About this house rental
Situated in Savannah, this lovely house for $602 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Formerly a bed and breakfast! Each of the 4 bedrooms has an en suite bathroom! Incredible location. Absolutely gorgeous historic character in this pristine genuine 1800's residence This location is in the northern part of Savannah's Landmark Historic District. This is walkable to all tourist destinations, shopping, dining, museums and the River. Full kitchen on the main floor, plus powder room and expansive double parlor with living room and dining rooms. Gorgeous stained glass entryway will be the ideal back drop for your trip photos! This rental is for the 'main house' which is floors 2, 3 and 4 of this building. There is no elevator. The ground level of the building is a separate rental with no shared indoor spaces. There are 2 King bedroom suites and 2 Queen bedroom suites in this home. There is a casual living room upstairs and a formal living room downstairs. Optional $15 fee for use of one private off street parking spot behind the home. If you do not wish to use our parking space or have additional vehicles, parking is easily handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space on street through an app of your phone. Guests please be aware: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. You will then need to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. SVR-02413

This is a historical home so i understand some things won’t be in perfect condition but the home could use a little TLC. We had a leak in two of the bathrooms that were kinda inconvenient but management was very quick to communicate and help out. The location was amazing and the beds were very comfy. Over all i would stay again but could use a little work.

Family of 5 plus girlfriends. Amazing location; but hanging out Christmas Eve and day at the property was amazing. We enjoyed the huge dinning room table and view from kitchen to living room made us all feel together. Really great property and location.

We had four couples stay at this property for a four-day weekend. Location could not be beat as river street and anything else you may want to do is within walking distance. Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom, so that was perfect for our four couples. Would definitely stay here again.

Location of the home was terrific to downtown Savannah. Clean home, furniture could be a bit more comfortable. Only issue, was one of the bedrooms had a contemporary light over the bed, that was very awkward to walk around. Overall very nice stay, thank you!!

I planned a long weekend with friends. Found this house & it was perfect. It’s centrally located in the historic district which made everything walkable. Kitchen was well equipped. We all loved the eclectic decor!

This property was everything we wanted for our stay in Savannah with a family of 7! 4 spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (very important if you want all to be ready at the same time in the morning.... ). The house was spotlessly clean, a big thanks to the cleaning crew. We didn't cook but the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to River Street, 10 minutes to Forsyth Park and everything in-between within walking distance. The parking spot is a bonus since there's really not a lot of public street parking available. If there's one little thing to criticize it's that the 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor are a lot hotter than the other bedrooms on the 2nd floor. We couldn't find out how to make the air conditioning cool down these bedrooms. Other than that we enjoyed our stay !

We were in town for a wedding that our whole family was invited to. Accommodations were perfect and a short walk to all the wedding activities as well as all the wonderful sight seeing and restaurants Savannah has to offer. Host was easy to communicate with, check in process flawless, place was very clean, room sizes perfect for the four couples that stayed. My only knock deals with the booking/cancellation policy. Since this home was perfect for my needs, I booked a year in advance and, therefore, I had to pay in full a year in advance and the cancellation policy was equally harsh in terms of being able to get any money back as a result of situation that would have caused me to cancel my reservation. As a VRBO property owner, I found this to be an awful policy for a renter that may want to come back to Savannah in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing property in Savannah. The rooms are all gorgeous and clean with TVs, comfy lounge spaces and a fully stocked kitchen. We could not have asked for a better location! All the main sites are within walking distance. The property manager responded very quickly to all our questions. Thank you for a great visit!

The house itself is a fun mix of historical, artistic, colorful and fun. There are two hang out areas and a large dining table. The location is close to everything…we walked the entire time, no need for a car. Being in the middle of this area does mean some noise and the house is across the street from a fire station but there were no middle of the night alarms during our stay. It was an ideal place and the fabulous home and decor made it even better. I accidentally left a bag in the confusion on my way out of the house, and they communicated the problem to me quickly, which made it easier to find a resolution. Check in was super easy and we had no problems where we needed to contact them during our stay. Internet was not strong upstairs but fine on the main level. We recommend this location.

