As you enter the property through your own private entrance, you will be met by the spacious front yard - where you may spend some time relaxing under the grand magnolia tree. From the moment you walk in the front door, this stay will have you feeling right at home; from the furniture choices to the finishing touches everything was designed with your comfort in mind. As you step inside, you will be greeted by the living room - where you will find three sizable lounge chairs and a comfortable 3-person sofa. The living area also features a 40" 4K Smart HDTV and a bookshelf full of great reads for your entertainment. If you continue towards the back of the house, you will find yourself in the fully equipped kitchen - stocked with all the basic cooking/kitchenware necessities. The adjoining dining room area includes seating for 4 with additional seating for 2 at the bar counter. You will also find the half bathroom and laundry room on the main floor located right off of the dining area. The 2nd floor is home to both of the bedrooms - each featuring a King-sized bed, private bathroom, and ample room for you and your belongings. Guests will have access to the whole house. To the left of the house you will find a small alley that leads to our parking are lot. Here there will a parking space facing the cottage labeled “Cottage” for you. To the right of the parking area, you will find a gravel walkway to a black wooden gate. Go through the gate and up the stairs to the front of the house.
