Best place to relax

The rooms are super pretty, everyone is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. I visited the spa and had an amazing treatment there as well. Won't be my last time staying there!

Very good

Beautiful kept and looked after gardens, rooms etc. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A swim upto bar is a must in our view, it's better for socialising with other guests. We did not like the large group of very loud and arrogant group of Russians that came in with a truckload of kids. So next time we will have to find a resort that does not accommodate for children.

Gorgeous, modern & tranquil

TwinPalms - Surin beach was fantastic. The biggest outdoor pool we came across during the whole of our Thai trip. The bar and breakfast menu was great. The gym was amazing - biggest gym we had come across too including steam and sauna. The free shuttles to all the different restaurants and bars nearby is an absolute bonus too. Surin beach 1 min across the road was absolutely beautiful too.

This was the only hotel we came across in Thailand that tried to charge you for all the additional extras in the room i.e the beach bag within the wardrobe -- at all other places these are usually free. You'll see all these extras in your room, then the price tag attached - a free beach bag would have been a nice touch.

The room was great, and the service was amazing, special shout-out to the pool bar staff!

The room, especially the bathroom, the pool and staff were all amazing.

Nothing not to like really, maybe the room's balcony could be nicer but not a big deal as so little time spent there.

Pleasant resort with lovely pool area

Picture perfect setting around pool. Complimentary fruit platter in afternoon was fantastic. Good breakfast choices. Transfer & access to different beach clubs/ restaurants was good.

Unpleasant sewage smell in room on first day. Problems using TV remote. Room was not serviced one day, had to ask reception for towels, water…. was very inconvenient. Call us old fashioned, but use of resort app and tablet only instead of written menus was cumbersome.

Everything! I would not change anything. Various and delicious breakfast. Free fruits in the afternoon. Great, big and clean pool - 24/7 open. The staff were friendly and useful.

Most beautiful hotel in Phuket

The hotel grounds are exquisite and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Free shuttel to the beach clubs were a plus. We also got upgraded to a stunning penthouse with its own private pool which made the stay even more memorable.

Must-stay statement hotel

Statement hotel and statement swimming pool, huge and classy. One of the most comfortable rooms we've ever slept in, best sleeps and customisation options upon check in (pillow types and room scents). Quality service and calm vibe, architectural design is great; smaller buildings around the large pool area. Also very close to one of the best beaches in Thailand, Surin. Excellent breakfast and nice lunch/all day dining options. Also has some great sister facilities at other TP hotels and bang tao beach. We went to both Catch Beach club and a restaurant called Kalido nearby, both also recommended. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus. Although Surin village also has several good external options all within a short walk One final point, the hotel app is excellent and can be used for many things, best I've seen so far. The staff were also very helpful arranging excursions and extras. Definitely highly recommended.

this is not 5 star hotel

Just the entrance with the palms

First of all the hotel doesn’t looks like in pictures(expect the entrance) Hotel isn’t on the beach like shown on the photos. The hotel is really old, the bathroom and the room definitely need some renovations. Part of the towels and bedsheets were dirty and also there was lot of dust in the room. The room was really dark, no light or sun at all, not recommended for honeymoon (unfortunately we chose this hotel to honeymoon). The breakfast is poor and there were many days when the breakfast place was full so the guest needed to wait or eat in some other room, poor management. There were noises in the night as well. When we told this to the team, they did not even ask what is our problem and the manager was really hard to find. bad experience

perfect!

The hotel is exceptional, everything was put together in a perfect order. the most beautiful and peaceful garden by the pool, and the pool itself was amazing. Staff was great! just go there, you won’t regret it!

Lovely Pool and surrounding area . A short walk to Surin Beach although Surin isn't the best beach, better off taking short trip to sister hotel on far nicer Kamala beach , if you don't want to go to Catch every day.

Personally, we would like the Hotel to have a bar that opened in the evening - I am sure there is a reason, but the pool bar could easily stay open until 10.30 / 11 with some light background music it could be a lovely spot for a post dinner drink as not many other nice options available nearby.

peaceful and lovely

Very beautiful, close to sea and restarants! i olso loved hotels restarants! We went for honeymoon- and in our villa was weclome prosecco, roses and rose bath. And app for you - excelent. You can order food, reserve spa or reataurant tables thro app!

Let me start saying that we never place reviews but now we feel we have to place something as we feel so betrayed and disappointed by Twin Palms. We travel often and have been in Asia many times but never received this poor service from a hotel in Thailand before! Twin Palms hotel isn’t 5 star worthy! The website doesn’t reflect the reality of the hotel and their facilities. We booked the Lagoon Loft with the private pool as you could request extra beds as we were traveling as siblings and wanted to have our own room. As soon we stepped in they let us charge 400euro for the extra bed while they advertise these lofts are for families. The bathroom tiles were dirty, mould around our private pool so we didn’t feel like swimming and use it. The sun beds were corroded. The building itself looks old and dirty, chairs and tables in the breakfast room are full of bird stains and corrosion, the spa is so basic that we didn’t feel doing any treatments which we normally love to do. Besides the state of everything, Twin Palms makes you feel that everything is about money and upselling. It started with the extra bed on arrival; there was a beach bag in the room which we thought we could use during our stay but turned out we had to pay 2000 baht for it. The beaches with complimentary shuttle, you still have to pay to stay on their beaches with a costs of 1500 per sun bed and for the first row which is a joke 2000 baht per sun bed. The prices at the beach club for the drinks and food are pricey too and everywhere where you look you see corrosion. In overall the hotel and beach clubs are in desperate need of maintanance. We booked this hotel for a week but requested the second day if we could move to another hotel which they didn't allow us until two days before our flight!

False Advertising and Unable to use room!

we stayed in a loft suit and the size was great. breakfast was decent. size of private pool was great.

This property completely falsely advertises!! It has a public beach across the road. The beach clubs and restaurants shown on photos (apart from breakfast and steak house) are NOT part of the hotel! They are either part of the other twin palms hotel or totally separate and about 10/15 mins drive. We upgraded and extra $1000 for three nights, to a room with a private pool and for one of the days we were told we couldn't use our bathrooms due to window cleaning all day (no blinds or curtains and full length windows) meaning we couldn't use the room as inevitably you have to use the bathroom! This was highly disappointing considering we upgraded to be able to use the room all day! We were also highly disappointed about the amount of mould all over the hotel and private pool area! not expected from a five star hotel. Before writing this I did ask the hotel for a partial refund, especially considering it was false advertising and we couldn't use our room for a day and they refused!

the pool is amazing and one of the longest in Phuket. staff is very friendly and helpful. the room with pool view is stunning, bed is confortable

Great stay

Everything was perfect. Food was great at every single restaurant. Free transport to restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Specially Pisit who was extremely helpful.
