to flush down manually (using pail of water)

Excellence in Krabi's colourful Ao Nang

Everything was excellent... Beautiful pool courtyard, spotlessly clean room, everything that was required. Excellent shower pressure. The included breakfast was a varied and quality experience. Michel and his staff were very friendly and competent. This is a very well run hotel in a great location.

Location Location Location. Straight across the road from the beach. Two excellent pools. Great breakfast/dining facilities. Staff were always willing to assist with any problems (not that we had any). The rooms were were clean and comfortable with a nice patio to sit on. Water in shower was hot and toiletries were better than average. Couldn’t fault anything. You can walk down the esplanade comfortably and there is a great selection of bars and restaurants.

Superb

Excellent location, right opposite to AoNang beach, next door to many eateries, bars and pubs. Great staff and the rooms are modern, stylish yet very comfortable. We chose the one bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable for the entire family. Resort is thoughtful in taking care of extra towels for beach, pool and alike proactively The resteurant served sumptous breakfast and excellent drinks. All shopping needs are taken care by shops , 7/11 and mini marts which are in close proximity. Tuk tuks and taxis are available at the Hotel entrance

The air conditioner in our room was making noise, apart from that everything was very good.

beautiful location, the pool area is stunning and the staff are wonderful! beautiful clean spacious rooms with all the amenities that you need. breakfast food in the morning is abit strange but still had a nice breakfast every morning and a lovely coffee.

the bed is abit hard but maybe comfortable for others. the hotel is on the strip so can be abit loud with the music from surrounding bars but we knew this we booking and still had a lovely stay.

The L is for Luxury... or maybe Legendary!!

We splurged and got the pool side room and we were not disappointed. The room was big and modern, and the pool walk out was just fantastic. Never have we felt more comfortable with a walkout pool. Staff were excellent, and breakfast was one of the best in Thailand. We recommend walking 10 minutes to the night market for dinner as the food is phenomenal and at a good price. We had the best Pad Thai for less than 100 baht. Beach and Longtail boats to other destinations nearby.

decent place to stay but the noise made it unpleasant

clean, nice staff, sizable room

bed was very hard, also the noises at night made it difficult to sleep. felt as if the club was in our room until 4am. not sure what could be done about that, but I wouldn’t stay here again due to the noise at night. also the soundproofing between rooms was very poor, as we often could hear our neighbors throughout the night on both sides which was also uncomfortable.

Very clean hotel with nice and spacious rooms and super team

We (couple + 9 month old baby) stayed 11 nights in the L resort. The reasons why we have chosen this hotel were: - very good location directly beachfront - nice pool area with 2 pools - high quality modern rooms + bathroom - good ratings for breakfast and hotel restaurant In fact to summarize our stay: all our expectations have been fulfilled at best. The whole staff is extremely helpful and friendly also as we have special demands regarding our baby (baby cod, baby chair in restaurant, heating of baby food …). The rooms are spacious and well designed and the whole hotel is very clean. The restaurant (where als breakfast is served) offers a great quality and good variation with a Swiss-Thai kitchen. A small issue regarding noise problems with a neighbor have been solved immediately while changing the room. In total we can fully recommend this hotel and give a big thanks to Michel and his team.

Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were quite large with lots of storage. The large covered balcony was much appreciated when it rained. The staff were very friendly. There was a good variety of choices at the breakfast buffet. The wifi was reliable and the location across the street from the beach was perfect with loads of restaurants and shops all around.

The pool area was beautiful and well maintained but a few more loungers would be appreciated. There was some noise from a nearby nightclub which didn’t bother me but may bother others.

Enjoyable stay at the L Resort

The location was great. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant called Wanna’s Place in the hotel had very good food. Nice pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. We liked the small private terrace that had a drying rack for wet bathing suits and towels. We would likely stay here again because of the location and restaurant.

We booked a superior room overlooking the pool. The room we were given did not - it overlooked the back of a small equipment room beside the pool. We had no view of the pool at all. Occasionally when sitting by the pool we would get a whiff of sewage. But that seems to be common in many areas in Thailand.
