It was very cute, and the communication was EXCELLENT! I did have a light from a box blink all night, which I found out was a hearing impaired unit. I’m light sensitive so it was very annoying but I did get an apology for it being plugged in for our stay. There is a bit of street noise in case of noise sensitivity.

It's a very nice place. Restaurants and Hot Springs are within walking distance. Great lounge bar in the evening.

Small. If you’re a large person, have a lot of luggage, or need a quiet room, don’t stay here. We had a queen room, king room was sold out, and it was hard to get around with our suitcases. The walls were paper thin and you could hear the neighbors sneeze, cough, and talk. It was ok for us but would not call this a 9. It was a 7 at best but what is expected for a road side motel. We liked the location, the bar on site, and Kits Cantina next door (highly recommend, a literal walk across the parking lot). It was clean. Worth a 120 dollars, not 170.

Like to ski WolfCreek and have stayed at few motels here over the years. Alley House is favorite restaurant so nice to stay across the street. The Nightingale rooms look new very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed. We will return. I pack an Amazon Firestick to plug into TV works great. There is coffee pot to boil water I will bring some instant coffee next time.

I never sat at motels, but this one did not disappoint! It was very clean and modern. It is small but was perfect for my daughter and I to stay in. Will definitely stay here again!

Good stay. Nice location, it’s a motel so hard to give it higher marks. Check in was all automatic, clean room, standard neighbors with vehicles coming and going out front of the room.

The Nightingale is a great place to stop in Pagosa. The check-in was all handled ahead of arrival, the room was very clean and the Neon Mallard is a one-of-a-kind lounge. Would stay again!

we were delighted with this dreamy cozy cottage type room. it was updated, extremely clean both.the bedding and mattress were like heaven. we checked in remotely and it was seamless and a breeze. i did have two minor questions and the staff answered me via text swiftly and made us feel super accommodated. it’s a very unique comfortable place. we just loved it here!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Nightingale. We performed at Kip's, so it was incredibly convenient to be able to walk next door to our room. The room was clean, quaint, and comfy. We had drinks at the Neon Moon before the show, and we loved the vibe. 10/10 would stay again.

Great little place, super clean and very comfortable. They do warn you there could be noise from the rooms next you and ask for a quiet time from 10pm to 8am. Some guests need to adhere to that. Wasn’t horrible just a little irritating that a simple ask by the motel can’t be followed.

This is a loved place, everything is just right, stylish (a little stripped back which is my preferred style) and SUPER clean. Wood paneled walls in our room (#11) were beautiful. Great job!

Very comfortable, clean and quiet, even though walking distance to restaurants and soaking. Small but just fine for the two of us for a short two-night stay. Love the idea that it is privately owned and not part of a chain. You can feel the owners' intention for an affordable but lovely place.

A very cute place, with a nice clean room. But very impersonal with no check in, and didn't see any staff. But even so, the room was so nice, clean, and well stocked, it all worked very well. I would stay here again. restaurants and shops were easy walking in the area of Pagosa Springs.

This is a terrific little motel that has been recently renovated. It is very clean and well thought through. Although there is no office, staff do respond to questions via text. Easy parking, great shower. Would recommend.

Unique place to stay, clean, modern and convenient in downtown Pagosa Springs. Funky, contemporary bar Neon Mallord on site and quaint Kips next door with great food and drinks! Loved the room!

This property had the cleanest rooms I’ve seen in a long time! Bed was comfy, shower was nice. Parking right in from of room and a small bar right in front. Easy to walk to several restaurants and downtown. Great place to stay!

This is such a cute, clean motel! Jess has been great amd taken great care of us! We have stayed in 3 different type rooms. Our favs are the ones that aren’t rustic and more updated with full or Queen beds and a kitchenette. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Pretty good, but not many amenities. Keyless entry and no contact with a front desk. Convenient to bars and restaurants.
