Perus hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla, huoneet kaipaavat entisöintiä.

Hyvä sijainti, maistuva aamupala ja kiva allas alue.

Meille annettiin aluksi Bay huone missä parveke näkymä osoitti suoraan seinää päin, eikä auringonvaloa tullut huoneeseen. Hotelli kuitenkin suostui vaihtamaan huoneemme toiseen mistä oli allasnäkymä.

Was nice break but to many bugs/ants

The resort itself is located perfectly for a quiet getaway in Thailand, quiet in the low season which we experienced but understandable given the time of year. We managed to get a free room upgrade which was a bonus and it was a lovely break from travelling.

The bug situation is a problem, we had to move rooms half way through the stay due to a big ant infestation but even moving rooms you still get ants. We understood it being located in the middle of a national park but feel they could do more to prevent the ants getting in the room. Also the bugs in the pool is a problem, they could clean and maintain the pools better as some were full of bugs all the time. Breakfast isn’t great as it is poor food quality.

apart from the initial hitch we had a lovely stay.

the location is good and there are lots of pools and plenty of sun beds. staff are polite and friendly, the breakfast is good plenty to choose from.

when we arrived we given a room in the bay which I can only describe as cell block, we were given a different room as we said we couldn’t stay in that dark depressive room. They would benefit from having chairs on the balcony and not sun beds.

Exceptional resort.

We liked everything about this hotel . It was fabulous. The breakfasts were exceptional, they catered for all tastes and had so much choice. The gardens were well kept and maintained daily. The cleaning staff always left the room lovely with the towels folded like animals and they are very polite. All the staff smiled when we saw them and were very wrcoming. We had a balcony room with steps down to our pool. The balcony was large enough for sunbeds. The pools were shared by just a few apartments . The room and bathroom were large with good starage. Fabulous place

Nothing everything was lovely. It may not be on the beach but in a great position to the beach and restaurants.

Good overall accommodation

The pool access room was very nice and spacious. The breakfast options were good. The air con worked very well. Good shower.

Responses were poor when requested transfer via booking.com messaging. Needed to separately organise this. The bedside locker table was dusty on the lower level.

Absolutely perfect, wish we had been staying longer.

We arrived as a party of 8, we were a little early but the staff were extremely accomodating. Two of our rooms were upgraded so that we could all be next to each other whicha was lovely as the rooms had access to the pool from our balconies. Beautiful, big rooms, super comfortable, we really wished we were staying longer.

Amazing pool and comfortable bed. Nice breakfast at amici restaurant. Central easy location to market and beach which has nice upmarket clubs in beach too .water pool access rooms were fun

Rooms let in light from the bathroom window and ruin the rooms black out every morning. Gym is rather small. Place is quite expensive during season

Great pool and bomb breakfast. Have everything there to ear and drink. All staff are great and friendly. Pool and fitness can used all times. Neat to beach, near to restaurants

We loved our stay at The Waters, beautiful staff and ideal for a large family group!

Lower pool access rooms are perfectly located and if travelling with others are the ideal place to hang out together as the space is big enough. Pools could be deeper (1.4 m) or have "deep ends" Buffet breakfast was great, with good selections given low season but coffee lovers will miss out, also had to ask for soy milk every day. Some vegetarian and vegan choices. The biggest bed I have ever slept in, air con is amazing and a lovely bathroom with good water pressure and a double shower. The staff can not do enough and greet you personally every single time you see them. Toni at the pool bar became like another family member! A few steps out of the resort for all your eating, massage, shopping, groceries day trip and exchange/ATM needs. The neighbourhood is beautiful and full of locals who have had it hard the last few years. We opted to eat out every day to support the small family eateries and shops. Room service food was huge serves and not badly priced, rooms fridge was empty which is handy to fill up with local purchases. Basic toiletries, umbrellas, thongs and robes provided. Beautiful grounds and lawns, shady, quiet and peaceful grounds.

Our group of 11 travelled in low season and it was very quiet in the resort and in the area in general. The day spa mini-mart and laundry were not open. I really wanted to do a pamper day at the day spa so that was a little disappointing but went out and supported the small local ladies instead. Some updates and renovations were happening when we arrived including to the swim-up pool bar, which we all felt probably should have been mentioned in an email or something prior to our arrival. The pool bar was finished and re-opened about halfway through our stay which was great. Our group of 11 included 4 lower pool access rooms and 2 upper pool access rooms but we were put at the very far end of the resort as far away from the main pool/breakfast/gym etc as possible and with other people. The resort is massive and we felt we could have been placed in a better spot that would have been really private for our large family group. This resort is also not near public beaches that you can walk to and hang out on. The small bits of beach frontage that you can walk to are all "resort beaches" We knew this and it was not an issue for our group as we wanted the resort/pool hang out this time but if you want beachfront access this is not your resort. Check-in was smooth but look a little while and was nothing special, welcome drink but no cold towel and you just stand at the desk and check in one by one. Compared to other Katathani resorts this check-in was very dull.

Amazing swim up pools, always clean and warm. Breakfast lovely selection, even curry every day if you like! Spacious room. Aircon great. Views of jungle in distance and weather habits forming. Pool bar and snacks available from 11am onwards. All staff amazing! Just as lovely, polite and welcoming as you'd expect from Thai people. Water replenished and complimentaries regularly. Umbrella provided in rainy season. Complimentary footwear. Cool fridge. Pool table. Many local restaurants/bars ships within walking distance. Beach 5-10 mins walk

No where to relax in bar late pm. One of the gazebo in pool has rusted through on one of its legs.