The house is in a wonderful location and beyond gorgeous! It is extremely artistic and yet very comfortable! The location is perfect for walking everywhere yet removed from the main street so a much more peaceful stay then being right on Broughton! We loved our stay, Mary was great with communication, we highly recommend!!

We stayed with our friend group for a long weekend. The configuration of the rooms is perfect where each couple has their own bathroom. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. We loved that there is coffee and creamer already there. The second floor living room is a great gathering place and we enjoyed game night in this space. The property is in an ideal location being just a block or two from Broughton Street and a quick walk to Bay and river street. The walk to Forsyth Park is easy as well. All of the check-in directions are simple as well as the check-out. It is nice to be able to park at the house. This is a fantastic property and far exceeded our expectations!

The best thing about this place is the location. It is a 10-minute walk in one direction to River Street and a 10-minute walk in the other direction to Forsyth Park. We were able to walk to almost every sight we wanted to see all weekend, which was a real treat. It's also a 5-minute walk to a 24-hour grocery store (Parker's). Some local spots close to the property that are worth visiting include:
-Colonial Cemetery
-Chippewa Square
-Husk
-The Olde Pink House
-PJ's Thai
-Cup to Cup Coffee
The only criticism we had of the place was concerning the wi-fi strength, which was consistent on the first floor, but a bit shaky on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The signal wasn't strong enough for us to use the TV in the 2nd floor living room at all, so we did most of our group visiting on the 1st floor.
That said, this inconvenience was so minor that it doesn't sway our overall rating at all. The property was perfect for our group and we would 100% stay here again!

This property is located in the perfect spot in historic Savannah. We parked our car when we arrived and didn’t need it again until we left. The property itself fit our needs perfectly and included all the amenities needed. The decor was unique and spurred some interesting conversations.

Beautiful, spacious house. High ceilings throughout. Classic Savannah styling. Short walk to everything. So nice that each bedroom has a full bath. We loved our short walk to mass at the Cathedral Basilica, Forsyth Park, and the river.

Our party of 6 consisted of all family - age ranges from 30 - 75. Each member thought the home just lovely and in a perfect location. Home is located directly across from active firehall so if noise is of concern it is something to consider. Sirens did not bother any members of our group.
- Bedrooms had very comfortable beds and were beautifully furnished. Guest staying 3rd floor (blue/animal) room did mention the towel rod and curtain rods were broken, air purifiers had to be emptied x 2 a day and that there were no nightstands or lamps.
Having a private bathroom for each bedroom was fabulous.
Only the master bedroom has a TV but there are two TV’s located in the home - living room and upstairs library.
Kitchen - only negative was that there were no dishcloths or tea towels to be found but otherwise had everything we needed.
We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. All members of our party said they would definitely stay again. I personally wanted to send for my things and never leave :)

Planned a fun birthday trip to Savannah with 3 of us couples. We wanted to stay somewhere close to the historic/downtown area and what better than to stay in a beautiful historic home. This property was perfect! Spacious, loved the decor & clean! We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Washer/dryer and it has its own parking spot! It was close to everything we wanted to do. Views are beautiful. Easy to book & easy check in—Mary was lovely to work with. We would definitely book here again!

Great House & Location!
We came up to Savannah to meet with a group of friends from all over to celebrate my birthday. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos. Beautiful and lots of room. The location is perfect for walking to River Street or to view the various "squares" and cemeteries in the city. This house is huge and perfect for any size group. We had great communication with the owner and she was quick to respond. Parking was simple and we even got the spot out back for one of our cars. Be prepared to climb a few steps, but since we are able to handle them it wasn't a problem. We would stay here again when we come to Savannah.

LOTS of stairs so if you're mobility impaired, ie can't take suitcases up flights of stairs, this might not be for you. The house is decorated nicely and is a comfy/lux place to relax after walking all day. My only complaint is the light in the one room is so low it's impossible not to hit your head at some point. Mary was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. We had a great stay!
