Just off of Broughton Street, facing Telfair Square, dating back to 1870, this renovate two story urban loft is full of character and located in the heart of it all only steps from shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Exposed brick, original hardwood flooring, and natural light really make this space come to life. The open concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining and conversing with guests.The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, polished marble counter tops, and a large island that overlooks the living space. Just to the side, a large dining room table ideal for serving those home cooked meals. The living room features a large sectional, and an impressive smart flat screen television. Gather around for a night in, or for some fun games. The primary bedroom can also be found on this floor, with a king size bed, and a full size bathroom with walk-in shower just across the hall. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a reading nook. The second bedroom offers a king size bed, that can comfortably sleep two guests, while across the hall you can find two-double beds perfect for four. The location is right in the middle of shopping and restaurants on Broughton with easy access to most sights in the Historic District. Be prepared for walking up a couple of flights of steps to the apartment and another couple of flights to the loft. However, the senior citizens in our group had no problem with them. The apartment itself was very comfortable with a lot of space for group gathering or some quiet time alone.

Great stay! The rental was perfect. Lots of hanging out space, good size bedrooms, cute set up, etc. I didn’t realize the entry way was in an alley, but we felt perfectly safe. There was also an odd stairwell that led to the roof I believe? Besides that, everything was perfect.

We really loved this space. The owners have outfitted the loft beautifully. They also keep it immaculately clean, and provide hotel-grade toiletries for your stay. The location is fantastic, close to everything. We had a lot of fun at the Alley Cat Lounge, in the basement of the same building. There is some street noise when the bars let out. Also, there are a lot of stairs and no elevator. We’d happily rent from these people again!

Family of five. Great main room to hang out, cook, watch movies, connect. Location is wonderful. We were all really happy with the space. There was an issue with AC which got resolved immediately even though it was the weekend. These things are bound to happen but they went above and beyond as far as communication and courtesy.

This home was absolutely beautiful! It is located in great area close to everything. More than enough space for our family. Parking was easy at a nearby parking structure. Only minor issues were a moldy shower curtain, host said they would come change it but it was not done. It was a short stay so we just dealt with it.

This was a beautiful place to stay for our girl's trip, the loft is bright, spacious and nicely designed.
Only negative is that it is right above a pretty noisy lounge so Friday night was very tough for sleeping. One window needs to be fixed and didn't close all the way so the sound came right in. Even if it were closed it might still be loud. Also, the entrance is on a back alley that was a little tough for some of our group to find.
Overall, it was really comfortable for all of us. We would stay there again, just bring ear plugs!

Broughton West Too was the perfect place to stay! It was clean, spacious, modern, and convenient to every activity in the area. It is surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars, making everything in the area very walkable. However, it is far enough from these things to make it still quiet and private. We absolutely loved our stay and will certainly be back!

First trip to Savannah and this place was in the perfect location. The property was very spacious - perfect for our party of seven. It was clean, ample amount of towels, paper products etc. The pictures don't do it justice because it was even better in person! Being above the Alley Cat Lounge/Bar I worried it would be too loud but that was never an issue. The entrance to the property is on Broughton Lane which is the alley behind Broughton Street. Not an issue just a heads up. Overall, this place was perfect and we would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect spot for our trip to Savannah. The alley cat bar downstairs is a really nice craft cocktail bar. The only downside is that if you're in the double full bed room, you can hear the people who are outside smoking/yelling until they close.

We loved everything about our stay! The place was beautiful, very clean, and in a fantastic location. Would stay here again for sure. Our only small complaint is the bedroom and bathroom doors are squeaky and could use some WD40.

Beds were super comfy and plenty of towel, pillows, etc. The only downside was there were very few things in the cupboards. No trash bag(s), 1 roll of paper towels, limited kitchen tools, no spices, salt & pepper, foil, etc. Just be prepared to bring your own. Otherwise we loved it and would definitely stay there again! The Alleycat Lounge right next door was a nice surprise also!

Had an amazing girls trip Memorial day weekend in Savannah, GA at Dr Paul Sutherland's row house (not in group). This 100 year residence was immaculate! The love and attention to detail is seen on every level of this remodel. The upstairs units consist of two spacious 3 bed/2.5 bath loft style apartments. You don't have to travel far for good food and fabulous drinks. Downstairs you can enjoy the hip vibe and wide array of cocktails at the Alley Cat. This fall Executive Chef Kevin Meehan's restaurant will open downstairs. This is Michelin star chef also has a restaurant at the Drayton Hotel. This residence is blocks from City Market, River Street, Forsythe Park, many restaurants, bars and museums, and the civic center where you can catch a free trolley to arena for concerts.

This loft was a fantastic location of downtown Savannah and the perfect fit for our group of 8 girls. It was open and airy and we loved having the 2.5 bathrooms for getting ready. It is minimally stocked, so keep that in mind for kitchen related things and then toiletries, etc. We had a great time!

Just lovely! Tons of space with the perfect location. Our family enjoyed all being together for the Easter weekend. We cooked in the well appointed kitchen and had plenty of room to spread out. The condo is located in the heart of the historic district and you can easily walk everywhere. We loved the little nextdoor bar "Alley Cat" and enjoyed food there as well. We easily found parking either on the street or in the nearby parking garage. The condo was clean and cute!
